Exceptionally nice Italian food, served in a friendly atmosphere.

I chose Stuzzi for my 30th birthday get together with friends and family. Trying to find somewhere to please 30 people was quite the task but they absolutely delivered beyond expectations!! The staff were so relaxed/welcoming/informative/entertaining… the list goes on. The food? WOW. With having so many guests they brought food out in waves so we could sample the whole menu at our own pace which was perfect. Everyone commented on how amazing the food was: “some of the best food I’ve eaten” says it all. It truly added to the occasion, I’m so happy I chose here and cannot wait to come back. Family who had travelled from around the country even asked them to open up venues near them! Thank you Stuzzi, still not quite over how special the evening was! X

Absolutely INSANE experience of culinary mastery - chilled, relaxed, knowledgeable, attentive, professional but above all the most exclusively sourced ingredients coming together to create unique selection of tapas style sharing dishes that stretch the imagination as well as tantalising your taste buds on a journey throughout Italy. I've eaten throughout Italy, from North to South, East to West and I've never experienced anything like Stuzzi outside Italy... Authentic, Passionate & Dynamic- we'll be back!

Shortlisted this restaurant for our weekend visit to Harrogate and were very happy we did. The food is much more imaginative, flavoursome and fresh than your run of the mill trattoria. Service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant has a wonderful contemporary and quirky vibe, reflected in the decor. You will not struggle to find a really good bottle of wine to accompany your meal. We chose the best value red which was light and fruity - as we wanted - and accompanied the food perfectly. Sadly, we were too full to enjoy dessert but they have a great selection. Standout dishes were the antipasti tart, supper light focaccia, broccoli with feta and harissa creme fraiche dressing and the beef pappardelle which was rich and hearty. All in we spent around £30 per head with service charge.

I visited on my own as I was staying in the area. I was blown away. The food was delicious, every dish I had was very exceptional. Very different to what I have had before. The staff are all very friendly. I didn't want my meal to end and will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. This restaurant is a must.

A long way from your standard Italian. Superb, authentic dishes, brilliantly executed. An absolute taste sensation just don't expect your standard pasta and pizza. Great wine and fantastic service.

If you're going for food and you're potentially not very hungry this is the place for you. The portions are small and you are encouraged to share. If you fancy a bottle of wine with your meal, you need to have deep pockets. Sorry to say, the decor and the very casual waiting staff just takes away from the experience for me. I like a bit of ambiance don't want to feel like I'm in someone's work canteen. I didn't dislike the food we had. The fresh focaccia was yummy but the other bits I didn't feel were worth writing home about. Greasy arancini. I hope they read these reviews and take them on board when planning improvements for the future as there's a few I have read who seem to feel how I felt having dined here.

Very pleasant Sunday lunch and the Sunday Roasts were fantastic. Having ordered the beef which was served very pink indeed, I asked for a little more cooking which they were very happy to do and added more sides to compliment (free of charge). Highly recommend Stuzzi. We will be back.

We visited Stuzzi in Dec 23 as a group of 6, including two children. The restaurant was great - comfortable, relaxing surroundings and everything was well laid out. The service was prompt and friendly. Food was delicious, good quality and value. Overall a fantastic experience. We will definitely be visiting again.

We’d booked an early evening slot after some last minute Christmas shopping in Harrogate and we loved it! There was a festive slant to the menu and everything we shared , including the wine, was fantastic! Super friendly and helpful staff and we can’t wait to return!

The food is superb. My husband doesn't really like Italian cuisine but he loves this place. They do the most amazing sharing dishes with the most thoughtfully sourced ingredients. It's sociable and just a great place to go. The staff are very knowledgeable (sometimes a little over the top when you want a quick lunch, but they are clearly passionate about it and rightly so). It is pricey, particularly the wine. We looked at having a group celebration there but the set menu, plus the wine was a few hundred more than the other options unfortunately. I would very much recommend this place, it's so much more than an Italian!

When my partner told me she’d booked a table for a roast dinner at an Italian restaurant that allowed us to take our springer spaniel I must admit I wasn’t expecting too much. What I got was the best roast I’ve ever had that didn’t come from my Grandmother’s kitchen. Beautifully flavourful melt in the mouth porchetta, crispy fluffy roasties, and excellent veg including a special of chantenay carrots and whipped feta. Absolutely stunning!

So so so lovely,a holiday to italy would be lovely but in the mean time the pasta i had definitely helped me feel like i was in naples.Really amazing service also shout out to alice who was the absolute loveliest waitress.Hope to visit again some time soon:)

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to. The waiter who looked after us was incredible, really knew his stuff, knew his wines, and was genuinely a very relaxed, yet brilliant waiter. I've never really experienced such high-end, top quality service in a place where the staff wear joggers and t-shirts, and I absolutely love it. My wife knows her wines, she was delighted with the recommendation. We both absolutely loved every dish we tried, and we even left some due to being full. We can not recommend Stuzzi enough! Wow!

