Great pizza. We got the vegetarian option and it did not disappoint. The quality of the pizza and the cook time was perfect. A very high scoring pizza. Staff were amazing and had a good times.

Comparing prices to food....to expensive...coz there is nothing special but in total my rate is very good

Visited whilst staying in Knaresborough for an anniversary meal and was unsure what to expect as didn't seem like a typical Italian from looking at the menu online. But this was one of the nicest meals I've had in a while. The bourbon bbq chicken wings were delicious, as was the lasagne which is my favourite dish and was amazing. The portion sizes are very generous. The service was excellent, plenty of friendly professional waiting staff. We will be returning as I wanted to try the seabass and prawn dish that they had sold out of, my husband also wants to try the calzones as they look great. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

What a gem. Went with some friends we were with in Knaresborough for a weeks staycation. If you want a pizza in this town then you surely go here!! We had two calzones and two pizzas and they were exceptional. Firstly they are huge! but that's not to say they are over compensating they are also very very well cooked. We had a couple of starters of mozzarella sticks and some wings and then pizzas. Very very good. If we are ever back up there we will return!!

We stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting Knaresborough. The food was excellent and service was friendly and prompt. We stopped in for lunch and dined on two pizzas and one seabass meal. I highly recommended this restaurant.

100% recommend. Had 2 bottles of totally acceptable wine, a pizza and a huge chicken kebab for a great price. Service from the various young waiters staff was excellent. Really enjoyable evening.

Lovely food here, big portions and really lovely staff. The girls are a credit to your business. Always really friendly and polite, service with a smile. I had the chicken skewers which were really tasty with sweet potato fries and side salad and my partner had the steak. We had a really nice bottle of wine. This is a hidden gem in the beauty of knaresborough. If I ever return to knaresborough, I would definitely eat here again. Well done and keep up the good work. Look after your girls, they are the lifeblood of your business.

We had an absolutely fantastic evening at the two brothers where the staff were friendly and really helpful. The food was delicious and I would particular recommend the prawn with spinach pasta. The restaurant was very busy and the service was quite slow but the staff couldn’t have done more to not let this spoil a great evening.

This is a great place with a nice setting and good ambiance, the food and drinks menu was varied and the food quality was excellent backed up by great service, and it’s competitively priced too, well recommended and will visit again.

My parents usually frequent here on a semi-regular basis, and I am often there once a year (I don't eat out much). The food is always really good quality & tasty. However, I cam here to say that they're superb when it comes to allergies. We have some fairly complex dietary requirements, and they were brilliant - understood what was in their food, even told us what we could/couldn't eat of other persons' food - just incase we wanted a taster of a family member's food. This also extends to allergies that aren't part of the main 14. At dessert, the person serving us (who happened to be a manager) came ready prepared with knowledge of what I could/couldn't eat, rather than having to go through the 'i have allergies' all over again - which was super impressive. Basically, I trust the food that they bring out, which is a lot more that can be said for many places, who either sit behind "allergy menu disclaimer" or seem scared to discuss allergies. (elsewhere I've been asked to read the ingredients on hot chocolate powder before, because the server didn't trust themselves) Would very happily frequent their premises' more often....

Food was delicious. Very polite and attentive blonde waitress. She said it was her first day but you would never have known. A real asset to the business. Kate was welcoming and friendly and seated us promptly even though she was very busy. Overall a fantastic experience. Will definitely be back.

It was packed. There were 9 of us, all had great food and service. I had the best sirloin I’ve had in a very long time. Perfectly cooked. Everyone had different dishes and all agreed it was fabulous.

My husband and I had a lovely tomato and onion salad and a big boy calzone, there was enough to share along with a bottle of Shiraz. The best pizza I’ve had outside of Italy. The staff are really pleasant and the restaurant its self is nice inside.

Absolutely nectar. One of the best meals I've had. Got a starter and a main which filled me up but couldn't resist the dessert as well. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Reasonable price for amazing food.

Lovely food in a nice location inside of a courtyard in the centre of Knaresborough. The staff were really friendly too, particular shout-out to Neve who advised us of all of the gluten-free options that they do! They cater to a range of dietary requirements so if you have coeliac or an intolerance you only need to ask. Will definitely visit again the next time we are there, thank you :)

This is by far the best restaurant experience we’ve had. The food was amazing and service second to none. Reading other reviews that aren’t 5 star are not a true reflection of the service and food we always encounter here.

Wow! Superb menu with loads of options, gluten free and vegan as well. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Dog friendly as well. The burgers were insane! Everyone were ultra satisfied with their choices. Highly recommend.

Good place to eat had the calzone. It was great. Bolognaise upgrade wasn't that great but still good. Forgot drinks a few times and it wasn't busy so 1 star off for that but it is a big restaurant. Good food good drinks reasonable price. Chicken wing sharing platter was 15 wings for £20 ish can't remember exactly that was the inky thing I thought was a bit expensive.

Oh dear this was very disappointing. Firstly the place was so cold. We had to close the curtains to try and block out the drafts from the windows. We ordered the shrimp and spinach spaghetti, meat feast pizza, margarita pizza and the calzone big boy....

What a nice find that was. After a nice walk , on a cold but sunny day, we got hungry. Two brothers scored well on trip advisor, so we decided to visit. We were very pleased with the food . Staff were friendly and kind....

