Tried so many milkshakes but Love Shakes is definitely number 1 with the best shakes I have ever tried and worth the travel. Been coming here now regularly for the last few years and never had an issue, wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff and service is as best as it can get!

Very disappointing, seen the whippy tray and expected a nice soft tray of ice cream but it was the total opposite, tasted like the usual vanilla ice cream from the supermarket, frozen and rock hard, had to wait for it to melt to be able to eat it, it's a traditional ice cream and shouldn't be sold in a tray personally, won't be coming here again. A lot of places sell ice cream in a tray and it's nice and soft not sure why this one was frozen like it's come out of the freezer and to top it off it's £5.50. Please take this feedback on board and try to sell a softer ice cream as you can get frozen ice cream anywhere.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Only go here if you would like to be spoken down to. Firstly my 6 year old ordered an ice cream; the kid behind the counter who clearly has no experience whatsoever didn't push it into the cone and the whole scoop of ice cream fell onto the floor within 10 seconds of him giving the ice cream to her and he didn't even bat an eyelid. Secondly, the entire work crew is full of kids who constantly get your order wrong. The owners (both brothers) are as rude as each other and blame YOU for THEIR STAFF getting the order wrong. Cheap labour, cheap food, cheap attitude! The owners are SO unprofessional they're always shouting at their staff in front of customers! Absolutely no idea what customer service means!! AVOID!!

We ordered the 'Ferrero' , 'Banoffee' and the 'Thriller in the Vanilla' Milkshakes. They all tasted amazing, all the flavours were rich and the shakes were made to perfection. I definitely would recommend 🔟/🔟

I have ordered Gainsborough tart and chocolate cake twice and the cakes are lovely but the custard I ordered on two occasions is awful a very powdered taste and hardly no sugar. Its spoils the entire dessert.

I recently visited Love Shakes and it was a delightful experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The selection of desserts was incredible, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I decided to try the in house Lotus Milk cake, and it was absolutely heavenly. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend Love Shakes. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious treats!

Did not receive the items i had ordered. The customer service at this shop is so poor and absolutely disgusting. Staff fail to acknowledge their own mistakes and continue to argue with customers. The so-called boss who answered the phone lacks respect and has no idea how to talk to customers. I used to enjoy buying from here but after this incident, it’s the last time any of my money goes to them!!!!

Bought a mango milkshake and oreo milkshake. Both was amazing with loads of flavour. Prices are good not soo expensive. Top quality will come here again.

I visited on the 26th August, and tried a little blue orange milkshake. The experience was a bit of a mixed one to be quite honest On the plus side, the service was quick, which is always appreciated, especially when you're craving something sweet. However, the guy at the till could have been a bit more welcoming—a smile would have gone a long way in improving the experience. Noticed a few other reviews saying the same thing! Price-wise, LoveShakes is quite reasonable, which was nice considering how expensive some places can be. Unfortunately, the actual milkshake left much to be desired. The consistency was very runny, almost like I was drinking flavored milk rather than enjoying a thick, indulgent shake. The real disappointment came with the toppings. I opted for a little blue orange shake which consisted of Terry’s orange chocolate and blue millions but it felt like they skimped on both ingredients. The flavor was weak, and the lack of texture from the Millions made the shake even less enjoyable. I have worked in dessert places since I was a teenager and I can possibly advise using a little more ice cream maybe to balance out the lack of toppings? Overall, while LoveShakes offers decent prices and quick service, the quality of the shake didn't live up to expectations. It might be worth trying another flavor or hoping for a bit more attention to detail next time.

Extremely fast and friendly service, clean environment, large and generous portions and delicious quality desserts 👌 definitely my go to spot when I’m craving a dessert. My favourite has to be the choco overload sundae 😍👏 Get yourself down there for mouthwatering desserts 🤤😋 you won’t be disappointed!

Travelled with family and came across love shakes the staff were very courteous and polite the desserts were amazing we had the sundae desserts mango and strawberry fruit were chilled and fresh also had the smoothies that were to die for I highly recommend this dessert parlour and give it a 10/10 and been again with family and friends just an amazing place to relax

I got a vanilla ice cream with a flake for my grandma and I received the cheap icecream you get from ice cream trucks which wasnt the issue, but the flake was crumbled into tiny pieces and it was about a quarter or less of the full flake I paid for?

Overpriced and the owner kept yelling at children being children. If you have something present...he had this old antique machine. Don't have it there move it to your house. Let children be children they are exciting, inquisitive and you need to be kinder.

The manager’s attitude stinks. Terrible customer service. The products are nice but the manager with a beard who is usually there on the evening thinks so much of him self. His attitude is like he owns starbucks. Needs a real reality check.

We had some guests come up to Bradford and took them to Love Shakes for desserts. The service was impeccable. Desserts were delicious. Such a friendly environment. We will defo be back.

Don’t order from here horrible nasty food made me food poisoned not only me but 3 members of my family so if it was just me fair enough I would give them benefit of the doubt however it’s everyone in my family so I would highly not recommend this shop. If they were genuinely sorry I wouldn’t even write this review however the kid on the phone thinks he’s a big man talking like a gangster he doesn’t know people don’t have time for his wanabe gangster working in a dessert shop big talk.

Had a little issue ordering online called up was sorted right away infact the owner called me up himself to let me know the refund was on its way. The milkshakes are out of this world so moreish well worth the money infact you get more for your money full of chocolate and sauce cup is actually filled with milkshake and not just whip cream. Got falooda was nice and fresh not too sickly sweet and highly recommend their peanut butter slice with vanilla ice cream goOD size and you could taste how fresh the ice cream was.

Ordered Oreo milk cake and I have milk cakes alot but this was better than what I expected presentation was on point, but I was unsure that it was over loaded again I was wrong as when I took my first bite expecting it to be over powered with sugar it actually wasn't. The cake texture was just right. Will defo be returning again In Sha Allah. X

I never complain this is a first I've spent over £100 with these and today Ordered caramel frappe and the coffee had block of ice in the cup and no sauce the coffee was strong in falavor as if I ordered a black coffee no sweetness to it tried contacting for help and got no where staff where sluring there words and doing Chinese whisperes on the phone unfortunately you guys have lost a regular customer

Not someone who leaves reviews but have to say this is the most underrated place ever! Honestly such a go to if you are a dessert lover! The staff were friendly really quick with our order and everything was amazing! The milkshake is really thick and creamy and they’re not stingy with toppings! It’s not just milky like some places and they know what they’re doing…their waffle is well we’re really nice and slush and ice creams. Cannot fault it. My go to dessert place from now on. ❤️

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! When this place first opened it was lovely and the staff were so friendly and polite. But now they've become successful the staff are completely and utterly rude and the quality of the desserts is in the bin. Ordered a cookie dough and took it home 1 minute up the road and it was hard as rock. Totally inedible. Go elsewhere to save your money and time.

In all honesty everything I've tried has been spot on. 10/10 everytime. Decor of shop compliments the quality of the food too. Staff always make you feel welcome, and show love just like the name.
