Mamma's Pizza in Swansea

I would never recommend using this restaurant. My Family ordered pizza delivery. . Waited for it to arrive. We kept ringing and they said they were in our drive. We have cctv and they were not there there. They showed it as being delivered at 1am in the morning and when we challenged them they gave horrendous abuse and put phone down. £40 quid lighter, we will be contacting trading standard. Thieves and liars DO NOT USE

Wrong food delivered after payment received. Ordered 2 x 12" pizza, delivered 9". Extremely rude person on the other end of the phone. Not helpful at all and very rude, 100% would not recommend this place at all....used to be a great place now it seems pathetic!!! Avoid

How they think this is perfectly cooked i don't know food is not the best garlic mushrooms swimming in Greece phoned to complain an asked for refund to be told no disgusting service

Orders through Deliveroo. 20 mins delivery advertised. Placed order and immediately changed to 2 hours! Rang the restaurant and they said it was just a system problem with Deliveroo. 45 mins later I rang again..... got a lot of attitude and was told delivery was on the way. I queried that because Deliveroo said it was still being prepared. Again I was told it was a Deliveroo system issue. 5 mins after that Deliveroo changed to out for delivery. Eventually arrived 1hr and 5 mins after order.... and was Luke warm! Deliveroo explained that Mammas pizza use their own delivery staff so Deliveroo not in control of that (so not a system issue at all!). Ordered the food to have with kids whilst watching a film......all the chasing post order ruined the moment and the lying and attitude just wound me up but I guess Mammas pizza just don’t care about quality of service or being honest about their delivery short comings. Can’t do business with people who are dishonest so won’t use again.

Ordered a margarita pizza, chips and folded garlic bread. The chips and pizza were tasty and then the folded cheesy garlic bread was honestly the best I have ever had. The delivery time given when ordering was exceeded arriving 20 minutes early. It was our first time ordering but will 100% be ordering again. Very impressed

Employees and staff were friendly!! I ordered a pizza and was made nice and quickly for me which I really appreciate. Pizza tasted great aswell and kids were happy. Definitely recommend it :)

Fast delivery, Food was delicious & at half the price of nearby competitors. Very polite & friendly.

Amazing food, great quality, large positions and food was piping hot. Customer service was excellent and they even gave me a free garlic bread with cheese! Will definitely be Coming back!

I've had pizza in numerous Welsh and English cities, and a few in the USA, and I've still never had pizza as good as Mamma's. Even across multiple shifts of management, they still make my weird custom orders perfectly and deliver them fast, with really good deals. Once in a while I get an 'extra topping' wrong, but they nail it far more consistently than any other takeaway I've eaten from, while making the best pizzas I've ever tasted. I am so grateful to live near these folks - it's an awful area, but the pizzas make it a little easier ;D

absolutely awful experience with this place! It was stinking, I had to ring up at least 4 times to tell them it was completely wrong! I hated the experience I had with them, I was shamed for them with the way they spoke to me! Absolutely disgusting, and has the cheek to keep going at me and arguing back and forth with them to try get my order correct! Shocking

Food was cooked well Hoisin duck pizza was really good despite the thought of it. Fast delivery and hot

Ordered 2 DEEP pan pizzas with extra toppings . Apparently these are deep pan pizza ? And the extra toppings don't come if you order through uber eats , but you get charged for them . The guy on the phone said that thier thin pizzas are 0.5 ml thick !! And that these were definitely deep pan ?? Please see pics ! No duck ,no hoisin sauce, no extra jalapeño ,just onion and cheese. Not sure if this is under new management because historically this place was really good.

Well due to the circumstances of being on lockdown we decided we'd try this place out with very little options available. We ordered 2x 12' inch pizzas and 2x chicken strips. One pizza was the meat feast which should've had all the meats but came as just cheese and the second one was a pepperoni calzoni which came with only 4 bits of pepperoni on it! The chicken strips were ok but having had to wait over an hour to get the wrong pizzas is a joke. Will not be having food from this place EVER again and I would not recommend this place to anyone

Couple of years ago this place was good but in the last year has really gone downhill, I’ve placed orders over the phone to be told 15 mins when I get to the shop get told another 10 then when I call back get told that they haven’t even made my order as they have lost it this has happened on more that 3 occasions also not putting the extras on the pizzas which were paid for I will not be going back there which is a shame

In years gone by mammas pizza was truly magnificent soft doughy pizza fresh and clean. But unfortunately about 5 years go the original owners sold up and moved out of the area and instantly the pizza changed. I believe the new owners were Chinese which didn't really work out as they were to experimental with the pizzas I.e sweet and sour or curry base with duck toppings !. Now the shop is under Arab control and standards have dropped even further. We orderd a family deal £27.99 for 2 x 15inc pizzas garlic bread 2 x sides. I ordered 1x deep pan and 1 x thin pan but on arival both were flat as a pancake and completely tasteless. 1 of the pizzas had a small black hair on it !! Also myself and the children had upset stomachs the following day never again !!!!! Also forgot to mention the 15inc pizzas have a 3inc crust so basically they are only 12 inc pizzas

Stunning pizza! Was always known as the best pizza in Swansea.. and it still is the best pizza in Swansea!
