The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Thai food

We had green curry and pad Thai. The food was excellent, well presented and delicious and the service was friendly and helpful.

I visited with my family for a birthday dinner, and unfortunately, the service was not up to the standard we usually receive here. We were the only table in the restaurant, yet our waitress (a blonde lady) seemed more interested in her phone than attending to us. When our mains arrived, our glasses were empty, but she didn’t ask if we wanted more drinks, missing an opportunity to sell a bottle of wine. Additionally, she didn’t check back a few minutes later to ensure everything was okay with our food, which is a pretty standard part of good service. The food itself was as nice as usual, but three of the meals were served on cold glass plates, causing the food to also go cold quickly. This was a small but noticeable detail. On our way out, my mum politely shared her disappointment about the service, hoping it could be taken as constructive feedback. Unfortunately, rather than apologizing or addressing the feedback professionally, the waitress made a disrespectful face at her colleague behind the bar (who normally does serve) as soon as my mum turned away. This lack of professionalism aggravated me and prompted me to write this review. This has always been a local place we’ve enjoyed, but tonight’s service was far from what we’ve experienced before. If more attention was paid to customer service, the restaurant might not be so empty on a Thursday night.

My family can't get enough of this restaurant! We've been back three times, and each visit has been a delight. The restaurant consistently earns high scores, usually between 4 and 5. We gave it a perfect five because they allowed us to sit down before our allocated booking, and there was no service charge. The only problem was that the coconut rice was drier than usual, and we had to ask the waitresses to clean our table. Apart from these minor issues, the menu is incredibly diverse (and fair prices), the restaurant has a cosy and traditional theme, and the service from the waitress was delightful!

Food and main meals are good but note now all starters are fried. Wish they had steamed or grilled options as well Service charge is automatically added like many other places in this area. Very friendly staff and landlady and great music option on weekends

The best Thai. We drive 30 mins here to pickup take away... thats how good they are.

While food was quite nice unfortunately portion sizes were very small for the price and when we asked why they were so small excuses were made including "pad thai is a side dish" and not a main. Portion was taken back and reappeared with 2 extra noodles. Disappointing

For my penultimate meal in 2022 my friend and I decided to try this charming place in the west end . Overall it was a great experience. The inside had a lovely decor with a great atmosphere . The staff were very friendly and attentive . The food was really good . We went for sharing plates which consisted of salt and chilli chicken wings , onion rings , vegetable gyoza , chilli chicken bao buns and pork burnt ends loaded fries . Each portion was very tasty and bursting with flavour. My favourite plates were the salt and chilli boneless chicken and the bao buns . The total bill including drinks came to £44 which is really good. If you are looking for Asian fusion cuisine in the west end then definitely check this place out .

Fuera del menú principal hoy disfrutamos de comida tailandesa más brillante. Entradas de galletas de langostinos Manura, sidra de aspall para la comida. Seguido de pollo picado marinado en tostadas, semillas de sésamo, frito con una salsa de chile dulce. Directamente de la freidora a la mesa, caliente. Crujiente Gyoza - Relleno de pollo, verduras mezcladas con una salsa para mojar. Ambos compartimos un poco de cada uno. Un comienzo encantador con la red por venir. . . . . . . Mi esposa elige lubina al vapor con salsa de soja y jengibre. Una porción generosa de lubina, sin huesos, muy sabrosa, le encantó este plato. Pato en salsa de tamarindo para mí, delicioso. Arroz frito con huevo para los dos. Una pareja en la mesa de al lado dijo que estaba allí 1 vez en la calle, pero me encantó la comida y volveré. Un gran descubrimiento para encontrar la hospitalidad familiar tailandesa haciendo que comer fuera tan agradable.

Wonderful authentic Thai food , made with fresh ingredients and very reasonably priced . We enjoyed our meal very much tonight and our friends Friday night get together …. The only negative we had was that although the dining area is lovely , it definitely lacked any atmosphere , infact we felt it cringingly quiet .. Thai music playing in the background , would have been a very nice addition

Sallie and her team performed miracles for a catered buffet for forty plus people. The food was amazing with a mix of starters, curries, noodle and rice dishes. I would highly recommend for an eat in, take away or a catered event. Awesome food - I even squirred away a tub to eat the next day. Thanks Sallie.

We live locally, and we simply love this place. Every single time we have visited we have enjoyed our time there, and of course the fantastic food. Very authentic, according to my husband who has visited Thailand and loves the food. The people here are extremely friendly, always with nice words and an open smile that never looks fake. They really make you feel welcome and as soon as you take your seat you feel the nice atmosphere. We have no doubts recommending this little restaurant, and always take our visitors here for them to try something different. Not cheap, not particularly expensive, we think it's an excellent price/quality ratio as the food is gorgeous and the service is so lovely.

Outstanding Thai restaurant whose food is only bettered by the fabulous staff. Best Thai food I have ever tasted and I eat Thai everywhere I go including repeated trips to Thailand. The restaurant is medium to small so booking early is a worthwhile precaution to try the food perfection of this restaurant. The chef will Taylor the spice levels to your own levels. Family business that should be a must visit location to all Thai food lovers

Antes me gustaba ir aquí, pero recientemente el tamaño de las porciones se ha convertido en una broma. Comí pasteles de pescado para empezar. Tenía el tamaño de rodajas de peperoni de 2 x 3 mm de espesor. Para la red tuve un curry y arroz, la comida era agradable, pero de nuevo las porciones son terribles (no es como si el arroz fuera caro). Así que después de irnos tuvimos que ir a otro lugar para comer de verdad.

Recommended by a local we go and all we can say is WOW WOW WOW. Amazingly fresh and cooked to order food to die for it's so good! Very friendly staff who were adept at dealing with allergies for my partner no sweat. Highly recommend and WILL visit again when in the area! Recommend if you like spice to have the Duck Curry -- mind blown
