Asked for a large Haddock got home find it's Cod. Batter should be crispy not like a pancake. Eleven pound twenty which will always make me think of using again.

Went up on New Years Eve to buy fish and chips for 4 as your opening times said open, but found that you were closed and wasted fuel to get there. Very disappointing.

Went here for fish and chips which were cooked fresh and were tasty. They only take cash so no cards. The shop itself was very clean and well looked after.

Went in for a takeaway tonight. We really enjoy the food from here. Excellent chunky chips and never disappointed with the fish. Great portion size and quick service. Will definitely go back.

We had cod and chips on a weeknight. Ordered in their website for collection. They charged extra for ordering directly on their website compared to In the shop. Waited ages. The chips were pale and unappetising. The fish was disgusting. The batter has a strange flexible texture, not crispy. It had soaked up a serious amount of oil. It was orangey colour. Don't risk going. Head to one of the fish and chip shops on Uckfield high street.
