we love wrythe green fishbar...my familys favourire fish and chip shop...lots of choice ,arrives nice and hot and always on time. great quality..10 out of 10 !!

best chippy around, love the curry sauce here. only reason didnt give 5 star this time is because i felt like sausage in batter and savaloy were missing that crunch to it especially the batter sausage.. was cooked dont get me wrong but yeah was no crunch to it this time

Very friendly staff . Chips could do with an extra minuite cooking. Fish although it is huge , there's just no taste to it . Very flaky even but again just no much flavour at all . The batter was quite greasy also . All round I'd give it a solid 6.5

Food was hot and well packaged. Decent chips and saveloy. I ordered haddock but think I was given something else by mistake. Texture, taste and smell different than haddock. Also a little heavy on the batter. Overall, food was good though and we ate it all. Would definitely order again.

Chios were very hard looked like they were left over at the bottom of the dish had black bits on them like they had been left out too long the dish was more batter then flesh very disappointed with it

Honestly so welcoming, even when it's packed you get the warmest welcome. The food is just delicious. Hot, tasty and fantastic portion sizes. Kids refuse to get a takeaway from anywhere else

We often get a Friday night takeaway from this local fish bar and would highly recommend. Everyone is so friendly, the main guy knows all the locals and welcomes anybody new. Food is always delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely continue to come here! Our takeaway this evening was lovely as always. Thank you!

Was recommended by two mums at my sons school and it isn't the nearest chip shop to us. But it is definitely our go to fish and chip shop. Amazing fish and chips, decent size portion and good value. My kids were bouncing off the walls and i said to them give me a break I've not eaten all day. The owner gave me a small portion of chips while I was waiting, I said I was fasting and he gave me a date and water as it was close to breaking fast time. Very kind, generous and highly recommend family friendly business. Food too delicious to take a picture will do next time

Half hour late, and food luke warm. Check the distance of restaurant in future. Had to whack it in the oven for 5min. Terrible.

Great chip shop. Nice old fashioned chips. The service is excellent and always friendly. An asset to the local community.

Best chippie locally. Tried them all but they have the BEST chips and the curry sauce was thick and tangy - much better quality than other places. Have also visited in person recently and the staff are super friendly and quick. I will be a regular.

Ordered haddock and chips and initially thought it was expensive, ordered it anyway and when it turned up the fish was basically soggy batter. Very disappointed and won’t be using it again.

We came here because of all the good reviews and I must say that it really didn’t dissappoint us! We’re from Amsterdam and we will definitely come back every time we visit London. The owner is very friendly and nice and the service was fast even though it was very crowded because of christmas. Thank you!!

The fish sauce was too thick but most importantly it wasn't good for fries and it was all stuck together, after a few bites I threw it all away.

Batter was thick and horrible like it had been sitting hours. Chips and onion rings burnt first and last order with these

Asked for some onion vinegar on my chips the wonderful gentlemen dropped me a large bottle of it which is very much appreciated

Such a shame as staff are lovely but fish used to be in lovely thin crispy batter but the last two orders we have had the batter was about two inches thick raw and soggy which we were unable to eat im surprised there has not been more complaints

I have always been very impressed with the fish and chips in the past but tonight we have had to throw away all the batter on the fish. It was soggy and greasy, also the chips were barely warm. Great disappointment.

This place we have had every week for the last 6-7 weeks and every time has been perfect best chip shop around

Took a chance going here as my usual was closed and well I won’t be ordering again, the batter on the cod is horrible, it’s soft and chewy nothing like usual batter. And one price of cod arrived totally different to the others didn’t look anything like a piece of cod and that batter was even worse.

1st time eating here and blown away chips so fresh, sausages perfect 👍kids portions spot on will be back

I go there for my lunch sometimes I am a very fussy person with where I eat but this place is great . The food is top quality and great tasting I've had several different meals from here and everytime always enjoyable and excellent size portions best place in the area by a country mile 👌 and very clean and tidy and the owner and staff are very polite and friendly

This was my first of ordering here and it definitely wont be the last. I ordered a regular piece of cod, two saveloys and large chips. The fish was great and also the skin removed (really appreciated that) the chips were cooked to perfection and generous portion size. The very small negative I would say is the saveloys were relatively cold but not a huge issue as I just warmed up in the microwave. Overall very happy and pleased that we decided to give this one a go.

Chips was good, fish was good, saveloy was full of gristle, sausage was somehow over cooked on the outside and pink and undercooked in the middle. Curry sauce was sweet tasting. Don’t know what’s happened in the last few months but the curry sauce and sausages have changed, not for the better. Quality has gotten very bad

We would usually order from here as the food would be really good. This time, the Cod was bland and the savaloys were cold and bland. The chips were Okay, but not as good as previously.

Disappointed chips were not very nice did not taste of anything and sausage did not have much flavour and food was not that warm and you charge 10p for a bag will order from somewhere else

On this occasion the Fish was soggy and oily rather than light and fluffy white flakes as it should be, Chips was nice though, So overall not bad could be better
