Great service and food made to order. Shame there is no dine in available but this is due to lack of room more than anything else would thoroughly recommend.

Very fussy when we eat somewhere, spend money and don’t enjoy the food. This is our go too, we always say shall we just go to Briskys because we know the foods spot on, the price is good, the portion size is great, and everything just tastes beautiful. Coming from very fussy eaters! Recommended. The little sauces are nice as well. The salt and pepper tots I tried as well! Love.

Forget any other burger place, this is the place to be for smash burgers or chicken burgers. Absolutely amazing food and very reasonably priced.

The burger was ok, no different to any other smash burger place but lamb donner was amazing !! The price point wasn’t too bad as well and given the portion you get (massive). Two of us struggled to finish it off! Only downside is cash only but you can order on their website and collect!

Traveled from Birmingham. Staff took time out to show us different items on menu recommended their best item sellers. Food served didn’t disappoint. Food was excellent and wait time was short. I recommend to all. Will definitely visit in future. Thank you to staff for kind and friendly service on yesterday’s visit.

Best burger I've had and by far among the best food overall

5th August 08:30pm we visited !! The taste of food is very delicious it's really unbelievable 😋 (Me my wife & nephew) we still Many times talk about the food just wow. We living in Gloucester it's too far other ways we love to eat the food every week.

Literally kept getting recommended this place from people as far as bradford, so I decided to tryyy.... must say i was please and glad i tried it as it was sooo nicee. The food was on point. I got North Best burger without the turkey rashers 🤷🏽‍♀️ (dnt judge) and also a Be-Risky spicy chicken burger. Both were really nice, and the chips were also just as i like them 👌🏽 Would highly recommend and deffo be back for some loaded fries next time xx

The best way for me to tell you how good Briskys are is by showing you a transcript of a phone conversation I have about 3 to 4 times a week. F: What's happening, what are you on? Z: Not much man, i'm feeling a scran. F: Where you thinking of? Z: I don't know you know, I'm not sure. F: What about that Pizza place we went to last week? Z: Na, they were a bit dead. F: That burger we had a few days ago was decent? Z: Na, they forgot to put cheese on my burger. F: Where else can we go? Z: You know what, I think I know. F: Where? Z: Let's just go Briskys again, they never let down. Briskys, 10/10 everytime in every aspect!

One of the best places in Rochdale. The chicken is always so fresh and it just melts in your mouth. Tried various items of the menu over the course of time and the taste has never let me down. Can truly say the lads here are doing a phenomenal job. Keep it up 10/10 and the customer service is just ❤️

Wow.....this place is off the scale amazing ....food, service is top notch. I love great food and this ticks every box!! I live 65 miles away but was working close so decided to call in and I was not disappointed... I will call in again when I'm close and I'll be buying two of everything I eat so I can take it home for the next day ! Thank you 🙏

WOW! Food was sensational, travelled from west midlands to check out Briskys. They certainly lived up to the hype. Service was 10/10.

Very expensive place to eat and no customers respect as they charged £1 for putting a few Jalapenos which is really disgusting. Plus this place doesn't use a Card Payment machine and insist on cash payments only which isn't very appropriated by me. Parking is a bit tricky for first time customers too. Due to Cash only and high prices wouldn't recommend to anyone

One of the best burger places in the uk i often travel to work in different cities and always try burgers and this place is one of my favourite. Fresh and tasty try their mixed burger chicken and lam has to be spicy 😋 👌

Was heading back to Manchester from Leeds and needed some dinner on the way home, so thought we’d see what Rochdale / Oldham had to offer via a slight detour. Realised Brisky’s was the most popular place in Rochdale after a quick search on Instagram and noticed quite a few food vloggers had been there too. Extremely busy for a Thursday evening but ordered without any issues and didn’t have to wait too long. Left with a couple of their Loaded boxes (the BBQ Jerk one and the Lemon & Herb Half and Half) and it seriously did not disappoint; food is genuinely fresh and cooked infront of you, chips were nice and not soggy, their rice is better than a lot of places as they cook it properly so it’s not clogged altogether, and the chicken is actually succulent and you get a lot portion wise! Will have to go back to try their famous burgers ;-)

First time trying this place and have to say I was really impressed, great customer service and the food was really nice, especially the burgers and subs! The loaded fries were on point. Will definitely be back! Plus there’s parking at the front.

Good food at great prices, let down though by cash only, although you can pay by card by ordering online through their website. Parking can be a bit tricky - with it being on a busy road

The only downfall for this place is parking and cash only. Be prepared. As far as the food goes. Everything on the menu is exceptional.

