The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Wales

Guy serving swearing at my 14 year old and her friends. Called them CU@Ts for ordering separately and not together. When I rang to complain he denied it. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and they don’t deserve your custom

A scrawny ginger Papa John's delivery driver with a pubey beard cut us off on the road today, and then proceeded to shout abuse at us when we would not be intimidated to move out of his way in the car park behind Papa John's Cwmbran. He was driving a dark estate car. If someone is paid to drive delivering pizzas, they should know the rules of the road.

The side salad hit a new low today. It's been getting gradually less good (I remember when it included olives and pasta!) But no tomatoes or beetroot, and no vegan dressings or salads I could find, is a new low. Lettuce, cucumber, jalapeno and sweetcorn. That's it for vegans, everything else is smothered in dairy mayo. And still no plant milks nor decaf coffee. This is the 21st century, what are they thinking?! Pizza Hut has declined so much over recent years, I seriously wonder if their business is in trouble.

Excellent service from start to finish greeted by helpful friendly staff who explained everything food was lovely and hot and salad bar is basic but clean and tidy and fresh. Quick service with drinks.. keep up the excellent work will definitely be returning

Never order from kebab king in Cwmbran. Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was stale and cold then was spoken too rudely on the phone. The man on the phone spoke to us like utter crap and hung the phone up. Terrible customer service and awful food!

Tasteless pizza. My husband complained his was very salty!! Won’t be ordering from here again sorry

Has this place been taken over / managed by new people employing new staff? Awful service from the store on Chepstow Rd, Newport South Wales today. Incorrect food delivered to us, it was for a different address / customer. We contacted the store and 15 mins later we had received the correct items and gave back the incorrect items to the driver. Upon opening our food it was obvious that the driver had delivered the our order once they recovered it from the customer address it was initially delivered to erroneously as both the chicken and pizza were barely warm NOT freshly prepared food, no doubt the driver just swapped the incorrect food to the respective correct customers. NOT GOOD ENOUGH, THE SERVICE FELL WAY SHORT OF CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS? Not good enough, Domino's, not good enough by a long way.

Fantastic service!, always arrives fresh and hot. And well within 30 minutes of ordering. However my delivery was delivered by a young lady who came across as rude! Here you are enjoy your evening! Walked away without letting me say thank you. Needs some customer care training.

Opening hours seem to be to satisfy the staff. Lots of table numbers, order at bar and if you need anything it’s over there…. Big debate about wanting an extra coffee shot…. One piece of cold toast with an average breakfast, packet butter from a catering co. Given the setting and close proximity to the Welsh Food Centre this place could be substantially better. Staff nice enough …

The most disgusting pizza you could imagine. The managent is changed and they charged me few quids more. Waited over half an hour for a pizza. Found toppings which I didnot ask for. Found hair on the cheese. Didnot ask for wings but they gave uncooked wings I guess as they knew how disgusting the pizza was. Guys were nice but honestly please learn how to make a pizza and how to serve customers in order they step in to your shop. I got stomache because of your food.

Don’t take cash, what a joke…. The world is backward and this establishment is adding to the control we are all under.

Very expensive. I ordered a large cheese and tomato pizza, a large Texas BBQ. A small pepperoni, small carbonara pizza and 3 small garlic and cheese pizza breads. This come to over £100! Ridiculous. For 2 large pizzas, 3 small pizzas and some garlic and cheese bread. We had a 50% off pizzas voucher, which didn’t include the cheese and garlic little pizzas because they’re classed as sides. . . . so paid £63 and some change. Still expensive. I felt that we didn’t “actually” have 50% off the pizzas; when their large pizzas are the best part of £25 - the 50% off voucher just makes the pizzas a similar price or maybe a outlet of quid cheaper than you’d pay at most other pizza places. Garlic and cheese bread very oily but still very nice. . Texas BBQ - average. Cheese n tomato was really nice. The carbonara pizza was the nicest pizza I have ever tasted! My family was a bit dubious about trying a carbonara pizza, but we all absolutely LOVED it! I hope they keep the carbonara pizza as I will deffo be having it again! It may not sound appealing. But TRY it! You will likely LOVE it! So yummy! Just delicious! The order was made fast for us too so didn’t have to wait long at all.

Avoid at all costs.. it’s quicker to go to another store!!! If you are planning to collect at at least another hour to the time you’re given to collect. The staff are rude and disinterested, absolutely no customer service whatsoever!!!

I would never recommend using this restaurant. My Family ordered pizza delivery. . Waited for it to arrive. We kept ringing and they said they were in our drive. We have cctv and they were not there there. They showed it as being delivered at 1am in the morning and when we challenged them they gave horrendous abuse and put phone down. £40 quid lighter, we will be contacting trading standard. Thieves and liars DO NOT USE
