I was served burnt garlic bread. It's a shame and totally unprofessional. They just apologise and didn’t replace the garlic bread by a new one

Just awful, I can’t say anything good about our visit while away for the weekend in London. The food was cold, they forgot part of the order and there were no sauces available. The area was rough, a lot of people street drinking and homeless around. Never again!

I ordered a mushroom and halloumi wrap for delivery from this restaurant. When it arrived I saw the pineapple and passion fruit dressing stickers, and immediately knew the order was incorrect as I had ordered the wrap plain. I then went to open the wrap and found CHICKEN inside what was supposed to be a VEGETARIAN meal. I’m absolutely disgusted with the attitude I received from the manager of the store, he laughed and simply said “there’s nothing I can do for you”. I will not be ordering food from this store again, nor will I ever set foot inside. Absolutely appalling customer service.

My boyfriend and I wanted a quick dinner before catching the train on a weeknight evening. Good service and good food. The restaurant was busy enough but not crowded. It was a nice dinner.

Only use this one as it offers halal chicken, so pick up dinner coming back from work. No complaints or disappointment. Staff is friendly, place your order, fill up the sauces you want, sit by the waiting area and they bring your takeaway parcel to you.They get your order right first time around. It's a nice hot chicken meal and prices are reasonable for a family meal.

It is safe to say that this was the WORST Nando's we have ever been to.We were in the area and, to be honest, we just wanted somewhere to have lunch relatively quickly. We decided on Nandos because the food is generally very good and the service is normally very quick.We decided to try the Nando's in Slough and it is safe to say that was extremely disappointing.After being seated to our table by a male member of staff, everything was fine as they were friendly. The restaurant was not busy as most of the costumers have got their food already, We ordered our food from Zara. All was fine. After 30 minutes of waiting for our food, we decided to ask Zara where our food was. It's safe to say that Zara was less than useless as she said that it would be a few minutes. After another 5 minutes of waiting, we decided to ask another member of staff who was more helpful than the other. I suspect that Zara did not really check where our order was - which is ridiculous considering that your restaurant was not busy at all. However, this staff member had the initiative to take our receipt to the pass and reassured us that our food would be with us ASAP and apologised for the delay. Our food did indeed arrive in 2 minutes. However, the member of staff who served us the food, Zameer I think her name was - she was the host of the day - was disrespectful and just plain awful.You really need to train your staff as the service was awful. I have been to the Nando's in Gunwharf when there was 45 minutes wait for a table and the service has been a lot better!! So disappointed!

The food is good, but the last time I went here, the food took forever to arrive! Yes, it was very busy, but surely the staff could have delivered the food that was waiting to be taken to the tables. No! Instead, plates of freshly made food were sitting on the counter and two or three staff members stood there and didn't take the food to the tables immediately. The staff need to understand that when the food had been made, then you check which table(s) it has to be taken to and then take it to avoid angry, hungry customers!Otherwise, I recommend coming here since it's quite spacious and is mostly busy in the evenings, weekends and holidays. However during the afternoon in the weekday, it is quiet.

If you like chicken, you like nandos. I always go for the peri tamer marinade as it tastes similar to BBQ sauce

Looked promising when we were greeted warmly and seated quickly but then it all went downhill....

I like the ambience and the decor of the restaurant, but it disappoints in terms of choices for vegetarians. The only veg meal that it provided and that we had wasn't really good enough to compensate for the lack of choices. The service was alright though.

Good place to eat. Halal so works out brilliant for us. Clean and tidy. Service is good. Best place to go with family and friends.

Es muy buena, es una cadena que tiene buena comida, pero ellos se olvidaron de mi copa. He estado varias veces nando's y suelen tener un buen servicio. El restaurante estaba muy concurrido y agitado con niños corriendo por todos lados, era un caos. No es la primera vez que no me han servido mi orden completamente

Nando en típico Slough High Street fuera del centro Queensmere. Si no estás familiarizado con Nando's entonces no estoy seguro de donde has estado! Es un restaurante asador de pollo que ofrece una gran alternativa a los típicos restaurantes de comida rápida. En circa 10 libras por un plato con dos lados, y recargables refrescos en £2. 60 es una muy buena relación calidad-precio y delicioso. En esta visita, el restaurante no estaba demasiado ocupado mientras el servicio fue rápido y amable. Vale la pena.

