Pizza Gatti in Neath Port Talbot

Been to most cafe at port talbot, this is by far the worse I've been too..... Blonde working there is as bad as the food, just try it🤮🤮

Just rude! They were so rude! Didn’t want to admit their errors so just said I needed to learn how to use their website. Basically implying I’m stupid! Then hung up on me.. From a local I will be getting my take aways else where from now on! Customer service training will definitely help.

Great kids meals. Delicious chicken tikka wraps with your choice of salads and sauce. Food is cooked where you can see it, which is always good. Friendly staff and parking is pretty good on the side street. Great value for money!

had late night takeaway.kebab and chips for 2 people. had to wait a fair while chips not cooked properly. rest of food pretty cold

The burger meals are very nice but the kebabs are awful. average prices. Deliveries are quite quick.

Doesn't look much from outside, and to be fair looks worse once through the door, but the kebabs are lovely and hit the spot after a night out. I recommend the house special kebab, but the pizzas are good too.

Fantastic food. It was cooked and served just how I like it. I have ordered in the shop before but not online. however, from the way the food was served I can tell the staff worked out who the order was for and remembered the way I like it. Thank you.

The food was disgusting, the box the food came in was full of holes and the service from the men were very rude. Do not recommend

As always, great food and great value for money, even the £1 delivery charge is cheap compared to everywhere else, especially when the drivers are as happy and polite as pizza gatti's are

Give this place a wide berth. It does not look clean. The salad bar is not presentable by far. The lamb donor was chewy, It made me sick. We all binned our take out!

20 minutes late, couldn't eat the food as it was microwaved and to be honest it was disgusting, would never order from there again

Food arrived a little earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Was piping hot and we'll packaged. No complaints, will definitely use again.

Delivery was on time but one of the small pizzas were incorrect. We phoned to ask for the right one and it took an hour to arrive!!! They also refused to give fresh chips with the correct order and had the cheek to ask for the incorrect pizza back. Absolute shambles of a place

Absolutely love love love pizza gatti. You are my new favourite place. Every time I ordered it's been ridiculously fast delivery, fantastic food quality, and all around just yumm. 5* all day.

I've never had a bad experience with pizza gatti until tonight! The attitude on the bloke behind the phone was disgusting! When I ring to make a complaint about MY food! I expect you take listen to me and resolve the problem not have attitude and tell me you've never had a complaint before! I don't care whether I'm the first or twentieth person to complain! It's basic customer service skills! Food was burnt and absolutely unbeatable! Never will I again eat from here.

Bit disappointed ordered 2 separate salads to only 1 being delivered and the salad must have been fresh... yesterday. Also ordered mild chilli but received hot chilli sauce in the pot. Come on pizza gatti read additional information before starting order.

Twice I've ordered from here and twice I've spent the night on the toilet in agony the first time I ordered from there and was ill I gave them the benefit of doubt but a second time nah . Never again

First time I have ordered from here and it wasn't a very nice experience. The food arrived 20mins late, and tastes like it was left-overs from last night. Completely applauled. I wasted 11.70 on contents of my bin. How disappointing.

Ordered pizzas and chips on a 10pm Sunday night. Chips were nice and hot. Pizzas were lovely, on par with dominoes. Better than pizza hut.Good value for money. Will definitely be using again. Thanks pizza gatti

Will never ever eat from there again. Southern fried chicken was not cooked properly in fact it was raw in the middle. Pizza gatti are very lucky that I didn't get food poisoning from it.

Disapointed with kebab no taste to lamb donner very dry .

I ordered 3 orange tango's and had 2 of them and 1 cherry if I wanted a cherry I would have asked for it. Any other time I order from them I would check to see if the right can's are in the order.
