only ever been here once and never plan on going back I had a Margherita and cookies and it made me sick who knew a CHEESE AND TOMATO PIZZA could make you SICK so I dunno what the f*ck you lot are doing to your pizzas.

After many pizzas delivered over the last few months, and gettin to know the drivers,, I cannot tell you how shocked and disscusted that bogdan should offer me drugs at my own door, will never use dominoes again 🤬😠😡

The app said it would be 7-12 minutes for collection, it was actually 45 minutes. When I said to the server that I wouldn’t have placed the order had I known it would be that long, he shouted after me as I left that: “It wasn’t our fault because all the orders came through at the same time.” Surely that’s what the app is for - to give customers the information to make a decision? So - only order if you want your food served at their leisure and certainly don’t believe the app timings unless you want to spend the last evening of your holiday sitting in a car park waiting as we were made to. Plus, how delightful to have the server shout after me as I left with my (probably cold) food.

Ordered an Italian base, pepperoni perfection .... Drove 1/2 hour home with the Mrs's valentine pizza, opened the box .. idiots had given me a BBQ chicken pizza ...

Dominos is our go to pizza place for a delivery. We ordered our usual, and the wait time for delivery was 36 minutes, which was fine as it was a Saturday I completely understand we would have to wait extra. The delivery driver started driving at about 17:45 and bearing in mind I live 5 minutes away from Dominos, didn’t arrive until 18:40. He had multiple deliveries to make (so again I understood we weren’t going to get our food straight away) we watched him on the track your driver and he stopped outside a local shop three times and was there for 10 minutes each time. When he arrived the box was squished and the wrong items were given to us. After we phoned to ask where the driver was he was with us within two minutes of getting off the phone. The food was really nice but it’s put me off going to dominos again.

I have used this Domino's for eating in and taking away in the past, and this month I have also used it for delivery. I have no idea why it has such mixed reviews as every time I've used it the food has been cooked perfectly and is always very tasty. The twisted dough balls with a nice big dip are one of the yummiest guilty pleasures in which I ever indulge. Starters such as nachos are probably best eaten in while the mozzarella is still piping hot and melting (that was the only part of my delivery order that perhaps didn't travel very well), but the pizzas are all nice, you can use the website or the app to tailor everything to your own specific needs and the staff always seem friendly and helpful to me. I'll definitely be using it again... probably more times than is very healthy because every time I go for savoury food I seem to end up ordering the four soft, gooey cookies as a dessert. Yum!

I have ordered from dominos pizza myself a few times and have always had great food. But my concern is for the terrible drivers that they employ. Made a complain against one of them a week ago as they nearly caused an accident a few times, by undertaking on a roundabout and also cutting in beside me when I indicated to change lane. So dangerous. Made a complaint and was told that I would be contacted by a manager that evening but still waiting. Not to happy. It doesn’t really set a great look for the company. I just hope that the young lad driving doesn’t kill someone with his dangerous driving!

I've ordered a Dominos online so many times that it's become a habit to click and collect. As I'm a student between two towns, I didn't realise that I had accidentally ordered to a different store altogether. I explained the issue and they were more than helpful with getting me a refund and reordering in the correct store. Thank god! Pizzas were delicious (as always).

Ordered a pepperoni passion. Dry and inch and a half edges with no sauce. Large pizza had 15 slices of pepperoni and hardly any cheese. Dry and disappointed. Staff member says they get bonuses depending on amount of toppings left at end of shift and can see why now.

Pizzas used to be well packed and spread to the edges, but lately there's less topping and edges over an inch wide. The taste is still there, but not as good as it was. Add to that high prices - compare to similar quality and quantity in the area and Domino's comes up short again. Then there's the website, which is quirky at best, positively obscure at worst. That wouldn't be so bad if you could order by phone, but for reasons they won't release, you can't order gluten free over the phone. Conclusion: go to the Indian, Chinese or conventional restaurants or takeaways in the area for more convenience and better value.

How can anyone fault a dominos you know it’s going to be 1000 times cleaner than your local dodgy kebab.

Lovely pick up yet again was served by the lovely very helpful Cameron. He’s always consistent with his customer service skills.

Orderd food here it was wrong food was warm on delivery no tickets on the boxs to say what was what they had been riped off when i phoned i was told thats what i orderd i think i know what i asked for i ended up hanging up and also why are they so exspensive i dont think the foods that good

Popped in to collect pizzas the service was great and the staff friendly. In particular Tom was very kind and happy. A busy store but didn’t have to wait long and food was tasty as always.

Very very quick service for my food, especially impressed with Tom the delivery driver who found my house quickly despite living in a not easy to access estate. Food was great as always as well

Bit of a pathetic show guys... If we're paying an expensive amount of money for this grub we don't really wana have less than a handful of microwaved burnt food. Get it together folks and be decent. I just tipped your delivery guy a fiver before realize how terrible the food was. Youre slacking

Ordered three simple items, they delivered the two. Called them and they said they would offer a credit for my next order, not even a refund. I asked them to deliver the third item and that I was happy to wait, they said in 35 minutes and I said ok. Item never arrived. Ridiculous

With ALUN delivering the pizzaz as fast as the flash and the heat coming off my food I am currently enjoying my food thoroughly :) thabk you very much

