The best restaurants serving Portuguese food in South East

Brilliant food, good service and reasonable. The beef kebab was to die for but all the food was good.

Stopped for some excellent coffee (Lavazza) and a sandwich. A tiny, dog-friendly café, with a couple of tables outside. We sat inside and chatted to a couple of locals while Manny made our food and felt very welcome indeed. Recommended.

Had a great meal here , but their racist (asian) they treat the White's WAYYY better. They don't treat everyone in the same way. I recommend you guys to treat everyone the same way,at last we pay the same

Service here was absolutely awful. I’m not sure why it takes so long to get food - having worked in hospitality before I think this is ridiculous. Not to mention the rude staff with moody looks on their faces and standing around talking?

Came on a Sunday evening. It wasn't too busy. We placed our order and after about 10mins we were told our food would take 15/20mins but whilst we waited they offered us a free starter which was very nice of them. The food was great as it always is. Great service.

The Nando's at Gunwharf Quays is up on the mezzanine high above the shopping centre and as such is a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping level. We visited on a Saturday night in August 2024 and while we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, it was well worth it. The restaurant offers all the usual Nando's food and once ordered our food arrived very quickly and was tasty and well cooked as well as being great value. We would certainly return here if in the area.

The evening didn't get off to the greatest of starts with a 25 minute wait for a table. Finally once seated, it seemed that the lighting supply was being rationed as the area we were in was so dark and dingy. The chicken was ok...

First visit out since starting my cancer treatment so very anxious. Welcomed by Ali who was lovely and told him I was Celiac which was no problem at all, he seated us and was straight back with the allergen iPad felt confident straight away. He needs a big shout out as he knew his stuff and continued to ask if our and my meal was ok, true credit to your company. Thank you to the manger Chris for again putting me at ease, my last experience in Nando Portsmouth years ago was not the same experience. Feeling happy served by two great staff I’ll sure to return to your resorting you again 🤍

We ordered a takeaway to collect for an office of 6 people. Ready quickly, hot and fresh, the manager was very helpful in checking my order was correct. Either eating in or out, it's always a great meal in here, complete with efficient and friendly staff.

Very rude woman serving at till No management around so staff run at their peril Put prices up and now want to charge 50p for sauces where you can use for free if you eat in Some shops tend to forget that customers arr the ones that drive the business I use Chicken cottage slough high st they are absolutely spot on and are cheaper regret going to this shop

Tasty food, quick and friendly service with good sized tables. Great Nando's experience.

First time visiting, never again! Arrived at 6pm, waited over an hour to be seated, Used the online app to order, only to find out that it was not working and staff were aware of that fact. did not see fit to tell us before more time was wasted. Then had to queue to place order. Food, mediocre at best arrived at gone 7.30 minus one item that was forgotten. Fantastic service, NOT. Thanks Nandos for an unforgettable birthday treat.

Great staff ,friendly inviting made us feel relaxed all staff were happy and had a smile on , made change to see this ,food was good all round had a lovely meal will go back for sure .

Nando’s is so good,I love the meat no diddy and I love everything about it It had very good service aswell I might go work there

Visited with my wife for quick lunch,service good. Ordered 2 x half chickens, sadly received 2 x scrawny pieces of chicken,very stringy texture wet skin and not much meat.....disappointed!
