Fantastic place , lovely food , fantastic staff , the gentleman that owns it top guy

We have just had our first experience here (on holiday) and we have been overwhelmed with the great food and service but the care and focus on Gluten free food. Thank you so much. Sadly we don’t live here but if we did you would be our new favourite. This restaurant deserves every success.

Came to Vivido to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Brilliant service from entering to leaving. Food and drink excellent also. Booking essential. Highly recommend. Review upgrade 7-4-24. Just had another fabulous meal here at Vividos. Lovely food and wonderful service from the young lady who attended our table this evening.

We went for dinner at the Vivido whilst staying in Harrogate . Staff were very friendly, a good atmosphere and a pleasant surprise to have balloons on the table for my sisters birthday. We choose the restaurant as the lasagne had outstanding reviews and it didn’t disappoint . We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and the wine and look forward to revisiting again.

A lovely meal, with excellent service throughout. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff. Both of our meals were superb.

We had a family meal here and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening out. The food and service was exceptional and if we are in Harrogate again we shall be returning, could not fault anything!

I visited with my teenage daughter. We both ordered lasagne with a garlic bread pizza. Both were incredibly tasty! I also tried a lemoncello spritz and a glass of Prosecco - both tasty. She had a chocolate fudge cake and I had the salted caramel cheesecake for dessert. Both were delicious. The service was impeccable and the ambiance was lovely. The price was reasonable. Highly recommended! Thank you for a lovely evening.

I suffer from a garlic and egg allergy and find it near on impossible to eat anywhere! It gives me a great deal of anxiety and we don’t really like to go places because it’s so difficult. Me and my husband went away and I came across Vivados website which stated it catered for allergies as a member of their family had a gluten allergy. My husband initially emailed and then called the restaurant and they were amazing! We had the best meal. All the food was made from scratch, including the pasta sauces, so I could have pretty much anything on the menu! It was so nice to feel “normal” and be able to enjoy a meal out feeling relaxed! The staff and owners were amazing and we only wish we lived closer so we could come back again and again!

Where to start with this gem, a must do whenever you are visiting Harrogate. Our waiter miro was excellent and professional, and allowed enough time for sublime service although extremely busy. My wife is gluten free and was ecstatic at the multitude of option La available at no extra cost! 100% would recommend to everyone. Thank you to the Vivido team!!!

I came here with my partner and daughter and were greeted so well, instantly felt relaxed and the restaurant itself is very nice, modern and very clean. We were taken to our table and although it was a busy night there was plenty of room and the ambience was just perfect. The food was out of this world, every course was cooked to perfection arriving piping hot and in a timely manner. A special mention to all the staff there who were amazing, they were very educated about the menu and gluten free options (my daughter is gluten free) also they were great at interacting with my daughter. Overall a fantastic night and would recommend in a heartbeat. If you are ever in Harrogate it's an absolute must!!!!

4 day stay over Early evening booking absolutely loved everything I thought the young staff were great and the food choice and quality were excellent so much so we booked again two days later. We like to eat early ish so not too crowded. Definite return on the cards as soon as possible

Family meal early evening Staff pleasant and food tasty Issue for us as a family of 4, we were placed in the same end of the restaurant as larger groups. Unfortunately, made it too loud to be able to hold a conversation between us. Advised staff but nothing done. Our waiter could clearly see the experience for us wasn’t good as kept giving an apologetic smile. Did complain after to the manager who was apologetic. However, it appeared more important to get ££ paying customers, than the importance of customer dining experience.

Fantastic welcome, we called in to see if there was a bar as we just wanted a drink, ended up booking for two nights latter. Great staff and manager, and we’re not disappointed on the night. My favourite the risotto ! 10/10. If in Harrogate again will definitely go back. Ask about their ice cream place too !

