We have often eaten in Mason Belles Kitchen so it seemed a natural choice when we were having a special birthday celebration for a large group of family and friends. We weren’t disappointed - the food was delicious and the service attentive without being intrusive. From planning stages to the day itself, Hannah and the team did an amazing job in ensuring we had a wonderful celebration, enjoyed by all.

Pleasantly surprised by J O G, despite the warning by our Airbnb host in Wick. Lots of interesting things but regrettably for us we chose the wrong cafe for a coffee as it was expensive and poor quality. Over £16 for a coffee hot chocolate sausage roll and small cake. Would expect Barista grade coffee for that and the sausage roll was barely warm, not hot and tough. 4x the price of greggs and inferior as well. Let’s just rip off the tourists shall we!!

Great service from when we arrived to when we left. Cheese board was excellent as we're the espresso martinis we had in te lounge post dinner. Where I feel things could have been a little better were in the starter ond main course. Wood pigeon was chewy, but also hidden on the plate when surely it should be the main event. Monkfish was lovely but served with far too much foam, and not much else. Pics for reference. Generally good meal, but I would probably order different options on a return visit.

I came in here for breakfast after leaving my son's car at a garage. As their first customer, I was able to choose a table near the living flame gas fire. There was a small bottle of sterile sanitiser on each table along with "Track and Protect" cards and a pen to use with them. I ordered a full Scottish breakfast with a large cappuccino and a glass of water. It wasn't long before everything arrived. The breakfast was well cooked and presented, the coffee was in a large mug with the frothy milk and chocolate on top and the water was in a large glass with ice.The waitress was polite and friendly.I could not have asked for anything to have improved my breakfast and the experience.I can thoroughly recommend Pandora in Ayr for a "Perfect Start" to your day.

Tannochbrae is a must in your stay in Dufftown. James and Louis run a top notch B&B and restaurant. Make reservations. Come a tad early and have a drink and a dram in their cozy sitting room. Order from the sitting room and will be seated when your food is ready. The food is fresh, local, and very very good. Take your time and enjoy this elegant Scottish experience. Save room for dessert!
