The best restaurants serving Thai food in South East

It’s one of my favourite places to eat. I have been using this restaurant since it opened a good decade or so ago. The year they opened I had my 20th birthday there. They gave me a free bottle of wine and some raspberry sorbet. It was very kind. They always greet me like a friend and the food is consistently delicious. I had one takeaway that was disappointing about 2-3 years ago but it wasn’t by any means inedible or bad. Just not up to the usual 5* standard. All is forgiven because I have had many brilliant meals before and since. Lovely lovely people too. You will need to book.

Small venue with no alcohol license but with great staff serving excellent food. Service was quick, food good value and very enjoyable, good value for money. Happy to recommend and go again.

Very good and friendly service. The spicy herby curry was so delicious, super healthy fresh green and all the flavours of Thailand in one plate.

Overall food tasty with reasonable price

Un grupo de nosotros nos reunimos para tomar una copa después de un funeral en el crematorio local. Nos recibieron maravillosamente con una gran mesa con paños blancos y flores. Era cálido y agradable con el resplandor de la leña ardiendo. Una docena de nosotros nos quedamos espontáneamente para una cena temprana y fue una comida verdaderamente deliciosa, nutritiva y posteriormente bien digerida! El personal era servicial, encantador, amable, y atendió a nuestras necesidades dietéticas. Nos fuimos sintiendo el resplandor de un momento encantador, a pesar de que era una ocasión triste, agradecidos de que habíamos llegado temprano, ya que había una cola para las mesas al salir.

My favourite Thai. A family run business, I’ve been going there for 15 years. Food is always fresh and tasty. Doesn’t look or taste over sweetened or artificially coloured. They use fresh aromatic herbs. As well as the usual staples, Thai noodles and curries, they have some great special dishes on their menu. 😋

So I'd been dying to try this place as it looks very special, inviting..and to be fair the atmosphere was lovely and it has a nice easy style. But the wait and the taste of the food was very disappointing. I don't mind waiting some (and there is a warning on the menu that their fresh food takes a while) but this was rather extreme. We waited an hour for starters (and those were mostly heated from frozen spring rolls) and 2 hours for the mains by which time we were flagging and had gone passed hunger really. This wait, we discovered was because they were short staffed and are also doing deliveries and have ONE chef. Personnally, I think if you're going to try to cover a medium sized restaurant AND deliveries -you need more than one chef ...or you prioritise the people sitting at your tables. The food wasn't cheap and the 2 main dishes we choose were over sweet. I mean my Green curry tasted like it was made with candy floss....The head waitress was really lovely with us and very undertsanding and honest-we couldn't fault her. And she very kindly took several beers off our tab. But overall- I wouldn't go back unless there was a drastic change.

What a 'hidden' gem!!! Whilst everyone else is getting fish and chips, they're missing out on this tremendous and friendly restaurant! So so so welcoming and warm. Lovely service and would even let us eat food from the chippy next door (for some of the people we were with) when they turned us down (we did order food and drinks from Thai St Food). Love this restaurant and will def come back here when we're in Worthing again. Recommend the pad ki mao and the prawn spring rolls - wowsers! Very wheelchair and kid friendly. Toilets are clean too!

I really appreciated the wicked vegan options

Attended here Saturday 22nd Feb 8.30pm staff very attentive and extremely polite, food was an absolute delight, atmosphere was great, it was a lovely birthday meal for my wife, she was so pleased.

Best Thai restaurant I have been to. Authentic food. Friendly and efficient staff and good value for money

A party of 6. Everyone was most complimentary about the meal. The service here is always super friendly and the establishment is highly recommended.
