It was alright, I could tell the fishcake had been cooked twice

Ordered food via uber eats….part of the order was missing I rang the shop to complain and was passed from person to person who told me to order a breadcake to get the rest of my order….absolute clowns 😡

They where touching my food with bare hands with out washing their hands, the lady who took my order was quite rude and chose completely deferent sauces than I chose. In all the servers was quite shyte

Ordered 3 meals. Only delivered 2. He did ring to say it was a meal short, I asked if he was going to send it out , he said “no the next time you order remind us and we will give you extra portion” Great what is 1 of us supposed to eat tonight? Safe to say we won’t be ordering again.

Large portions, chips were pale but some crispy and some floppy. Great all rounder. Would like to see the classic fishcake (not fish rissole) on the menu.

Food came took ages to come and was all cold I paid for food that wasn’t even edible the chips was freezing and the kebab meat was hard and cold like it had been stood the curry was aired didn’t enjoy the meal as everything was cold

Ordered off Uber eats yesterday fish chips and peas the chips weren't cooked fish batter was glued to the paper peas well didn't get to try lot went in the bin never again. I can't believe this it's usually top nosh from here I pop in after bingo with my friend but not when you want it delivered ??? absolute lot went in bin no way of contacting them waste of £16

I’ve been using this chip shop for years, always loved their kebabs in a nan bread however I ordered a kebab in a nan and a portion of onion rings costing £12.20 on the 30th of July The kebab had a little bit of meat compared to how they used to be. It was very disappointing I will definitely not be going back again

Gave this place a go because it's the first time I've found anywhere in Sheffield that does saveloy, the saveloy and sausage were fine, unfortunately the chips were greasy and badly undercooked and I can't recommend.

The delivery driver didn't have a clue where to go. He phoned me and i tried to explain where I was and ended up speaking to some random stranger that the driver had pulled up to find out where I lived. I had to go out on the main road to meet him. I wouldn't mind but it's just one long road from the chippy!

Love the mixed kebab burger special comes with chips and I get scraps and garlic mayo. Such a good price, portion size and tasty it’s my weekly go to treat while at work.

Best Chippy we've had! Our local Chippy suddenly shut down over a year ago and haven't enjoyed any other Chippy place since however this one is amazing! Massive fish! Generous portion sizes and my partner said the curry sauce was the best one he's had out of all the chippy's we've tried. Everything arrived hot and was on time. This will now become our new regular Chippy!

Fish wasn’t fried and very oily, absolutely disgusting. Fish was ordered in ‘fish and chips’ section but I could only dream about chips. Absolutely shocking, disgusting. Waist of time and money, please don’t do the same mistake like I did.

Son ordered chips and burger at 8pm the chips were very old dried up and cold. Even our dogs refused them. Lesson learnt only visit in busy time ie 12-2 and 5-7

CHIPS WERE ALMOST COLD AND AS I FOLLOWED THE DRIVER ON THE MAP THE DRIVER DELIVERED ANOTHER ORDER BEFORE MINE AND I DIDNT SEE IF THE DRIVER USED A THERMAL BAG OR NOT

My bill came to nearly £32 ⁉️ I probably received about £14 worth of food that's pushing it. Like I said I've been using this chip shop for over 12 years. Just check your food amount and for what your paying for that this chip & fish shop ⁉️⁉️

This used to be such an amazing chippy! What’s happened? Absolutely grim service and vile food compared to what it was. Not been in 3-4 years so definitely looks like new owners. Was super excited to try after being in the area again but was so disappointed. Chips brown and hard. Donner kebab tasteless and bland. Only decent thing was the gravy really. When the guy took my order he was wearing a headset so didn’t know if he was speaking to that or me. Weird place for a headset in a chippy it’s not like it’s a drive thru. When ordering the kebab he didn’t ask me what I wanted on it so I said can I please have just garlic mayo on the kebab he said I know you already asked (I didn’t) then when making it he said what do you want on it? Weird encounter to say the least! Absolute garbage went in the bin save your money there’s plenty more options around than this place. Yuk!!

Amazing mixed kebab on garlic nan!!!!

large fish is huge, the chips aren't worth the money, scampi was cold, and I ordered a large mushy peas, which are quite small so I wouldn't want to know how small the small pots are

Large chips for price wasn't enough it was in a rectangular smallish tray. £1 per breadcake is a bit silly too and only bought sausage for my daughters tea otherwise wouldn't pay £2.45 for 1 sausage. Overall food was a good tempature and really nice taste

chips arrived burned and tasted awful so didn't eat them, waste of money and still need something for our tea

The food as been burnt or dry especially the doner meat and the fish was not cooked was soggy and the staff are rude never listen to your order

delivery driver was apparently too lazy to actually attempt delivery sat in the car park for 10 minutes and then drove away without attempting to try the door at any point.... I'll show the food is very nice. unfortunately if it can't be delivered it's no good to anyone.

Roe batter was soggy and kebab meat didn't taste very nice and looked undercooked. Chips and peas were good. Could have done with salt and vinegar on. Delivery guy was really polite.

used to go here years ago and the food was amazing, so decided to order despite being quite a bit more expensive than other places. The chips were burned to begin with, didn't bode well. Large sauce comes in the most shallow container so you hardly get any. to top it off, got a chicken kebab and it tastes like fish, literally inedibible. have managed to eat the chips with curry sauce but honestly i wouldn't even risk giving the chicken to the dog. huge let down as i used to love this place

Absolutely shocking to say the least! Charge a huge amount of money for delivery but it’s defiantly not worth the money or wait! Used to go to this chippy continuously as a child and growing up and it’s gone down hill so much the wait is not worth the quality of food and it should not take over 60 minutes to deliver food! Was unable to cancel as they accepted the order and can not contact just eat directly! Will be requesting refund

Absolutely disgusting, wish I could put photos of it on here. Chips were old and rancid, fish cake looked liked it had been reheated loads of times, picked it up and middle fell out and looking at state of that meant it was binned, cod was very small and dry, ordered a battered sausage that was ok but extremely hard batter yet again it looked liked it had been cooked a lot. Ordered Irish curry worst mistake absolutely atrocious good job we also ordered normal curry but in the end EVERYTHING was binned, nearly £23 down the drain. I’ve showed the photos of it to family and friends and they’re disgusted with it. I will never ever order from here again.

First time ordering and it was lovely. Food was hot when arrived and the batter was perfect, super crispy! The only thing which let it down for us was the sausage was very greasy other than that perfect, very enjoyable.
