HFC Fast Food in Slough

I've been eating from HFC for a while now and I must say, the food is fantastic. Uncle is very respectful and always a pleasure to order form HFC. If u want no hassle and a quality meal then HFC is the spot.

Over priced and lacks taste. Not a good place to be

Been going to this place for years and it never fails to provide the best service and the best quality food. Everything is freshly cooked on order. Best masala fish in town. Highly reccomend!!!

I ate at this place and I felt really sick and after like 3 hours I vomited for 2 minutes straight.

Had great lunch here. Ordered fish and chips, chicken burger, peri peri wings, grilled chicken. All of them was very flavorful l. Amazing hospitality. Will definitely come back while we are here for next 5 days.

We were travelling from USA, CA for holidays. Khalid Bhai has been amazing. We went with entire family and had great experience. Amazing food and great service. Lot of varieties for all ages of people. Must Visit in Slough!

The worst chicken and chips to go i will never eat there again the oil they use don’t done change it every day they change it once a week a eat they today but feel like vomiting 🤮 you will not enjoy noting about this shop so just avoid that shop

Chips are delicious, but the chicken was not fresh and too dry. Disappointed but will try again in future with hope I get a fresh batch. Not 1 or 2 star as the service was good.

It's good but needs to keep everything fresh also the fries we get are extremely crispy sometimes....Don't need to over fry it.

Worst place you can get something to eat My burger has only chicken in between the bun No tracks of mayo, lettuce or anything like this. Forbidden, apart of this they obey you to pay 5 pounds with the card otherwise you won't receive

Small portions old refried food. Majorly lacking customer service, the worker at the front looked like he did not want to be there Food used to be good a few years ago but sadly this has gone downhill. One to avoid. Better off visiting K’s grill house a few shops down or stobys/mr Cod if you want decent food with good customer service.

Went there for the first time as we just moved into the area, ordered whole peri peri chicken for £9.99, all was initially good but sadly when we started to eat the chicken it was not cooked properly and there was blood oozing out of the chicken leg !!? Chicken should always be well cooked but sadly this wasn’t the case … we will not buy there again !!

Very bad quality of food...i orderd chips with chicken pieces...to my aww chips were half fried and chicken were raw and smelly....

I stopped coming here over 2 years ago because the staff here couldn't even fry frozen food properly and still nothing has changed. The chips are like off cuts from proper chips and are the pieces you would normally throw away, in one portion of chips I had chips that were burnt and other chips that were raw. If you want chicken nuggets or anything with chips the staff here including the manager just take the stuff out of the oil and plonk it dripping with oil straight onto the chips, which just ruins the chips. Will not be bothering with this place again.

The chicken in tikka wrap was a bit dry. Rest all was good. Clean place. Covid guidelines were followed

Would give zero stars if I could.not very clean. Rude manager. Had to repeat I wanted 2 orders not one, when manager barked at me that I ccannot use my card for anything under a fiver. I requested chicken breast. I was told I could not have as there was only thigh or wing. I left shop to collect something fro elsewhere. I returned to find new fresh chicken. I requested breast from this new batch. Was ntold in no uncertain terms they did not have any breast in a huge pile of chicken pieces. Disgusting customer service. Food disgusting dry over cooked old chips.

Very rude guy serving the customers, seems like the boss or manager. He was talking bad about a boy he just served, who seemed like having learning difficulties. Don't recommend this at all!

The staff are clearly death because they never get the order right, EVER and today Only told me after they made my burger they didn’t have the sauce I wanted and changed it to something I didn’t even like. Always charge for extra cheese and never put it in!!! Chicken just tastes like salt, chips look like cardboard. Shop needs to be shut down already and replaced with something half decent. Vile!!!!

We purchased a family bucket meal today, and if I am being honest, this chicken was off and disgusting. The chicken breast was so crunchy and hard and was unable to eat it. I also wouldn't be surprised if the chicken wasn't halal. Very very very poor quality

Been here several times and my faves have got to be the chicken dipper meal or chicken tikka burger. Staff have always been accommodating to my dietary requests e.g no mayo/no cheese. No doubt I'll visit again some time soon.

Horrible place. Firstly bad hygiene compared to everywhere else. Then when my mum forgot what she wanted then was trying to find it again, this one guy shifted his attention to another customer. Then my mum asked I was just thinking of what I ordered then the guy started arguing with her, saying speak in a different language if you don't have good English. Now I'm worried he spat in my brothers food cause that was why we want there. I wouldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

New owners have a disgusting attitude and they have no idea how to give a good customer service. Many occasions they gave me leftover of chips. Was like eating wood flakes. Ruined my meal... Extremely annoyed.

Really bad service, completely disorganised. The man who took my order was not concentrating with my order. I had to repeat myself 5 times. And at the end I just left the money on the counter and walked out. I got really fed up. Food was okay, chips were hard. Not worth going again.

So me and the family decided to go here for a takeaway we ordered 4 meals the service was great until the food was all done and packed up ready then the food dropped on the floor then the new manager of the shop decided to pick it back up and hand it to me what a horrible experience never have I seen this from HFC the old owners were lovely full of energy I feel like this shop that used to be buzzing is now gunna fall due to new management Me as I’ve been working in restaurants I’ve never seen this ever happen felt so disrespected when he handed me the food after it’s been on the floor The new manager has lack of food safety and respect for customers; - wearing sandals in a fast food shop - no certificates in the shop of food safety I got told to leave and not come back when I confronted the manager about giving me the food that dropped on the floor was shouted and sworn at this is well out of order I will be phoning environmental health about this I hope they will do something about this poor lack of food safety

Brilliant place, lovely food and honest people, thought i was over charged, turned out miscommunicayion and correct charge for The food they gave me but insisted that i have the money back and keep the extra food too..could not have been more apologetic. Great dood. Great people.

These people make the best chips in the area, and also the burgers and fried chicken are excellent.

Chilly sauce best with tamarind /red hot peppers.....otherwise convenient location.

So rocked up this evening with a local friend. The shop is in Chalvey, which was really busy with kids and teens hanging around. So we ordered, chicken grilled burger meal 2x with a drink. Pretty standard the bun seeded and mildly warm. There was no salad and hardly could taste any sauce. The grilled chicken was warm and a bit on the chewy side. It was was seasoned well but I felt the chewy-ness was a let down. It’s shame they don’t add fresh salad and sauce it could really make the difference. Burger gets 6/10 The CHIPS ARE AMAZING. Literally. They get rating of 8/10. I don’t know what it is. But I think it’s home cut potato’s. I do recommend this place for a quick lunch or dinners 7/10

I love their classic quarter/half pounders, and the chips is really good, from real potato, which is very rare in fast food restaurant. Chicken and fish is also delicious. Recommended fast food restaurant.

Food is overpriced and undercooked. There is no value for money, the boxes of food were half full and the chips half frozen. It doesn't help that the waiting time is ridiculous and the staff asked what sauces we wanted but gave is their own choice instead.

Chips are great for fast food. Burgers also amazing. Buns so soft and warm. Quarter pounder meal for £4... can't go wrong!
