The weekend had a themed menu of kebabs and Mediterranean dishes, and it was just delicious. The best cassoulet I’ve ever had, followed by a fresh, scrumptious oyster mushroom kebab, and topped off with a selection of desserts presented like a piece of art - it was just divine!

We had a beautiful meal here on Christmas Eve. Well worth the death defying drive on the wee mad road from Achilitilbuie to get here. Great food! Great service. Thank you

After a dramatic day when one of our group had to be brought down from the hillside by helicopter, Delilah's came to the rescue. They provided us with the very best burger and fries we had ever eaten. It is a long way from our homes in Milton Keynes, but I suspect one day will go back to try some of the other dishes.

This restaurant could hold its own in London, Glasgow or Liverpool. Food is delicious, the chocolate truffles are worth the drive to the Highlands alone. The owner's enthusiasm and passion for quality is at the heart of this restaurant. The decor and atmosphere are stunning too. Looking forward to visiting again.

I am not sure if first, or occasional, visitors to Lochinver understand how difficult running a restaurant of this quality is in North West Scotland. Somehow Rachael and Sam transcend the difficulties of staffing and sourcing in Lochinver/Assynt and are a beacon of enterprise and local employment in a tough and remote market. I have been to Delilah’s three times this year alone, AND I live in Australia! I look forward year on year to make the annual pilgrimage to Delilah’s for seafood/shellfish and meat sourced from Scotland and dishes of ‘city quality’ in such a remote location. Keep up the fabulous work!

The food here is good but not up to the standards suggested by the other reviews. The onion bhaji and haddock starters were ok but nothing special. The lobster was delicious but the beef and langoustine curry was chewy beef with hardly any langoustine. The best bit was the ice cream cranachan

We went into the Delilah’s by chance on our holiday and it was so good, we went again next day. First day steak, next day lobster, it was great. I wish I knew how they get the lovely lemony flavor on their potatoes. Pity I live so far away, I would like to go again.

This restaurant has had such great reviews that we couldn't wait to eat here. Very modern and funky styling - I loved the wee understairs play area with the twinkly star for the little customers! Unfortunately on the night we were there the printer wasn't functioning and this seemed to throw the entire operation into chaos. Eventually an ipad on a stand was taken painfully slowly from table to table so that orders could be taken. Now this isn't a big place, one would have thought that they could have written the menu on the slate(there was a large one outside the entrance) to take from table to table, or even, heaven forfend, handwrite a few menus to get service started. The food, once we got some, was interesting, but largely overseasoned and heavily asian-influenced. I had a cod tika dish which was nice, but the tastiest ingredient was the local potatoes it was served over. This is a part of Scotland which has amazing sea food, and we thought that the dishes we had were overthought, service to customers underthought and that 2 hours for 2 fairly pricey courses was disappointing
