Bueno, el letrero sobre la puerta no estaba allí y no había rastro de nadie a los 18 años. 10 en casados dentro o fuera. La vergüenza he comido aquí antes y fue genial. ¿Has cerrado? Si es así, lo siento mucho - evaluaciones basadas en la última experiencia

This was my first time ordering from here, and sadly it’ll be my last. The fish was a good size for the price, although the batter was soggy and drenched in grease. £4 for a small portion of chips, and they totally looked re-fried. They were deep brown (as opposed to golden), dried out and really only fit for the bin. Gutted as this isn’t too far from me, and I had more hope for it.

This was a surprise find. I was actually on my way to a well known noodle restaurant when I came across this little beauty! Spent many happy hours at the OB in Cape town down at the V &A and having checked it was the same chain. I went in! For a Monday it was busy - yes they had an offer on - but I did notice that most people were eating the platters. Very friendly staff, very nice vibe, not too noisy but busy enough to make it enjoyable. Food came freshly cooked, really tasty and thoroughly enjoyable. I had the fried haddock and fries, with a side of grilled veg. Really good value for money and amazing. Would definitely would recommend!

I had a meal deal of fish and chips with mushy peas and soft drinks. The cod was tasty but the batter was greasy and not crispy. The mushy peas had the consistency of a baby food. The chips were OK but they wasn't the best. The tartar sauce was superb with the fish. The service was brilliant from the staff.

I was there today with my wife and after I had eaten got a coffee I saw the little fat chubby guy cough and sneeze over the food he was taking to someone, the place is not very clean to be honest and the toilets stink badly they truly have no hygiene in this place at all, the chips were cooked in the cheapest oil it tasted vile the batter on the fish tasted the same the guys hands that were cooking the food the little chubby guy his hands were very dirty and I saw him pick is nose I was shocked this guy as no hygiene at all it’s made me feel sick That I went there I had my back to them and my wife kept telling me to look around and I did, there seemed to what looked like mouse dropping next to our table next to the wall my wife said what’s this and he said don’t worry we will not charge you extra for that this guy should not be working in there are all the other two boys and lady are well mannered but I will not be going back to that place ever again there is nothing to dry your hands on after washing them in the toilet and it really smelled bad this place is not for me with mouse droppings and dirty table and very unhygienic cook if I could give a zero score I truly would it was that bad meaning very bad

Champagne at LHR T2We have dined at the Caviar House & Prunier on St James many times, and did so again, during our November trip. We have stopped into their shop, and the separate bar/dining area at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 2, before catching our flight home to the USA. We did so, on this trip. Our flight was later than we usually take, and we had gotten to LHR with lots of time on our hand. Before heading to the United Club, we decided to stop into the Caviar House & Prunier shop in the terminal building, past Security. On this visit, we were interested in Champagne, and they always can accommodate us in that respect. We pulled up stools at the semi-circular bar, essentially in the middle of the rotunda at Terminal 2, watching the airline traffic, outside of the building, through giant windows. We had two glasses of the Laurent Perrier, and sat back, to relax, before heading to an early lunch, near our departure gate. Our service was very good, and cheerful. On this visit, we only sat at the bar for Champagne, and did not visit their near-by retail store - but we had already shopped at their St James restaurant, earlier in the visit.Lovely, and we try to always stop, when departing from T2 at LHR.

Just orderd from here and the food was absolutely disgusting the chips was re cooked and the fish cakes was over cooked and almost burnt they can't say they were not I've been a chef for 25 years plus and I know re cooked food. does there customers not mean that much to them that they send out food so bad. I would be very surprised if they get any returning customers because this food is not up to customers standards. why own a food establishment if your not owning what you serve sort it out because your just running your business into the ground and then sit and wonder whair it all went wrong
