The best restaurants serving Thai food in East of England

A Little Gem of a Pub serving Great Wholesome food, lovely Staff nice and friendly, reasonably priced food. We will certainly be returning

We’ve always enjoyed dining at Elle’s Kitchen, but last night was a huge letdown. Despite the restaurant being quiet, we were seated near staff gathering for order tickets, making it distracting. The restaurant was cold, and loud banging added to the discomfort. Service was poor—our starters arrived far apart, and only one main was put through. By the time they noticed, I was already cold, overstimulated, and frustrated, so I didn’t bother reordering. The main that did arrive was mostly vegetables, with barely any beef. After many great visits, this experience has really made us reconsider returning.

Delicious freshly cooked Thai food. We enjoyed a very relaxing evening dining here. The food was amazing, it was cooked for us with plenty of vegetables. Loads of choice on the menu. Authentic food.

Got the bill massively wrong and were incredibly slow to sort things out

Booked a table of 3 with friends on a busy Saturday night . The restaurant is busy and bright - good for friends but perhaps not a romantic meal out ! Service efficient and friendly. Food reasonable although my crispy pork was most definitely not crispy so I wouldn’t choose that again . Plenty to choose from on the menu though. Food prices reasonable- wine on the pricey side !

It's been a few years since we visited 77 in Caxton. I always remember it being very good but our experience this week was fantastic. Still the same quirky pub setting but the food was exceptional - probably some of the best Thai food I've ever had. It's strange how you get out of the habit of going places, and when you return, it's far better than you remember. We won't be leaving it so long before returning. I also noticed that they do 'take-aways' which is good to know.

Sadly missed off one of our meals. Refused to rectify and said we should get a refund from Go-getters. The food we got was average. Not sure I will use restaurant or Go-getters again. Disappointed

We haven’t been here before & thought we’d give it a go. Glad we did, had tempura prawns with a chilli sauce & for mains Weeping Tiger Steak with egg fried rice & a couple of drinks £52. Steak melted in the mouth, right portion sizes, very satisfied & definitely recommend. Nice atmosphere. We will be back.

We have ordered Thai exclusively from this restaurant for years, but the service recently has been shocking and we will now go elsewhere. They forgot food items from our order twice on consecutive orders, and had the audacity to claim not only that we didn’t order the items (actually argued with us on the phone claiming we never ordered them) but also charged us another delivery fee to deliver the items they forgot!! On both occasions! They were so rude and argumentative we decided the last time was the last straw so will now go elsewhere.

Food was delicious, thoroughly enjoyed it, haven’t visited since Covid, ignore the website as it states they are only doing take aways, they are very much open as a restaurant. I can’t believe we’ve left it so long to go back! We will def visit again. Such good value for money to! Thank you…..

Excellent food and very authentic Thai cuisine having been to Thailand. The staff are delightful. This is our third visit to this Thai restaurant and we will be back again very soon.

Over 45 minutes late for a specified delivery slot. Not good enough. Good food but now extremely over priced. Will think twice in future, real shame.

Great food yet again, delivery earlier than time given. Service is always good and polite. Highly recommended best Chinese for miles

We never actually found the restaurant as there seems to be roadworks ( New Bridge) and despite driving up and down Denmark Street several times we were unable to find the place. Website needs and update