Really good! We had the double smash and the spicy chicken burger and doner loaded fries. Everything was spot on and lived up to the hype! Beware that it is cash only, ATM around the corner. Parking outside the shop is limited and just off the dual carriageway No internal seating - take away only And finally order in advance cause they get really busy! Will defo be back to try more.

Good food and good customer service

Really impressed with the food and service here. The loaded peri fries were amazing. I was served a big portion, very filling, and another bonus - the packaging didn't leak and wasn't messy! I will be back. Definitely recommend visiting if you're in the area.

I saw some hype about this place on TikTok and thought why not. Ordered the spicy dip (Be-Risky) burger and some fries. The burger was hot as it mentions in the menu but nothing special tbf. The fries were nice and they gave a free sauce tub of Algerian sauce which was nice. Overall would give it 3/5 stars.

The food is soooo nice its very yummy and good especially the orea milkshake and tandoori fries i always recommend it to all my freinds its a really nice place!

Briskys! Was so beautiful! Absolutely loved the food, didn’t get a picture the first time we went when we got the beef patty burgers they was just amazing 10/10! And then I had to go back got the loaded fries with chicken which were amazing too. The food has been bang on everytime their cookies are the best cookies I’ve ever had.. the place is really nice and clean and the lads are very welcoming and respectful it’s always a pleasure to be there feel safe and welcome everytime. Not sure what the hype is really. Smash burger with donner was bland and dry. Cash payments only which is annoying. Parking terrible but the service was quick. Your waving the Palestine flag but then selling ferrero richer and tango which are on the boycott list. Won't be rushing back

I just finished my first briskys and OMFG I’m so glad I found it - came straight here to review ! found it through an Uber coupon - ordered the BBQ jerk fries - never tasted anything like it in my life so flavoursome the spices are unreal everything about it makes them our new go loaded fries and our new favourite place - single beef smash burger meal - and a Jack daddy burger - game changer for us - unreal flavours everything about it was perfect, will never have a normal burger again in my life 🤣 kids loved the chicken tenders and were in agreement it’s the best takeaway ever. Thanks for our order and delivering to Middleton via Uber eats. ***** 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Been here twice now, brought my cousins with me, we all got the be risky spicy burgers. Very nice chicken burgers, definitely not your average spicy burger, very soft and juicy chicken tenders, not like them cheap stringy tenders/fillet most places do. Nice level of spice to it, not something that’s going to burn your mouth like mad. The chips are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, definitely some of the best chips that come with a spicy burger , a lot of places give standard chips. The bill came to £39.50 for 5 people, which is £7.90 with drinks, definitely worth it for a good quality chicken burger. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Not enough parking, very little space inside. No toilets. So not really a restaurant but the burger was decent.

Burgers do not look like the picture - was expecting lots of cheese and there was a tiny square. Their ‘burger sauce’ was also spicyyy like a relish not a sauce. Not a fan. Cheesy chips were good tho

I'm a regular here and I regret ever eating here as I can't stop myself and I'm supposed to be on a diet 😄 but if your not on a diet then you can enjoy tasty burgers guilt free.

Why have I just discovered this place???? What can I say everything was lush! Loaded fries,beef burgers,chicken tenders everything hit the spot!. beautifully packaged and tasted fresh and delicious. we ordered online as I think it's cash only in-store there was a 75p charge online but was easy enough. Would return and would love to explore the menu ! We are in the car so lighting was terrible didn't take any photos!

Good burger joint had the be-risky chicken burger and was full of flavour, cooked well and you could really tell the quality of the chicken was excellent. The chicken tenders are very nice too.

I've been to a lot of fast food places in Rochdale, but none come close to briskeys. The North best burger, one of the best burgers I've ever had as well as the donner loaded fries with the special sauce bangs every time

Meat quality is good. Cooking and presentation is good too. Portion sizes are standard enough for one person. It's take out only setup so by the time arrived home burger patties were a bit dry. Next time I will take insulated bag to keep it warm during the transit.

Went to Briskys last night. Ordered the Be riskys spicy burger & Donner loaded Fries. Food was spot on 👌 I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

I was provided with cold food and when I called back to complain to the manager, he became very defensive and assumed I was lying by stating the time the food was made - but why should I care about this when my food was still cold? Not once did he apologise when I went back to return the cold food. I’d expect shocking customer service from junior staff, however not from the manager of an establishment. I’ve been going to this place frequently ever since it opened, however I will not be returning. Very disappointing.

Ordered via uber, very tangy food and don't recommend. Have not tried their burger but the sub and other food was very tangy (peri and tandoori). Also they don't put enough cheese sauce, was non existent on the subs
