Always 5 star food, service and atmosphere. We come every 2 weeks and not been disappointed yet. Wheelchair accessible too! Today I had the crispy chicken flatbread special and it was absolutely fabulous! Big up the chefs! ❤️

First time trying this place. Very impressed with the taste, texture and crispiness of the fish. Great chips and lovely battered sausage. Very polite and friendly service too. I shall return for more! :)

Got the Philly cheesesteak wrap and the veggie rasta pasta. Portion sizes are massive. A wide variety of dishes on the menu, I will definitely return to try other items.

I wish there was a way to give six starts for atmosphere. The owner / manager is very friendly and loves to chat and when I visited (Saturday evening) there was a winston churchill impersonator walking around the tables and entertaining guests. It is unusual to find a family run restaurant in the middle of Edinburgh but here it is. Paneer pakora was excellent.

Called here again on holiday after a great experience last year. It was just as good. Great food and service. We booked a dog friendly table and they are well catered for families with dogs, even having a dog menu! You won't be disappointed if you call here.

We visited the hotel and restaurant for an evening dinner and overnight stay. The service was exceptional throughout. The food lived up to expectations and each course was a taste sensation. The hotel room was quaint and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! You need deep pockets and if you go with that in mind I’ll guarantee you’ll have a first class dining experience.

Visit every time we come up here from Essex. Best cod bites and chips with gravy I've ever had. Great service at reasonable prices.

This place spoilt my 69th birthday. The food was mediocre the service was aggressive and considering I had booked a table for 10 an hours drive away because of the reviews I was devastated. We kept trying to order wine and they only had one bottle of each and when we complained that one wasn’t up to standard were told it was a matter of taste. We then found out it was changing hands the next day so I hope it is changing staff too. £800 for a really poor lunch was not what I had imagined . Don’t waste your money , I have no idea where these other reviews came from. I feel very sorry for the new owners. I never write negative reviews but this was dreadful, thank goodness for understanding friends.

Best cocktails, best bartenders, best vibes, best hotel in London. You’re guaranteed a superb time and enjoyment. Perfect start before heading to dinner in the dining rooms. Love life, love Claridge’s.

The staff were as welcoming as always the staff always have a laugh and a joke but at the same time they always remain polite and professional I come to the Himalaya every time I come to visit my mother and my Nanna the food was outstanding

Top class food and service. From start to finish, I couldn’t fault Al Dente. We were greeted by a blonde lady who doubled as a host and waitress. She was so kind and attentive to us throughout the evening, and even ensured my partner had a surprise come out for him as we were celebrating. The other waiting staff were equally as courteous and professional. The charming atmosphere paired with great food further enhanced our evening. All in all, I must say that the staff are a credit to the owners. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, whether it’s for a date night, a meal with friends or a family gathering. Thank you to all and we will be back!
