Kebab King in Torfaen

Absolutely shocking. Ordered nachos and received tortilla chips with Dairylea cheese slapped on top. Called them up to ask for a refund as they were totally inedible, but the owner was no help. He told me that no one else has ever complained about them and tried to cancel the call on me twice. I told him that I was really unhappy about the way he was handing the call and he told me to put them in the bin and said I couldn’t have a refund. Absolutely disgusting.

Very tasty food must try there pasta give 10/10 for kebab and service xx

Really nice food. Never had from there before but 100% better than usual place will be ordering from them again. Plus not bad on price and came in tims they said.

Order over phone turned up order was wrong asked for order to be corrected and all I got re delivered was a pot of sauce I'm not happy in the slightest he refused a refund and said he give free one thing with next order I do not think I will be ordering from this place again due to this we was promised all the food 2 be redone not a bloody pot of sauce and 2 be told put in the microwave 4 a min well why would we eat food when it's wrong

If I could give zero stars I would ordered at half 9 tonight and still sat here at 23.05 without food and now closed no communication nothing avoid at all costs

Best chips ever, popcorn chicken is also an absolute banger. Be warned their garlic sauce is STRONG! Amazing though 😍

Great kebab. The chips are excellent, slightly larger than french fries, crispy outside and fluffly inside. Will definitely use again.

The kebabs from here are the best I've had but the pizza... The pizza should be illegal I had one slice and had to chuck the rest DO NOT GET PIZZAS from here, kebabs and what ever yes pizza a big no no

Great pizzas! I love the workers they also do delivery but the worker did not have a mask very nice base I think they should sell pepsi cups with ice!.

Ordered earlier tonight as our regular place is closed. I was appalled by the service! We received our order after an hour, only to open to door to the delivery man who was not wearing a mask and did not show any signs of social distancing. I quickly paid and this was my first mistake I did not check my order before handing over the money. We opened the order to find a meal was missing and this was my 5 year olds meal who was patiently waiting for his meal only for me to say he would have to wait longer while we complained and they redelivered it. Secondly we ordered two mixed grills when ordering we were asked if we wanted sauce and salad to which we replied can we have them separately. Upon arrival the salad was separate but the grills were covered in garlic sauce this now caused more anguish as my eldest has allergies towards sauces and couldn’t eat any of the £30 meal that I ordered. When calling and complaining we were told the burger meal would be sent out and they just ignored and agreed the request another grill to be sent out without sauce. Second delivery arrived we checked only a burger meal, we rang back again explaining we didn’t ask for sauce on the meals and when asked for salad and sauce and we replied separately we meant both not only salad. After many times of talking to several people on the phone they argued with us that we should have specifically said sauce separately too and it was our fault. I have never had this problem with any take away I have ordered from and can definitely say the way they spoke to me was unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this place again and if anyone wants their delivery ordered and delivered correctly with socially distancing guidelines applied I would advise to go elsewhere!

I was with a friends few days ago and decided to order from them, we went in, order our food and they asked to pay. We paid and went out to smoke while waiting for our food. When back in, we asked how long it would take to get the food ready and then they asked to pay our bill. We were shocked. They denied we already paid. We paid again and told them they won't see us never again. Plus I will make sure everyone must be aware. If you really want to get food from them, always have a witness, better if you record when you order and when you pay. Don't pay in advance but only when they give you the food. And wait inside till you get your order. Disgusting behavior. They deserve to get out business. By the way, they food is nothing special, you can find better and cheaper. Avoid.

Saw the Family MEGABOX Online for £20. When I called asked for Delivery, they said 1 hour. So I picked it up. It was ready in 20 min. It was absolutely huge, 2 adults and 2 kids could not polish it off. It was one of the best Kebabs I have ever had. Amazing.it came with a 1.5L bottle of drink also.

Me an my partner order kebab obviously. I had mixed meat an chips it's was awful donner was like cardboard and chicken meat was burnt guessing they gave me the night before food wouldn't even let my dog eat it

Food was fast and lovely put need to put more chips in with the wrap as that portion was a disgraceful not enough for a kid wife kebab was very greasy wont order again from there

Family box was lovely, plenty of food. Chilli sauce definitely has a kick. Order early as they are always busy. I pre ordered on Facebook in the morning and it was delivered for the time requested.

What can I say.. Took 4 phone calls to deliver... Then of course food was lukewarm. It was tasty but lukewarm pizza is never good. Partner had a kebab again a barely lukewarm meal. Not happy.... But to be fair it's a new business I will try again.

Wonderful kebab roll made by the Super Chef of kebab king. We have tasted both chicken and lamb roll. Trully yammy and juicy. The garlic sauce has mingled with perfection. Just a bit more garlic heat will be amazing in garlic sauce. As i was visiting from london this kebab has made a wonderful memory. When i go to south wales i would definitely try again. Guys recommending to try who loves kebab.
