Up here at a conference but fancied something with bit more charm than the hotel or nearby restaurants could offer. After eight or so minutes' walk from the Marriott, I found this really lovely, proper eat-in fish and chip shop. Impressive haddock - tasted very lightly smoked to me, which was a new experience. Absolutely super place.

Absolutamente horrible. El mini pez era exactamente del mismo color por dentro... la única diferencia era el tamaño... que era mucho más pequeño que cualquier mini pez que hayamos tenido de otros chipspies. ¡Nunca más!

Mate of mine has just been in asked for a kebab wrap got meat n chips instead said the meat was raw the garlic sauce didn't resemble garlic sauce resembled something way different how can you advertise a kebab wrap and expect customers to wrap it themselves fix your menu fix your staff training and hire someone that knows how to cook that doesn't want to poison their customers and get some different garlic mayo that doesn't look like baby gravy

Small portions, over priced and cooking to order, including the chips! Ridiculous, waiting for chips in a chip shop! If their deliveries fail, then they will close, as it’s desolate in there during lunch times…

Lovely kebabs. Really liked the Yorkshire fish cake too

Excellent as always. Not cheap but worth it. Large portion, fresh and excellent quality.
