I went to Miller and Carter to celebrate my graduation with my family this evening. The food was brilliant and our server, Bob, was absolutely fantastic. Bob was attentive and his recommendation and information on the steaks were spot on. Early on he had asked if we were there for any special reason. I was pleasantly surprised when my dessert came and congratulations was written on the plate. It was such a nice thing to do and made my visit even more special, thank you Bob.

One of the best restaurants in Scotland! We ate so good! The starter was delicious, the main course was amazing. We order Rump steak and it was perfectly cooked, the sides were very good. And we ate creme brûlée as desert : super creamy and delicate. The coffee was good too. The service was excellent, Kevin was our waiter and he did a great job. We are fish allergic and he took care of the allergic care very professionally. The pace between the starter and the main courses was perfect. We had time to enjoy every dish. We surely come back and strongly recommend the two courses menu

We all had steak experience & think this is such a great idea. Food cooked to perfection. Great choice of puds as well. Especially like the mini dessert & cocktail option. Decent wine options as well.

Atmosphere was perfect for date night with the hubby. We arrived early which wasn’t a problem and we’re seated at the bar. Enjoyed a cocktail while we waited. Food and drink were all delicious. Service was fantastic waiter was friendly and explained everything for us first timers. Only small tiny thing the person at the desk as we arrived didn’t ask if any allergies so I looked at the wrong menu, however this was quickly resolved by our waiter Chris.

Butcher block was great and our service was amazing. Stevie was amazing and was very amazing and took us through the wine list very through. However we had no time to eat our salads. No complaints however our service with stevie was fantastic and haven’t had a better waiter here before

I have quite fond memories of the Miller & Carter in Glasgow. The place is really spectacular. Set in an old bank, as far as I heard from a waitress. There is a tresor door, while going down to the restrooms. The place was really beautiful to my eyes, while enjoying a delicious Steak. The service was also great and I had everything I wished for. Thus I would recommend this restaurant.

Had a fabulous time at Miller and Carter’s. Our server Ryan mac was fantastic even marked a wee quiet birthday dinner with friends with a chocolate brownie!!! Lovely touch!!! :-)

Calamari starter was very good. Sirloin main was also very good. Sticky toffee pudding was excellent. Our server Mags was lovely and friendly. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

I had the pleasure of trying Flat Iron's steak first in London. If I had tried the steak at Miller & Carter in Glasgow first, the steak at the Flat Iron would have felt too shabby. If you go during lunch time, you will not regret ordering a 3-course lunch. The price and taste are both perfect. Thanks, Kevin!

Went here for my Steodads 60th birthday, food was amazing.. I had Scallops then fillet steak, medium and wow it really was delicious… Our waitress was very nice and very knowledgeable and professional.. She even arranged for a 60th birthday desert, with chocolate written to say happy birthday and it had strawberries etc etc.. It really was a lovely meal.. Would definitely go back… Highly recommend

Come for lunch on the 5th of October with my mother before we went to see Les Mis and I couldn’t fault it! Food was absolutely amazing and the restaurant had an amazing atmosphere. Our server Ryan M couldn’t have been more wonderful, he was an absolute delight and was so accommodating for my mother since she had just had major hand surgery! He was an absolute delight!

Came here for a family meal for my birthday our server Kelsey was attentive and always on hand for us the 16oz Ribeye was magnificent and no complaints on the other meals when we ordered sweets and coffee Kelsey brought a plate with happy birthday and a cake which was a nice touch

Best steak in Glasgow and the presentation is excellent (love the thick cut chips, onion and wedge salad). Staff are friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is very good. We have no negative things to say about this excellent restaurant.

Absolutely amazing experience, I had surgery and missed my birthdays so came here when I felt up to it and they made me feel amazing. Mags was our server and she was amazing thank you for making me feel better after the weeks I had. And to to top it off our food was amazing x

Saw this restaurant while exploring the city and are so glad we did! Our server, Kevin, was wonderful and gave us incredible recommendations. Everything he recommended, we tried. The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly, the cocktails were well balanced and lovely and the beer he recommended was local and perfect with the meal! He also told us a bit about Glasgow and Edinburgh since we are visiting. Over all a wonderful experience with a kind, knowledgeable and personable server! We would definitely recommend this for someone looking for dinner in Glasgow.

I'm very lucky to get to these Miller & Carter restaurants and this particular one had been at the top of my list for some time. I wasn't disappointed. A beautiful building (an old ornate post office), thoughtfully converted to a restaurant. The Aberdeen Angus fillet mignon was incredible! We were very well looked after by Colin at the door and Cat, our server. Many thanks to all the team.
