The best restaurants serving Thai food in South East

Amazing service at this cute lil restaurant!! Tina managed to squeeze us in on a busy Saturday night and even ensured our food was prepared in time for us to rush off for a gig. They were very accommodating to dietary requirements and everything was delicious - I look forward to visiting again next time I’m in Margate!

I came to The Plough for food and drinks. The food was amazing, the best Thai I have had by far. We were served by AJ and can honestly say he was great and extremely helpful. Overall, not a bad word to say about my experience, I will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend The Plough, whether that be for food, drinks or both!

This is THE best Thai food I have had outside of Thailand, and I've lived there for 8 years. The chefs are fantastic and the flavors are completely authentic, but not overpowering like some places in Thailand can be (until you get used to it). If you're looking for a little slice of the real Thailand, you've found the place

Service was quick and prompt. Brought water to the table straight away and offered drinks. Food was delicious, hot and freshly cooked. Service 10/10 food 10/10

The food, service and atmosphere are simply amazing. I've been here several times and I've never had a bad experience. I also love the frequent change of curry type on the menu, it gives the chance to explore different flavours!

Highly recommended!. We visited here on a busy Friday night . Being a fairly small restaurant gave it a really cosy feel. The staff were lovely , very friendly, attentive, polite and efficient. Drinks and food are very reasonably priced. We had mixed starters for two which was superb. For mains we had probably the best Pad Thai we have ever had. Along with fried beef and broccoli in oyster sauce , the beef melted in the mouth. Also chicken , ginger and mushroom which was very tasty. All followed with a nice choice of desserts. We will be returning soon , an excellent experience, thank you !

Absolutely lovely place. So friendly and food was great. We had not planned to go but the Italian next door was closing. Turns out this was the best thing that could have happened. Definitely be going back. Our new favourite Thai restaurant

Wir haben solch ein Desinteresse an den Gästen noch nie erlebt. Wir waren geschockt, das es sowas gibt. Wir sind Fans der Thai Küche und kennen den asiatischen Service sonst nur zuvorkommend.

Wonderful friendly service, delicious food and lovely atmosphere. Staff are attentive and very accommodating. Highly recommend. Parking is available behind the restaurant.

Very poor experience recently. Busy and did not cope. Waited over an hour to be served and no table despite booking.

Fantastic food, super fresh ingredients. Amazing value as well. Recommend the mixed starter, Pad Thai and sweet and sour dishes.
