The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Wales

Have not been to Pizza Hut in a long while so treated the kids to food out… told to scan the QR code and order food online… what’s wrong with face 2 face service nowadays! Pizzas came which was dripping with grease, staff were not very chatty or welcoming, when leaving we asked for the leftovers and pudding to be boxed up and was told to pack it up ourselves! Did not believe us when I said we had ordered three puddings as they only brought one, I was asked to prove it with my order acknowledgment!! No organisation and did not have an apology for making me feel that I was lying. Will never attend this place again, such a shame!

Avoid! Took over an hour to deliver one pizza to an address in the same post code area. Embarrassing.

Shocking service today. Got there at 11 when it opened, staff member came out at 11:10 half asleep no greetings. There was a lady in front of me who had booked for 11:15 she told the staff member who then went into the back for another 5 minutes then came out got the lady and took her to her table. Another staff member was just staring at me and my partner. After the 1st lady was seated the staff member came over and said we’re not opening today until 12 now. The other lady booked but we you haven’t so we can’t seat you! Did not make sense as they would have been cooking for the other lady and her table anyway?! There were no signs to indicate this and online it says 12, no sorry or anything. Shocking attitude and behaviour, could have told me at 11:10 you when you spoke to the 1st lady not let me stand there for another 5 minutes!

Restaurant is very dated and needs some repair. Staff were eating their own food in kitchen and the pizza on the buffet was so long coming out. Staff were nice though

the pizza came out very fast, vary tasty, very hot and it was overall a great experience. the staff was lovely especially tom thank you very much

First time eating out (indoors) in a long time. Pizza Hut picked by a teenager as his good school report treat Easy online table booking. We arrived a bit early and got a warm and happy greeting from staff. Gemma, our server for the evening was excellent. She guided us through the Covid safety stuff; track and trace and sanitizing and in restaurant procedures. We asked for a different table and she was happy to oblige us. Ordering was by phone , nothing to down load just scan and order...but i still messed it up. Gemma wasnt fazed as i called her over to help...and kindly took out order the old fashioned way :) Food was hot and fresh..and not being a pizza lover (and being Vegan) i wasnt expecting much...but- what a lovely surprise the food was. My lad was seriously impressed with his sharing cheesy bites meat feast...an absolute winner. I was impressed with the Vegan (Violife ) options. The vegan veggie with stuffed crust was immense!! Am converted....proper gooey stretchy cheeze......perfect!! Great drinks options and lovely service from pleasant staff made it a really nice evening out ( hope Pizza Hut know their staff are fab) ...very happy teenager and adult. Will definitely return.

Had chicken doner absolutely disgusting,worst I've ever had will never have another, has put me off ever eating one again

This is the best pizza I have ever feasted on in my life, I’d sell my soul a million times over, it tasted amazing and I even eat the cold one the next day and it still tasted amazing, go there and I bet you’ll love it 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

There was an efficient Telephone order, agreed exact timing for pick up, and all were ready and hit. We each had delicious pizzas and sides. Highly recommend

Had a Deanos tonight and was really disappointed by the standers, it’s been our local place for a while and been good food but tonight I brought 5 items and cost me £31 pounds for it and when delivered the delivery man was clean and there was no hygiene standards and put me off eating my food, then when eating our food it was tasteless and bland, they didn’t have much option for Kababs and was disappointed when trying it, I will not be going back to Deanos again, and wouldn’t recommend going for delivery as it’s not carried in a hygiene area

Solía pedir desde aquí regularmente y nunca tuvo ningún problema. Últimamente siempre hay problemas, el lugar se ha ido cuesta abajo masivamente. O tardan una hora y media en entregar tu comida y la comida está fría luego usan excusa tras excusa y culpan a los repartidores, El pedido siempre está mal, Toman pagos con tarjeta luego intentan decir algo mal con su máquina y piden un pago adicional a través de efectivo y que esperen a que el dinero sea devuelto al banco así que básicamente piden el pago dos veces. El personal no tiene absolutamente ninguna habilidad de servicio al cliente y simplemente baja el teléfono cada vez que se les pregunta sobre un pedido pendiente. No voy a volver... ¡No vale la pena la molestia y un montón de mejores comidas para llevar alrededor de Aber que este vertedero!

Ordered off their menu but did not receive the ordered coleslaw. Love the pizza's from here but have had a few bad deliveries of late.

Pedir una entrega desde aquí y peor comida que nunca tocino quemado tomates patatas fritas negras sello estaba abierto y frío y quemado la mayor parte se fue en la papelera definitivamente no será pedir fuera de estos de nuevo

Worst pizza ever ordered. The ultimate Korean BBQ Chicken. Didn’t look anything like advertised on flyer through the door. Thin crust, that was the thinnest crust ever. Grease proof or tracing paper is thicker.

So I'd ordered this pizza and it had some mould on the tuna! The disgusting thing is that I'd already eaten most of the pizza. Ever since I've eaten it my stomach feels awful. Clearly either the idiot preparing my order wasn't competent enough to recognise there was mould on the tuna or they just didn't think I would've noticed! Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering here again. There are plenty of other takeaways in Bangor that provide a lot higher quality of food than this.
