We came here as four friends for a 50th birthday. 2 of our party had the fillet mignion and said it was amazing. 1 had the signature burger and the other had the cheese and bacon burger. 2 of our party had cocktails which were very gd . 3 of us had puddings 2 had banoffee pie and 1 had the biscoff torte which came with a birthday message on the side from our server which was a very nice touch. The service we received was very good and the young gentleman was helpful with questions we asked. Would definately reccommend.

Our group of friends had a lovely evening the food was amazing the service from our waiting staff was very attentive Bob and Stevie were very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and they advise us so our meal was to our requirements The atmosphere in the restraint was very relaxed and we had a lovely time.

I just had to review Miller and Carter in Glasgow after previous bad experiences at the Cramond Brig Edinburgh branch had put me off the chain. My sister and I, on a cheeky couple of nights in Glasgow at the beginning of May , decided to try M and C. What a revelation. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt like valued customers. Warmly greeted at the door and shown to our table, advised we would be served by Mags. Mags promptly appeared . What a wonderful, warm, friendly person she is and a credit to her employers. We had the best of service , the best of food, in the best of surroundings. Our steaks were cooked exactly the way we like. What more can you ask? I can highly recommend this restaurant.

Had a fantastic lunch experience Calamari starter followed by the fillet surf and turf for one and belly pork starter followed by ribeye for the other. All the food was absolutely superb and have to say a big shout out to team member Martin for looking after us so well and for his wine suggestion Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. We have been returning customers for a number of years now, primarily on special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries etc. This time we visited for my wife's 30th Birthday and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We were quickly seated and our waitress was over quickly to take our order. The steaks were absolutely tremendous - as always. That first bite, with the flamed charcoal flavour paired with the herb butter and beef dripping 😍🤤. We look forward to our next visit!

Martin was our server today & I can’t express how pleasant he was. Took note that it was my birthday & brought over a lovely dessert as a surprise. Everytime he spoke it was said with a smile, great at his job :)

My friend, Ella, and myself had a terrific experience today at Miller and Carter. After a friendly welcome we were shown to our table and quickly attended to by Mags who looked after us so well. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. A delicious cocktail and super steak lunch ticked every box. Quite simply...... first class.

Don’t waste your time and money. Their chef doesn’t know how to make medium-rare steak. I told the waitress the steak was overcooked HALFWAY THROUGH MY MEAL and I didn't even get an apology.

Had a great first experience at Miller and Carter in Glasgow today. Atmosphere was lovely and our server Maggs was great and so accommodating 10/10 service 🙂 food was timely and piping hot upon arrival ☺️ I ordered two mocktails which were really refreshing 😊 great portion sizes and my fiancée rated his steak 10/10. Great experience will definitely be back 😊💕

Por dónde empezar, bueno voy a empezar con lo mejor, Cat, nuestro servidor, una palabra de revisión de Cat sería “impresionante” Nunca en toda mi vida (y he estado por un tiempo) me he sentido más bienvenido o cuidado por un servidor, (y odio usar esa palabra, porque era mucho más que un servidor) Cat era atractivo, divertido, conocedor, es un activo absoluto para la experiencia Miller y Carter. Correcto... Tengo que parar ahora, ya que esta es una reseña de comida, jajaja, así que, hablemos de la comida, teníamos los bloques de carniceros, con un lado extra de cola de langosta, cada parte de la comida era excelente, (barra uno, lo cubriré en un minuto, ya que es una pequeña queja) , los tres filetes cocinados a la perfección, y de buena calidad, jugoso, suave y sabroso, lo del pan de cebolla es un giro diferente en un aro de cebolla, y punto en, las cuñas de lechuga son excelentes, especialmente el de queso azul. Limpiaron todos los platos... así de bien. Sin embargo, mencioné que había un inconveniente, la cola de langosta, era pequeña, demasiado cocida y un poco dura, casi no comestible y difícil de quitar de la cáscara. Pero esa fue la única queja, esto hubiera sido perfecto si hubieran eliminado eso discretamente de la factura, pero realmente no es gran cosa. ¿Mencioné lo genial que era Cat, y si no hubiera sido por su sutil atención podría haber pedido que la Langosta fuera retirada de la cartelera? Gran tarde fuera, no he disfrutado tanto de una comida en mucho tiempo Volveremos.

