Zizza Pizza in Gwynedd

So I'd ordered this pizza and it had some mould on the tuna! The disgusting thing is that I'd already eaten most of the pizza. Ever since I've eaten it my stomach feels awful. Clearly either the idiot preparing my order wasn't competent enough to recognise there was mould on the tuna or they just didn't think I would've noticed! Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering here again. There are plenty of other takeaways in Bangor that provide a lot higher quality of food than this.

Ordered two lamb Donner kebab wraps for myself and housemate ... WOW!! Fantastic...The wrap was perfectly toasted/grilled the meat was succulent, salad was fresh and the garlic mayo and chili sauce was epic! I’m usually picky after a few beverages, but this was the perfect amount of food and delicious. I think the order took between 20-30 minutes.. for a late Saturday, that is brilliant. Overall I really enjoyed the service

I ordered a home delivery from Zizza Pizza at 19:40 using their website it said delivery will be with you in 40 minutes (20:20) it got to 20:30 so I called Zizza Pizza to ask where my order was, they said their was no order for me even though the money had been taken out of my bank and after a few minutes they found it and said they didn't see it and would start it and it would be about 30 minutes, after saying I wanted a refund to get a Chinese they said they would give me a 1.5 litre of pepsi as compensation so I agreed. 35/40 minutes had passed and just as I called them the driver showed up with my order and a small 380ml can of Pepsi. When I explained that they man on the phone said I would get a free bottle of pepsi max as I had been waiting over an hour at this point he said he was only the driver and could do nothing which is understandable. After calling Zizza Pizza again to say what I had happen the man on the phone had said "thats life" and hung out, when I called back again he hung out immediately after realising it was me again. They messed up the order and gave us medium kebabs rather than the large we paid for and the chips were tiny, I could fit the whole portion in my hand, we also ordered 6 onion rings but got 4 and added onions, cabbage, cucumber and tomato to my kebab even though id stated plain. I'll get a Chinese next time or try another kebab house in the area

Θέλαμε πίτσα, οπότε πήγαμε οι ίδιοι στο μαγαζί να πάρουμε μαζί μας - κάνει και διανομή. Προτιμήσαμε τις πολύ μεγάλες πίτσες (14 λίρες), η μία Meat Feast. Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό, μας ενημέρωσε ότι επειδή η παραγγελία μας ήταν μεγαλύτερη από 20 λίρες δικαιούμασταν δώρο, που επιλέξαμε να είναι Garlic Bread and Cheese. Οι πίτσες νόστιμες και γεμάτες από τα υλικά της επιλογής μας, καλά ψημένες όχι καμένες. Διαθέτει και αναψυκτικά σε μπουκάλια του 1,5 λίτρου, που δεν αναφέρονται στον κατάλογο, εμείς τα προτιμήσαμε αντί για κουτάκια. Απολογιστικά αρκετά καλή επιλογή.

Great service great price and tasty take out food!Just as good as dominos and all the rest but for less than half the price!

We stayed at Travelodge Bangor and decided to order from Zizza Pizza. Absolutely amazing food, fresh, cooked to high standards, delivery on time

Very friendly staff ,clean,tasty and fast delivery service. The pizzas are amazing light and crispy at same time. Really enjoyed my meal thanks zizza

Used this place a few times now and I've never had a bad meal I've tried their wedges for the first time tonight and they are lovely.... the pizza is beyond nice lovely and very tasty.... the customer service aswell is brill very polite on the phone and delivery time is good... so glad this place has opened

Me an my partner have ordered from here since it opened last year. One maybe twice a week. Couldn't fault anything to be fair but slowly slowly their standards have dropped and are no longer usable IMO. I ordered tonight for delivery. After an hour I rang to asked where my food was. I was told "on his way sorry sorry" (Sunday 9.45pm order was placed and shop dead). Another 20minutes and my phone rang "errrm where are you? I'm by lidl" said the delivery driver. I told him I live nowhere near there whatsoever and had to explain (he got it on my 6th reference point) where I lived as he was confused. I watched him (another 10minutes later) park in my car park and walk down 2 different streets. So I thought sod this I'll meet this absolute drip in the street. Paid blah blah food freezing, had to get dressed an go demand a refund. Will never ever use again. The food quality had plummeted anyway but cold food and your paying £20+ no thanks.

I found the food to be nice and the delivery was of an acceptable time, however me and my partner both found the pizzas very greasy, so much so that under the box was getting damp

Very friendly staff, and a great selection of tasty food! I have been here twice with a friend and will definately be coming back.