Excellent service - good food..... was very busy as people were breaking their Ramadan fast..... Took our family visiting from Florida for a quick meal which started really late as we couldn't find parking.....g

Parecía muy desorganizado desde el principio. El personal no es suficiente. La comida tardó un poco en llegar, aunque no estaba muy concurrido. La comida estaba bien. He tenido Breyer de Nando's. Las mesas estaban muy sucios de la planta. Botellas de salsas no fueron borrados. La salsa de tomate eran casi vacío. No volvería a este restaurante de nuevo.

The food here was great, as always, and the service was wonderful. However, my Mom witnessed a drug deal outside the restaurant on the street and there were cops arresting a guy at the grocery store close by. Just saying.

I would eat there everyday. It is one of my favourite place. Half lemon and erbs chicken=divine! You must go.

Habiendo visitado numerosas ramas, esto es que evitar a toda costa y puede explicar por qué estaba tranquilo. Servicio de atención al cliente era no había. No hay registro de que la comida estaba bien, tenía que preguntar si la mesa podría ser clara y luego, cuando pedimos pudding, no sé si tenían y hubiera tenido que esperar hasta que alguien puede ser encontrado para ir arriba. Teniendo en cuenta los pocos clientes era inexcusable.

I ve been a costumer of Nando's since last 15 years and never have i experienced such a bad service and the food wasn't all that the rice was stale and hard no butter with the roll no tomato in the salad and had to go 3 times for the humus which was a starter the order was taken from someone who can hardly speak and understand English ..the staff is not helpful at all when I went to ask about the rice they didn't do anything for me after takin the whole payment . live just 2 mins away from Nando's but after this don't think will ever come to this branch again .

The food was OK but my enjoyment was totally spoilt by a family with 3 children that spent the first half hour screaming and then were allowed to run riot throughout the restaurant, racing around the tables, falling, screaming, putting their hands all over the food counters and pouring themselves drinks. This went on for an extended period.

Friendly people always happy to help. Food always on time and good quality as usual. If you looking for place to with with smile on your face Nandos is one of them. Will be back soon!!!

This is a typical nandos, good food, quick and friendly service, clean and welcoming. Never had a problem here and would recommend to anyone who loves nandos/chicken

Visited with my mother, chicken was very burnt. The corners of my chicken was very burnt. Food did arrive fast, and friendly staff.

Went with a few friends, attentive staff and food was brought with 10mins. Parking is hit and miss on the side road, however there is a car park 1 minute away

The food was your average Nandos food however most staff were fine, friendly and helpful, some weren't interested at all.

Choice of food so long as you like chicken. Good to have refillable drinks especially for kids. Very busy. A wait for table and food but friendly staff. nice segmented seating arrangements.

No host on the door as she was laughing away with her work colleagues at the tills. Sat ourselfs Down and the hostess was rude when she finally came over. Staff on the till just didn't understand what I was trying to say to him. Didn't really speak English very well. Ran out of clean cutlery!!!! Overall awful experience will never be coming here again

The food is Typical to any Nando's Worldwide. But here the staff were very helpful, me being on a wheelchair, made sure, that we were very comfortable.

Very slow service. Restaurant was empty with very few orders but still took 30 mins for my meal. Seemed like all the staff would rather chat with each other than cook food. Will not be going back

I decided to visit Nandos the other day mostly because they serve delicious Sangria but when I was ordering I was told that they don't make it anymore despite it being on the menu.

The food is Excellent and the service the give is outstanding they will come and ask you on the tables if you need anything else

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left - just poor !!!! Will not be returning - food was just warm - very greasy - had to ask for the table to be wiped - grubby !!!

Staple for lunch if you enjoy chicken - doesnt disappoint.Salad options are not as good as chicken dishes

Some nandos have great customer service but this one isn't one. Each time i go i do not get a great service. I ordered a takeaway and was told i would be waiting 10 minutes but instead had to wait 30mins! On the plus side the food was tasty as usual!!
