The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Seafood food

Overly stuffy for a place that had a rave stage on the beach in summer.

2nd visit and it was amazing. We had starters, 2 mains an 2 sides and were VERY full. Food was simply out of this world. So tasty and fresh ingredients. Staff great and well definitely be back on our next visit. If you go, book, it is supe busy, which says a lot.

How is this place still open, £15 for fish chips and peas and fish for my daughter the worst chippy I have ever tasted,I have never tasted sour mushy peas in my life, mushy chips and loads of soggy squishy batter where is the fish do everyone a favour and close

The best fish & chips we’ve had in along while, tastes just like when we were younger.

Will not be going to another Rick Stein restaurant any time soon , Did not think this restaurant was value for money. I only had 4 prawns for £16 and portion of chips was a bit on the short side for £22

Absolutely lovely staff. Great atmosphere, made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in and the food was top notch 👌

Excellent food and quick delivery

We went in for a drink only and bumped into a friend. We were then joined by another friend and were having drinks. About 2245hrs we were very abruptly told to drink up or they would take our drinks from us, as last orders had been called earlier. we had been provided a round about 2230hrs and were the only people left. Their stated opening hours say closing at 2300hrs. Perhaps a little better communication from the 'apparently senior staff member' may have prevented our leaving feeling so disgruntled and demonstrated they understand the meaning of hospitality. The result was one of our group stating they would not return. Communication is everything

Best Fish & Chips in Hastings. Always go here when in town.

The view alone is worth the price, but the food is amazing too! Portions are small but expertly crafted.

Best ship shop ever , food was delicious , the place is very clean and everyone is very nice .

Bought fishcake and chips and sausage and chips on Sunday lunchtime, the smell and the taste was awful, had to throw away both meals we wouldn't have given to the dog it was so bad, we have eaten here before and it has been fine,this was the worst we have ever tasted, still tasting the after effects hours later even the car still smells of this odour which is not nice, would like an explanation as to why the food tasted so foul

Owner is a friendly lady l haven't been down much this Yr but always asked how you are

Lovely younger staff but owner is a loud, bigoted and whinging idiot that talks to his staff like crap. The food had been re heated and refried, There was a lack of ventilation and I ended up having to throw my clothes in the wash. My wife walked out when she heard the Italian owner shouting at his staff and sat in the car whilst I ate. The place would have been ideal because it’s on one level for my wives wheelchair but she doesn’t want to go back