Absolutely lovely evening here with my parents. Staff were excellent and welcoming, couldn’t do enough for us. There was a rather large plethora of choices ranging from pizza, pasta and steak. Lovely cocktail menu too! Didn’t have enough room for dessert, as I was stuffed after the food (calamari to start, I’m fairly picky with squid - wasn’t too stringy, perfectly cooked & carbonara for my main). Wasn’t too expensive either which was impressive with such good food. 10/10 would recommend!

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had! Booked for a random date night as my fiancée is celiac and the menu showed loads of options. We were greeted at the door and they noticed the allergens noted on the booking so explained the menu and options to us. We were promptly seated and orders taken. The staff remained extremely friendly and polite the entire service (also kept noting and even remembering allergy requirements without prompting). The food did not disappoint either! The food was fantastic (even the gluten-free options didn't sacrifice flavour). To top off the night, the meal was incredibly affordable with no extra charges for gluten free options unlike most other restaurants. I cannot recommend visiting here enough! You will not be disappointed and we definitely will be back!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to end!!! Came tonight on a date night with my fiancé and we decided to visit here because of the extensive gluten free and dairy free options offered on the menu as I’m coeliac and lactose intolerant - wow I was not disappointed! The food was absolutely spot on and didn’t even taste gluten free at all! The pizza was lovely and soft, not that typical gluten free cardboard taste that us coeliacs are used to and this is genuinely the first place I have been to that has given a dairy free and gluten free dessert too! We had 3 courses, I had a cocktail and my fiancé had a pint of coke - all that for only £77?! Such great value for money!! Not only is the food incredible but the atmosphere inside is so lovely - not loud like a lot of restaurants nowadays - myself and my fiancé had conversation all night without having to raise our voices once! The waiting staff are an absolute credit to the restaurant too - very attentive making sure they were noting down that I required gluten free (I only had to mention this once at the start of the meal to the waiter who was also coeliac like myself and then he remembered for the rest of the meal that I required gluten free and dairy free despite the restaurant being very busy! - I forgot the name of the waiter but what a lovely guy!) We left already planning on the next time we will visit so would definitely recommend whether you’re coeliac or not! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been to many Italian restaurants this one is far from the best Spaghetti bolognaise Source Not the best Mincemeat mushy not very tasty a good bolognaise Source takes 2 to 3 hours of cooking with good quality ingredients this is not the case Milanese chicken was bassic chicken in bread crumbs no herbs to give it that orthentic taste Profitarolls not the best the ones from marks and spencers taste better how ever many people will be happy with this restaurant but if you have a high quality standard in taste this won't blow you away so far the best italian restaurants I've been to in the uk are picolinos in Collingham Wetherby only not harrogate and sorrento taste of Italy stratford upon Avon

Went here for a meal and it was lovely. We had arancini and spicy meatballs for starters. The Arancini was literally so good I was gutted I had to share. Mains were delicious just slightly under seasoned. The young man looking after us gave excellent service, was knowledgeable and above all really friendly. We often come to Harrogate to Visit my Mim. Each time now we always make sure we visit this restaurant. Staff are great and attentive without being over the top. Food is amazing. We shared prawns to start. I had the pork medallions and my partner had the steak. Both were great choices. Best Italian around

Whilst on a weekend visit to Harrogate we walked into this lovely place. Great welcome, friendly and attentive staff. The cheesy garlic bread was lovely. We both ordered spaghetti Bolognese. we have visited this place a few times and never had a problem however we visited again December 23, I had a pizza that looked and tasted like it had come out of the freezer of a supermarket very poor and disappointing.

Simply fabulous. Authentic Italian food, served by tentative and friendly people, in a warm and inviting atmosphere. This is by far the best and our favourite place to eat in Harrogate, if you've not eaten here you're missing out!

Visited the restaurant last night on our first night in our Harrogate stay. Nice clean, modern, well presented restaurant in a central location. Excellent food, enjoyable cocktails, great atmosphere, and very good staff, who are knowledgeable on the food menu and the local area/facilities.