My and partner have been here several times always pretty good but has been going down hill on our last 2 visits . Don’t come here for a Sunday roast they can’t do them and @£19.5 they should be a lot better than they are . Our starters were lovely really amazing but my Sunday dinner was very disappointing the roast potatoes had only been in the oven 10mins if that they were more like boiled potatoes. My partner pasta was lovely but at £15 was a bit small .

New experience , very friendly staff , lovely feel and atmosphere ordered a mixed board needed bread with it which was extra so around £27 , we shared an arancini very tasty and good value £5 and a chicken liver pasta around £14 this dish very tasty but rich would be perfect even between four as a smaller taste due to richness but needed to be tried ! I’m the one who had a heart attack at £8.75 for a tinnie of beer 😱🤣

This is an excellent little restaurant. It serves Italian food with a difference....so you won't find lasagne or spag bol....but you will find well cooked, thoughtfully presented authentic Italian regional food.

My experience at this Italian restaurant was disappointing. The menu was limited and lacked classic Italian dishes, such as rossito and bolognese. The lasagna was also a strange choice, as it was made with sourdough bread instead of pasta. This gave the lasagna a strange texture and flavor, and I wasn’t a fan! However, the staff were friendly and the service was fine.

Stuzzi is serious about making their food tasteful and interesting. Atmosphere is basic, simple Italian before with an English flare. If you've been there before then you should go again because the menu will have changed.

Came here for my birthday last week and absolutely loved it - we’d had recommendations for the Leeds one but couldn’t get in there so decided to book the Harrogate one. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was fantastic! Between two of us we shared an arancino starter and fried seafood. We absolutely adored the arancino which was £4, but the seafood one for £16 did pale a bit in comparison. It was nice, but I think we both felt we would rather have just ordered more arancino! For mains it is recommended you share, however I don’t eat meat and my partner does so we opted to just have our own. I had a mushroom truffle pasta and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely would recommend this place and hope to visit again!

First time visiting, menu was very small not many options for someone who doesn’t eat fish, it was a cool little spot I liked how it was a chilled vibe, we were a big group and they did a great job serving all the food at the same time, I chose the pasta and it was so tasty could have had a hint of spice to make it perfect but I was very impressed.

Recommend by my sister in-law! Stuzzi is a very quaint energetic place with more wine than Maynards Bassets and more cheese than a Swiss Fondü. A truly unique restaurant with a small but packed menu. The staff are just great, they really give the restaurant the great atmosphere that you can hear from the outside. Although they do not cater to allergens… so if you’re fussy, they ain’t gonna fuss. Focaccia ✅ Piatto Misto anti-pasti board ✅ Arancini ✅ Pigs head Tagliatelle ✅ Pollo Milanese ✅ Cocktails ✅ Cannoli ✅ The food was just incredible. Everything hot (apart from the cold dishes 👀). Everything delicious. Everything filling. The focaccia was warm, soft and crispy. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The Arancini was amazing. Honestly it seems expensive for what it is, but I’ve spent more elsewhere and left hungry. I’m absolutely stuffed for there. The portions are generous. Loved having a sing along with the staff at close. I also love how unashamed they are to tell customers No! No changes!

Great flavours, often with a little twist (e.g. cinnamon tagliatelle with pig head). Great drinks too (thoroughly recommend the Stuzzi-made gin). Dessert platter also gives you a little bit of everything, incl. your own choice of ice cream.

Absolutely stand out dishes. Had their take on lasagne (plot twist, they used slices of bread not slices of lasagne), two fantastic salad type dishes and their top of the menu pasta. The pasta was absolutely up there as one of the best dishes I've had in a long while. We had a glass each of their cheapest red and it was perfectly good. Don't be afraid to order the cheapest wine 🍷

The food was very nice, although the menu is tiny, so pray tlyou like something on it, the service was very slow and we sat for about 25 mins before the drinks orders where even taken.

Visited this restaurant in March for a farewell dinner for my son who was joining the Army Foundation College the next day. The restaurant was recommended by a family member who'd had a great dinner here, and this place didn't disappoint. The menu is quite unique and you'll find dishes that you'll not likely see in other restaurants. We had 6 of the small plates between 3 of us, one was so good (the pig cheek) we ordered another plate with some bread to enjoy the sauce that accompanied the dish. The deserts were as good to. A note also, the decoration and the staff also made for a great venue - highly recommend this place, I'll be returning for certain.

Stuzzi has a great atmosphere and the service is always impeccable. It has always been on the more expensive side, but I feel like it has just gone too far. A few pieces of focaccia bread, two arancini balls, 3 small pieces (no more than a couple of bites each almost like canapés) of brusccetta, one dessert and a bottle one wine came to just over £63. We shared everything between two, so left feeling like we had paid a fortune for a few staters and a dessert. The arancini and the brusccetta were very nice but the rest was just ok. We were also not happy with our table. We had not booked and the staff were kind enough to find us a table, but I think it comes to a point where the space is just too cramped. It would have been best to just say they could not accommodate us. We pretty much sat in the middle of a corridor which led to the bathroom, the entrance, and the kitchen so it was quite busy.

Such a good place. Stress of ordering food for a big group completely removed, a fabulous selection just delivered to the table for us. Super busy but no compromise on service. Defo returning 👍