El menú de almuerzo de 3 platos, tiene una encantadora selección. Mi esposa optó por Chipolte pollo seguido de sándwich de filete. I eligió los calamares, seguidos del salmón asado. Todo, estaba perfectamente cocinado, y bien presentado. Terminamos con 2 postres pequeños, con cafés. Permítanme también decir que nuestro Gato servidor, era de primera clase. Esta jovencita Obviamente es alguien que la conoce comercio. Muy agradable, nada que le moleste. Las mejores notas. Gracias.

We had an absolutely outstanding meal at Miller & Carter in Glasgow. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing evening out. The steaks were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The sides and sauces complemented the main dishes beautifully, and the wine selection was spot on. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the service. Kevin, our server, was hands down the best server we’ve had on our entire trip. He was attentive without being overbearing, genuinely friendly, and clearly passionate about making sure guests have a great time. He elevated our evening from a good meal to a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend Miller & Carter Glasgow—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Kevin as your server!

Fantastic service, lunch menu is very much value for money. I would book a table, not sure how easy it would be just to rock up, it was very, very busy on the Friday afternoon we visited. There were a few tables free, but not many.

What a cracker ! Outstanding service and outstanding food. Dropped in for a late lunch after travelling all day. Every morsel was really well executed 50 day aged sirloin, ribs and loin of cod were all well received. The chocolate bar desert was fantastic. Overall a very high recommendation !

Today I was out for lunch with my son. As always I received a warm welcome from all staff. The food was terrific. I would like to highlight the service we recieved from Cat. She made us feel so welcome, helped us with our choices and honestly could not do enough. She was so efficient and consciousness, when I come back I would like to request her area as she was so lovely.

The food was great, cooked just as ordered. There was a large selection of items to choose from. We both enjoyed steaks. The scallops with pork belly appetizer was the best. The dessert, the candy bar, was decadent and sweet but the bananas were the star. The cocktails were delicious! The highlight of the evening was our waiter, Kevin. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, the area and Scotland in general. He gave us numerous recommendations of activities and food to taste. We thoroughly enjoyed his company!!!! He is a wonderful asset to the staff and made our whole experience better!

Love this place, advisable to book because it gets so busy. Shannon our server was lovely, I am gluten dairy and soy free and she went through everything I ordered to make sure it was safe for me to eat.

Great busy place on a Tuesday evening. 30day aged Ribeye wasn’t the best as quite grizzly, steaks always good here when I’ve dined before. I usually stick to a fillet so will be keen to do that again.

Fantastic Sunday Experience at Miller & Carter Glasgow We had an amazing visit to Miller & Carter Glasgow and were lucky enough to be looked after by Michelle—she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and made us feel totally at ease throughout our meal. We went for the Sunday sharing platter, and it did not disappoint—easily a solid 9 out of 10. Generous portions, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was great, and the service made it even better. Huge thanks to Michelle for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back—and highly recommend to anyone thinking of going. Thanks again, Michelle!

Would like to preface that our server, Kevin, was very lovely and accommodating. Couldn't fault his service, and it's not his fault other aspects of Miller & Carter fell flat. The burrata which myself and my friend had were bland; in which the vegetables, leafy greens had no flavour - not much seasoning, would've done with even a wee bit of salt or more balsamic vinegar or sundried tomatoes. It took the restaurant over an hour for our salads to arrive to begin our 3-course meal - I only realised the time when we sat there for quite a bit and it felt like it was time to go home, but we hadn't actually had our mains yet. Our steaks were mixed-up; my parents received a medium-rare steak when asked for medium, which Kevin took back to heat up longer for them, but then my husband realised he possibly had their medium steak, when he asked for medium-rare, but he wasn't fussed he was just glad to finally eat. We ordered a sharing dessert at the end which had the details of 'strawberries, blueberries, and creme brulee'd banana,' but there were no blueberries. Although, saying that the dessert was probably the best part of the meal. For the supposed luxury, price, and being steak experts, Miller & Carter did not display this, and I feel there was no quality reflected. Millers & Carter would have been our every once and awhile treat, but we won't be going back again.
