No food turned up and I would like a fall refund

disgusting waitierdc nearly 2 hours for food then get told to go outsode to collect food wrong i asked for garlic bread with cheese u sent me cheese pizza garlic bread not happy

The tuna and anchovy pizza was delicious thankyou.

My pizza was delivered nice and hot with a friendly driver.

Waited more than 2 hours. The driver went to the wrong address. The correct address and postcode was used for the order

ice cream was out of date by a month so more ice crystals so binned it

My pizza was discusting. Very Thick and have an terrible taste. A ham taste like 5 years old meat out of freezer Just like my pizza base.Italian pizza but Italians never bake anything from frezzer!!!!It was the first time and the last time too! Never again !!!

Some of my food didn’t come and some was left in the middle of the road?? Infront of my house. Disgusting. All I have out of a whole order is onion rings and my drinks, the garlic break was covered in mud

Like an idiot I miss read the menu and was 1 pizza short. Had to be my youngest child's.. The restaurant went above and beyond to expediently make and deliver a new one. They saved my day.. Good food good prices. Brilliant customer service. I promise to read the menu properly next time... thank you 😊

Unfortunately the vegetarian pizza was missing sweetcorn and peppers

pizza was ready to collect 10-15minutes earlier than the requested time and the employee had put it in a delivery bag as he thought it was to be delivered. I picked it up as soon as I saw the notification but it ment I had to keep it warm and therefore over cook it at home as my family were not home yet :-(

The food is always great from this place but the delivery time was 30 minutes later than the guesstimated time. Would I order from here again? Yes definitely but please step up your delivery times!

Driver refused to deliver at delivery point and I had to end up going to him which was a 10 min drive- the pizza was frozen by the time I got it- it was not edible and the delivery man was rude and did not show any apologetic behaviour. Waste of money

Switched from fresh to frozen dough, didn’t provide the extra toppings or sauce that I ordered. Not the first time they’ve done this either. Won’t be ordering from them again. Only scored a 2 on their food hygiene too

We love the pizzas from Seaford pizza ! We choose them over dominoes every time . Great sizes for great prizes. And they do the best garlic dip !

Only ordered 1 pizza so not complicated but was v missing pepperoni from stuffed crust and the sour cream dip was also missing.

Pizza was good as normal bit I have noticed a few times that the ice cream but be being stored poorly as it is icey and crystallised this maybe a instore issue or getting delivery but wouldn't recommend getting ice cream from here due to this and its over priced

Ordered thin crust but pizzas came as thick crust so not as good as usual.

The sauce pots for the pizza were melted into the boxes, which is a complete health hazard, I will be taking this further

I had the Italian pizza with a stuffed crust and it was absolutely delicious!

The chicken was so dry you had to drink a gallon of water each bite to get it down. The garlic bread was flavourless

I thought I'd give this place one last try, benefit of doubt hoping this time would be better than the last experiences, order was completely wrong, so many items forgotten, pizzas arrived with no cheese, it was delivered almost 2 hours late and the staff was awfully rude!!

Missing chips and coke and pizza all stuck to cardboard so all cheese came off when lifted to open box

Food was in the allotted time but the delivery driver had an issue getting here but think it was down to the sat nav directions sending him the wrong way.

Really good customer service, the first pizza delivered was the wrong one, but with a quick phone call to the restaurant to explain what happened, they delivered the right one in 20ish minutes and apologized for the mix up.

Food arrived over an hour half late stone cold rang the restaurant manager came on the phone he was rude aggressive and was blaming me for the food being cold absolutely disgusting behaviour I would advise people not to order from there

Late delivery, cold food. Called restaurant and was told that they were busy and it would be late but arrive fresh - turned up 45 mins after I was advised originally that it would take around an hour. It had half cooked garlic bread, cold pizza and chicken. Was obviously sitting for ages before delivery. Will not order from here again and would advised others to do the same.

