The best restaurants serving Thai food in England

We came here for lunch on Monday 24th Mar'25 at around midday... It was nice and quiet. All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were impressed by great hospitality 🥰 We enjoyed our meal here. Payaya Salad (Som Tum Thai) and Chicken Mince Salad (Laab Gai) were super spicy as our requested. Tasted the same like food we had in Thailand. Salt & pepper chicken was hot and fresh. Sticky rice was lovely and soft. We also had Jasmine rice, small bottled water and small Coke. It was 44.77 £ incl 10% Service Charge which was normal for Thai restaurants in the UK. You'll get mint chocolate with your bill tho 🩷 We'll definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Had a couple of take aways from here and found the food very good. Nice and hot, spring rolls some of the best I’ve tasted. Will be trying more different dishes in the future.

Second time we’ve tried chicken tikka masala and it’s been very salty both times. Popadoms were greasy and slightly burnt tasting.

We boked a table, we were warmly greeted and shown to out table,, The menu was ok, a little limited. There were some new staff working who got our order wrong, that was rectified, although very slowly. The main was again ok, the rice is a bit expensive for what it is, Now that Thai connection, from what the staff said the staff are possibly not from Thailand, which again is disappointing.. Will we go back? Yes but not on the weekend..

Quiet because they just took over a week ago but lovely fresh food and great service. Deserves to be a success!

We came off the A14 after being stuck in traffic. Tired and hungry we were met with a warm welcome from staff and the local visitors. Nice little bar with a log fire and another fire burning in the restaurant area. The food was amazing. I enjoyed the Thai duck. Very reasonable price. Thank you!

Great ambience, friendly staff greet you as you arrive. Love the decor - umbrellas, plants and twinkly lights. Attentive staff I. R seated, knowledgeable about the fabulous range of dishes. Food for carnivores, veggies and vegans. We were a mixed group and all gave the food a thumbs up. We’ll be back!

The place we planned to go was closed so we walked round the corner and found this hidden gem Great atmosphere service and amazing food

Appalling! This was quite possibly the worst take away meal we have even eaten. The quality/taste was about on par with a bad supermarket ready meal. I ordered teriyaki chicken stir fry which consisted of some tough dry battered chicken chunks and a slop of sauce on the top. They hadn’t even bothered to mix the sauce in, so it looked like chicken nuggets with a bit of sauce on the side. Clearly just assembled cold and whacked in the micro. The red chicken curry was also bad, dry flavourless and thrown in a red watery soup. When I phoned to say I was very disappointed with the food I received no apology, just a “we’ll tell head office you’re not happy”. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Called in by chance and what a great find. Authentic dishes served piping hot and great friendly service too. Will definately be calling again. Excellent.

The food was amazing,went for leaving do, in 2 months went 7 times and tonight is 8th as your moving, different friends and as couple and family as lots of birthdays. stephans service is amazing, and a credit to your business gutted your moving away to Yaxley as town perfect but good luck to the chef as beautiful food thankyou.

Visited for lunch having heard about this from a friend. Wow! We were delighted. Friendly, efficient service. A lovely table with plenty of room. No crushing tables together to fit in as many as possible here. The food was absolutely superb. Really fresh and so tasty. You know how some Thai restaurants give you loads of amazing garnish and really average food? This is the opposite. No unnecessary garnish, just absolutely fantastic food. We will definitely be going again.

Absolutely gutted that they have dropped the Thai food, this was exceptional, well presented, hot and delicious. Well i won't be sending anyone there again, what a shame, as I was always sending people there, because it was so good. Lino Len