Have ordered from here many times since they opened and up until the last few months I couldn't fault them but recently every order has had problems. The pizzas have tended to be over cooked with burnt bases and cheese. The Italiano garlic pizza had the same problem but was also very lacking in garlic topping leaving about 2 inches of outer crust and just a small inner portion of topping. The last 4/5 times now we've had problems with them delivering the incorrect orders. Items have been missing completely or they've sent the wrong item. when contacting them to point out their mistake they arrange to deliver missing item but by this time we've already finished what was originally delivered (the edible un-burnt items)!! They have done this as I say for the last 4/5 times and not once have they offered to refund some of our money for the inconvenience or give us a complementary bottle of coke or a discount voucher. We have tonight ordered and had missing item which then arrived 20 mins later and as as expected was burnt (dough balls with pepperoni). We have now vowed never to go back as the shocking quality of the food and customer service is not a one-off but seems to now be the norm. So beware of wasting a lot of money on this sub-standard food when local takeaway restaurants have better quality at lower prices.

When you buy a pizza which is called a 'feast', you can expect more than bread, cheese and tomato sauce. The chicken 'feast' in particular was seriously devoid of toppings!!

Food came really quick, tasted fresh. Very nice. Had it delivered and tasted like a restaurant. Will defo order from here again. Good deals to be had on leaflet.

Lovely clean store. Staff friendly and helpful. I dropped a star as I had to ask about the lunchtime deals as they weren't advertised even though they are great value. Pizzas were as delicious as ever.

I'm a regarding visit at Carmarthens Domino's... always have had very good service when collected. I work shifts so normally I eat at night but always friendly staff and pizzas served with a smile.

Way too expensive!! Food wasn't too good!! Pizzas over cooked!! No need to visit again!! 1 large pizza(ultra thin) 1 medium pizza,1 potato skins,1 coke(80p) Total £25!!!! Rip off!!!!!!!!!!

Dominos pizza Carmarthen is part of a chain and as such it delivers a certain level of service that those who have enjoyed dominos products before have come to expect. The service in dominos pizza Carmarthen is as you would expect efficient and friendly the food freshly prepared with good choice available. Although they do a lot of deals on their products the price remains quite high which in a way is a good thing as it puts me off visiting too often and blowing all my hard earned cash on stuffing myself with garlic pizza bread Mmmm! I will definitely be back

Will not be going back there again and will be making sure I tell all my friends not to. I went in for a take away and my name WAS NOT CALLED when my pizza was ready, so eventually asked if it was ready and found out it had been sat there for ages and they blames me for not hearing them call my name. The attitude of the staff was awful . Also a lot of messing about was goin on in the prep area. Not very professional.

Called in Dominos on my lunch break and they had a deal of a small pizza and a drink for £2.99. Pizza was freshly made and tasted very nice. The service was also very good. Will be back for this deal again

This was my very first experience of a Domino's Pizza. The premises exterior and interior appeared clean and tidy, and the staff appeared friendly enough. We decided to go for the "BOGOF" Medium Pepperoni Pizzas, which only took 10 minutes.Having worked in many Kitchens, and also a Keen Cook/Baker, I tend to be very critical on food that I can also make myself at home. Sadly, the Pizzas we had from Domino's did not live up to their "Greatness" advert fed to us through our Television screens, and I have created and made far better Pizzas from scratch at home.Sorry Domino's, I think I'll stick to making my own Pizzas in future. "The Diet Coke was nice and cold though".

The staff can't seem to understand that after handling money, they need to wash their hands before touching the food. We watched them serve severalCustomers, take their money and then go straight to pick up the fresh dough and prepare the next pizza. Very basic rules to follow when preparing food. I asked for my money back and left hungry. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to trying it out, hopefully some training will fix the problem. But I won't be returning until it's done.

Ordered food to be told afterwards that it would be 20 mins. One cheese and tomato pizza. 30mins later our pizza appeared. Had to sit and wait and talk to the other half for all of that time. Family next to us had two 2l bottles of Pepsi with no cups in stock. They had to use the little caps as cups. Loads of teenagers behind the counter with only about 2 actually working. The rest were stood around eating pizzas.

We had a deal were we got sides and 2 medium pizzas! The service was good, really quick and the pizza was excellent!! Massive portions and really tasty!Can't wait for my next visit!!

Ordered online to collect to take advantage of the buy one get one free. Used the track my pizza page to see when it was likely to be ready and then got a text to say it would be ready to collect in 8 mins which it was.Lovely pizza with a wide range of toppings to suit all the family. My 8 year old daughter loves the pork meatballs. Her Dad loves the chilli peppers. I think £18 for 2 massive pizzas which fed 6 of us is great value.

first off all the start my nightmare experience in this hell hole I was greeted by a very rude young boy. he was more interested in being on his phone than serving any customers. the choice of pizza was disgusting. as for value for money what a disgrace I was left with an empty wallet and a soggy pizza with hardly any topping. definatley not worth a 2nd trip.

Great to finally get a Domino's down west!And this new one shows plenty of promise from the off. Ordered on the first Saturday it was open (20th Sept'14) a range of pizza's and sides for the family via the web app - using the 50% off when you order online and collect voucher - and the whole thing was as smooth as can be. From point of order to collection, all inside of half hour - all the more impressive as when we went to collect the place was crazy busy - so a great sign things are running well when food comes out on time despite being busy. The pizza's themselves were great and can't wait to order again.
