The best restaurants serving Seafood food in Wealden South East

Very poor quality food. The chicken was tougher than Mike Tyson and the meal in general was very bland. Both of the dishes served lacked authenticity and felt like they had been par cooked and knocked up in minutes. Very disappointed overall.

On holiday in pevensey and just had roast chicken and chips from the chip shop and can’t remember when I had a fantastic meal like that since I was young. The man was so nice as I had laryngitis and wrote things down and he went through it all with. Will go again next time I am down next.

We had cod and chips on a weeknight. Ordered in their website for collection. They charged extra for ordering directly on their website compared to In the shop. Waited ages. The chips were pale and unappetising. The fish was disgusting. The batter has a strange flexible texture, not crispy. It had soaked up a serious amount of oil. It was orangey colour. Don't risk going. Head to one of the fish and chip shops on Uckfield high street.
