The best restaurants serving Seafood food in Leicester East Midlands

Moved from brum this is the best place ever I have tried. The fish is amazing

I do not recommend this place, the shrimps were overcooked, the tzatziki worst I've ever eaten in my life , the fish was very poor quality (Fish and chips), They should learn how to cook. There are much better restaurants nearby. 2stars for a chips only :)

Established reliable chippy, probably the best in leicester, halloumi was also surprisingly nice along with the usual fish and chips!

Wow, myself, my partner (who has been a few times before and speaks very highly of this place) and my son ventured out for a meal here today and the food really is incredible. We ordered the Middletons Butchers Board and again, wow. We asked for the meats to be cooked to the chef’s recommendation and honestly, the food speaks for itself, beautiful. The venue itself is incredibly well thought out, all staff were polite and thorough in their service, the cocktails were beautiful (especially the passion). I could not recommend this place enough, compliments to the chef 👌❤️

Very friendly, and great food, customer service and really good prices

Waited for about 40 minutes, wouldn't complain to much if they gave me what I paid for which was a large and small chips and sausages, they waited 40 minutes just to not give me my small chips which I paid for, place is usually good but recently is having a pretty shocking decline in service

i was feeling a little peckish so i thought i would pop into the huncote fish bar for a light snack the chips looked so scranalishious i had to buy three bags of large chips,4 cod,1 pineapple fritter, and a tuck burger with a surprising of 2 pound anyway hoping this family business continues as ill be definitely be coming back love john.

The chips were excellent, the fish batter was just right and the fish wonderfully succulent. All very good.

I cannot tell you how poor this place is for chips. For the other bits they sell, I honestly can't say as I've only ever given them a chance time and time again just to cook a simple portion of chips (it's a chippy!!). Always undercooked, anemic and almost white, soggy or raw, horrible. I'm done now I just give up. Miserable teenage girls serve you, and to be totally honest they probably get this from the miserable husband and wife who own it. FGS just smile and be grateful that people still actually spend money here. You only open on matchdays, so if you can't be bothered with 1 or 2 days a month then just throw in the towel. It's no wonder you're up for sale,you opened a chippy but literally cannot even cook a chip.

This is one of the best food takeaways in Leicester I use regularly and is always spot on try it it’s brilliant I recommend it the staff are amazing too

I ordered from here and the food was cold and just horrid. Poor lack of communication. I will not order from here again! Wouldn't recommend it !
