Maybe it's me....0900 Saturday, simple flat white and a heated fruit scone. Two staff behind the counter. What could go wrong? Flat white arrives in 2 minutes; it's probably the best coffee in Glasgow tbh. Consuming flat white...waiting on heated scone. I can see it...but we're waiting on butter and jam from the kitchen. 8 minutes have elapsed and I'm now nursing a lukewarm coffee. I ask for the scone and for my coffee to be heated and it duly is, however the strong shot I'd craved is diluted to a miled froth. In fairness, new flat white despatched as I make the point and enquire about my scone (which I can still see a and is craving to be eaten). She is presented, toasted with remnants of heat in there somewhere. Long and short. Time the order. Understand I want to enjoy both coffee and scone in conjunction with each other. Simple coordination for what, as I say, is the best coffee in town 👍 Very good brew. Distinct lack of interest from the barista's.

Little gem of a coffee place. Friendly and helpful staff. By far the best coffee on argyle street. Consistent quality. Patisserie baked on site and does not disappoint. Thumbs up from me.

Went for breakfast this morning and was left feeling very underwhelmed. Not sure if this was just an off day but the staff were very unfriendly & the service just wasn’t great at all. Ordered the baked eggs which were seriously overdone, not at all what I’ve come to expect around the Westend and not at all enjoyable. At no time were we approached at our table to ask how everything was or if we wanted to order anything else so just paid and left. Worst of all was while we were at our table a glass smashed at the counter all over the floor and watching the staff member remove the cakes one by one to check there was no glass on them before putting them back on the counter for sale was quite alarming. I’m no expert but I’d have thought they instantly have to be removed from sale and just binned for safety reasons. Based on today’s experience not somewhere I’d look to revisit in a hurry which is a shame.

After a night in Glasgow at a hotel nearby we wanted something nicer than a bland fry up. Quick search online to see what was nearby we are delighted we found this little place. Amazing coffee and even better food. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. As we arrived someone leaving told us if we hadn’t been before it is great which is unusual but now I know why. Wish I lived closer cause we thoroughly enjoyed our brunch here today.

Went in here for coffee as its local. We ordered 2 coffees and I cake (there was nothing gluten free so I just had coffee) My partner said the cake was nice but at £11.50 it was a bit pricey for what we got. The back room to sit in was dull, no pictures just grey walls. Like we were sitting in the cupboard.

Really tasty filled and toasted sourdough sandwiches for lunch and reasonable prices! The coffee is also a lovely roast. Only a small place though so can be tough finding somewhere to sit but nice little spot in the window.

Went here for lunch today. The place was virtually empty and three sullen members of staff behind the counter. One sitting on the counter by the cups. Very hygienic! We went and sat down and waited for someone to come but nobody did, so I had to ask for menus. We then waited again for someone to take our order. We got our food which was really nice. We had hoped for coffee and cake, but nobody came to ask if the food was ok, to clear our plates or ask us if we would like anything else. We decided to pay and leave. One of the female employees still had her bum parked on the counter playing with her phone. We practically felt we were inconveniencing them. Doubt I'll bother going back. Plenty more cafes in Finnieston to choose from.

I stopped in on the way back to my accom for a coconut latte. The space was quaint and unpretentious, and the coffee was delicious.

Not to be confused with their first basement branch. This little coffee shop offers some decent baking and snacks. Few seats inside, outside and upstairs. Service and coffee can vary but was good yesterday.

My wife and I happened upon this place, purely by chance this morning and were absolutely blown away, it’s incredible; really, truly, properly, surprisingly, mind bogglingly brilliant. By far our best discovery in recent times. Staff were utterly charming, totally friendly and our eggs benedict were excellent, fresh hollandaise made in house is delicious. Coffee is also excellent. This place is clearly a labour of love, it has a very personable, warm, friendly ambience. On a day like today it was incredibly pleasant to sit in front of the huge window, which was wide open and watch the world go by. I’m going to tell everyone I know that they simply MUST go! It’s also wonderful value for money; for the same cost of a poached egg on toast at the last place I reviewed you get two eggs, on a muffin, with two rashers of bacon on and a very generous helping of hollandaise. A massive thumbs up from us!

We were here for coffees and desserts and it was a delightful experience. Staff were knowledgeable of the desserts and their ingredients. Desserts are home made - a bonus! Had an Ispahan Loaf Cake which was just what I was craving for - sweet, but not too sweet, light and mellow. Coffee - well balanced and not too acidic. Can't wait to come back.