Very good pizza, slooooooooow service. Took my young daughter there for her birthday, and after a couple of small starters, they left my wife and I sitting with our three small, hungry children for 45 minutes before our pizzas arrived. No apology, no explanation. If the kitchen is running behind, at least explain it to people, or better yet, bring some complimentary bread or something to stop hungry kids from climbing the walls.

Carbonara was way too thick creamy, think the chef dishcharged into it! Poor selection of drinks. Came to fast feel like it was microwaved. Left food out on the front exposè.

Strange review this but I just called to book in and couldn't get in but the lady was absolutely fantastic and then rang me back to try and squeeze me in. I tried to call to say its just too soon but u was very greatful. I'm going to try and visit tomorrow instead but that was exceptional service. THANK YOU

Good food which we took out for family get together. Unfortunately they didn't identify which garlic bread was gf so my wife couldn't eat any unless we guessed. Could do with bags which we forgot to take -ended up with sauces spilling onto clothing.

Had my first visit to Tow Brothers last night and it will not be the last! I genuinely thought the pizzas were the best I ever had in the UK. I particularly recommend the steak n cheese to which we added extra blue cheese! The children's food was also reasonably priced and their food was of the same quality than the adults, which is rare. They absolutely loved it. The service was very good and the quality of the wine spot on. I cannot wait to go back and try some of their other dishes.

Great food all freshly made and super tasty. We came back as we enjoyed it so much last year. Excellent service too.

I buy their gluten-free veggie pizza once or twice a week. They are the best, and they don’t charge the Earth.. the pizza is really good and loaded with mushrooms and olives.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! By far the best meal we have had in a long tine. Could not fault one thing. I had the seafood pasta and hubby had the steak and ribs. Steak cooked exactly as ordered and the ribs had so much meat on them. Pasta...

I turned up at the agreed time and paid for my order, and a few minutes later the food came out. (Didn't realise that their takeaway prices were so much cheaper than the prices shown on their website, so that was very welcome!) Pasta portions were a good size and tasty. Pizzas were good as far as the cheese and toppings (plenty of them and very tasty). Personally I don't like their pizza crusts as they are not doughy and soft like some other restaurants do it, but I get that's my opinion and everyone's idea of a good pizza is very different. (I've had their calzones before and they amazing, but they're so big you have to be very very hungry!) Great service and would get takeaway from here again in future.

Great service! The food was nice apart from the two steaks we ordered. They were tough which wasn't helped by not being offered steak knives. Also one of the side dishes was £3.50....bit expensive.

Staff friendly, lovely atmosphere. Food delicious. Partner had Big boy calzone and myself seabass, prawns and sweet potatoe chips. Partner said it was the best he'd ever had, waitress said to start in the middle it was huge. Mine was delicious cooked to perfection, would definitely recommend.

Great place! The restaurant is upstairs in this little charming village. The staff were very pleasant even though we didn't have reservations. The food was absolutely fantastic! The garlic bread was basically a whole pizza!! So just be careful when ordering you don't over order lol

Had a lovely meal here for my partner's birthday. He enjoyed the big boy calzone, stupid name 😂 but absolutely stuffed with fillings and a nice thin crust. I had the Django burger with chicken, it was nice but the salad was a little old. I ordered the rocket salad on the side and it was not great. It was rockett, parmesan shavings and the tiniest amount of balsamic glaze, I wouldn't bother ordering it. The wine was nice as well. Would go here again

Excellent birthday meal with family for my husbands birthday.

I ordered the pasta carbonara and it was of very poor quality. It was made with cream, which it shouldn’t be ! and way too much of it. The dish was bland with no flavor. Do not recommend.

There was plenty of choice on the menu with some unusual items. I had the duck risotto: very generous portion and perfectly cooked. Comfortable sitting in a sort of courtyard, cool on a hot evening. Nice staff.

Was once Knaresborough's best kept secret but not anymore! Fabulous quaint little restaurant serving wonderful food. Definitely worth a visit but you may need to book to avoid disappointment

Absolutely loved this restaurant. One of reasons I would return to Knaresborough. If you love ribs and wings go here, one of best I’ve had and was reasonably priced.

10 of us visited as a family on Saturday night & it was so good - everyone really enjoyed their food, service was great - we pre-ordered which made it easier too. A lovely evening

Lovely local Italian, great date spot in the evening or family dinner in the afternoon. I recommend the tommy Shelby burger and bbq chicken pizza!

Fantastic menu, great food and dog friendly. Can't wait to return. Would suggest eating inside if you want a more personal meal.

Poor from start to finish, The table was grease marked, the cutlery was placed in a container on the table, who had touched it before us ???? Sea bass and tempura prawns, sea bass was extremely overcooked and the prawns were far from tempura, they were the ones you can purchase in a supermarket at Christmas the side salad was tasty that's all I can say good about the meal, husband had the Joker burger, when had that been cooked is the question?? It was solid and dry and a burnt bread bun, We would have mentioned this if someone had bothered to come and ask if our meal was ok, even when we asked for the bill and i said the food was not ok , the waitress was quick to dismiss the comment and get us the bill, we will not return , maybe stick to pizza as they seems to be ok at that from the other reviewers , but we won't be trying anything else from you.

Visited here last night for a meal with my husband. Food was absolutely amazing. My husband had a pizza which he asked to be slightly more well done as that's how he prefers them and it came out cooked to perfection. Amazing service from start to finish. Reasonably priced and really tasty food.

We were offered a table to sit down, sat down looking at the menu then asked us to leave because they had a different booking come in online (presumably more people). Been regulars for ages but won't be visiting anymore. There were multiple empty tables. Awful
