09/02/2019: What a lovely restaurant! The food is delicious - from the homemade bread, to the soup, beef with garlic, and a sublime white chocolate creme brûlée. Every course was cooked to perfection. Add excellent service, genuine care, and a relaxed dining area, and you are on to a winner! Highly recommended. Booking advised.

27/01/2019: Visited the bank street cafe with my family during our holiday, we had the sucuk, a halloumi and kebab, the portions were big and everything was delicious. My daughter and I had a Banana Split waffle which was amazingly good! The waitress and chef were really friendly and attentive, and the cafe has a nice atmosphere

The Tatler Cafe

Tweeddale West, Scottish Borders
26/02/2017: This cafe could do with a freshen up, the cakes are lovely and not expensive, a nice welcome would make a big difference, and a smile.
26/11/2016: Slow service and not the friendliest of places if you not local. Very clean and toilets available. No pushchairs allowed inside due to narrow spaces between tables which is fair enough.