Didnt have tbe bbq chicken but called and they made the fried chicken extra spicy So many prawns today. Loaded. 1 small pizza food for 3 days. With the 2 orders of chicken!

Waited an hour and a half for 1 pizza and 1 portion of chicken wings

The order was wrong, we asked for 2 10” pizzas both with pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust, only one was stuffed crust and it was only cheese, the other was a normal pizza. The order was out for delivery for over 25 minutes and then was delivered for over 5 minutes before it even got to us. When this happened I called the restaurant 4 times with no answer.

First time ordering an 18 inch pizza. Very disappointed. Was dry and hardly any cheese, not like the smaller versions at all. Usually love them! Same amount of topping as small pizza but spread out thinly! Won’t be ordering again unfortunately.

Food that arrived was not what we ordered and what we did get was cold and tasted off. We were called liars when we made a complaint about our delivery. The person on the phone was rude and kept insisting he had sent the right order. We had to send picture evidence which was fine and when we called back he offered to send us another pizza but as I type this an hour later nothing has arrived. So I'll now be asking for my money back!! Really disappointed as this has always been my go to pizza place. Shame. Giving 1 star as can't go lower. Thumbs up for the delivery driver though.

I ordered 2 chicken (BBQ and spicy), good amount of chicken very delicious. The pizza, ordered Arya, tuna and prawn. SO glad I ordered extra prawn topping as with that, I got 6 prawns. So a prawn pizza is a mere 3 prawns? Very disappointed as Seaford pizza is the only place offering prawns. Delivery was on time but not to the door, just called to say outside. Wasn't outside. Over all, the chicken was the saviour of the day. Everything else was disappointing.

This is the second time we have been here for dinner in December 2022. It didn't disappoint, the food, wine and setting are lovely. They also made a beautiful cake for 20th birthday celebration. We hope you open up next summer thanks so much Angela

Didn't turn up. Phones takeaway, to be told that the driver couldn't find me, and had taken it back there, but they were willing to redeliver cold pizza, I declined.

Food is nice, but missed drink by their mistake coca cola 1.5l and then they come back with a drink just give 3cans (990ml)

Pizza itself was very tasty and at a good temperature. Chicken was super hot and yummy. However understand that it was a busy night but took over 45 minutes to get to me from when I received the update to say it’s on its way. App fault maybe. Wouldn’t stop me from ordering again from Seaford pizza as they are really good and would rather support a local business.

Simply Seafood - a restaurant next to the chippie in Westham, open on a Fri and Sat evening only. Seafood restaurants seem to be a rarity in our coastal town of Eastbourne, so it was great to find thus one. Celebrated a special evening with my hubby, enjoying delicious food in a lovely atmosphere. I enjoyed every mouthful!

Pizzas are lovely.. however the chips arent cooked enough and are cheap and taste horrible

2 pizzas. One ok, the other one had been cooked to within an inch of its life and just tasted like burnt card. The chips had a strong chemical smell before I even opened the box, and tasted even worse. No amount of vinegar could disguise the awful flavour. At least your delivery guy was a nice, polite dude. Honestly, unless I'm desperate I don't think I'll order from you again, but hopefully this review is enough for you to block me so I never make that mistake :)

Third time in a row my order has either been incorrect or had missing items. Shame that service has gone downhill

To my mistake i ordered it to the wrong address, my fault and i put my hands up to it! but when i called the restaurant to try and fix this problem all i got was it can’t be changed, it’s been dropped off already. I’ve got back to the wrong address in the morning and it’s been left outside and not even been accepted by anyone. I can understand if you can’t change it when someone’s accepted the pizza and taken it in but to leave it on a door step and say there’s nothing you can do is poor service i’m afraid. Won’t be ordering again as they clearly can’t rectify a simple delivery mistake.

Was a great 1/2 of a pizza, problem was half of it had bbq sauce on it ( did not order and not a fan of bbq sauce ) ended up throwing it out for the foxes
