Holyhead Pizza & Kebab House in Isle of Anglesey

I've been using Holyhead Kebab for years, I've always found the ingredients fresh and food is always consistent. Had a chicken kebab today, chicken was delicious and salad was fresh. Will continue to use this kebab house as it is far more consistent than the others around town. 5/5 👍🏼👌

Absolutely disgusting, it was extremely greasy to start with!! The grease was coming out the tray. I ordered a kebab with chips and salad with a side of chilli dip and received no chips a quarter of the tray was meat and the rest was salad not to mention the food was stone cold cost me £12.60 for a salad with a side of kebab. The female driver was more bothered about talking to a neighbour and chucked my food to me and then slammed my gate. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want a terrible belly ache.

Just ordered a pizza delivery, food was lovely and quick friendly delivery. Would recommend and will order again

Had a couple of pizzas from Holyhead Kebab and Pizza. Food very average, cold, overpriced and tasteless. Don’t recommend. There are better pizza takeaways by far in Holyhead.

Whilst visiting area had kebab one evening - excellent. Pizza another evening - very good. Would recommend to a friend.

Don't bother. Got loads of abuse as I was 20 seconds late putting online order in. No order delivered nor refund given.

Placed an order online through there website. I forgot 1 item, so phoned explaining I forgot and said I would pay the delivery driver. Food came and the order I forgot weren't there. Tried to phone back but all I got was shid, dont go awful customer service awful to be honest. When you pay for something it should arrive. Robbing honest people

meals humungeous!!! A Holyhead specail does 3 meals for us= great value for money. Staff always friendly although spoken English nor Welsh not their first languages. Try and enjoy P.S. it is not a restaurant per se but a kebab house so there isn't a dining area. They also do local deliveries. Premises very clean...spotless!

Ordered from here this evening and the food was delivered within reasonable time and still very hot! delivery driver was also very kind and the food was very nice.

Have eaten here a few times. Pizzas are cooked like Pizza Hut with the toppings under the cheese. Kebabs are fresh! Delivery very quick and friendly delivery lady. Always been polite when we have had food. Good prices. Highly recommended

Excellent kebab shop food always lovely and fresh. Been coming here for years. Very clean inside and has 5 star food hygiene rating. Never had a problem here. Sometimes have to wait for delivery but food is always hot and fresh when it comes.

Only been once but was put off by the staff who were rude and unhelpful. The kebab meat was dry and tasteless too, try somewhere else

Staff are very friendly and the food was really tasty.I will definitely come here again. Me and my family really enjoyed the meals.

Been a very loyal regular customer for a long time now and never had any complaints.Recently myself and my partner have experienced wrong orders on multiple occasions even after the person on the phone repeated our order back.The food seems rushed and the quality has gone downhill.Tonight my partner orders a chicken burger MEAL and doesn't receive the chips and I ordered a large chicken and donner in naan bread and got a pitta.Also asked for mushrooms on her burger and offered to pay extra and the manager didn't want to accommodate her even though he gave her mushrooms for extra charge last time we ordered.Phoned up to complain about the missing chips and he wanted her to pay extra.I suggested to the owner a while ago about maybe going on justeat to get more business and make it easier for people to order and he said he was very happy with his local business and did not need justeat.Well if you can't satisfy your local customers by continuously getting orders wrong and not accommodating them when they ask for extras then bloody good luck to you!! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!.Holly Molly kebab from now on

I had a large kebab delivered and needed a microscope to see it ! Chicken tasted of nothing, asked for lots of garlic mayo and chilli but struggled to find any among the pieces of MDF. Tasteless , would never bother again. It was money wasted.

Mexican pizza and garlic bread with cheese are very nice. Staff very helpful and delivery lady was very friendly.

Terrible staff that do not when you place an order, phoned and asked for a home delivery, told it would be 20 minutes, closer to 45mins before it arrived the order was wrong and cold, rang and complained asked for the correct order, told it would be 30 minutes, I complained only for the phone to be put down. Terrible!

We have used the pizza house a number of times and found them to provide an excellent service fresh well cooked pizzas really good value and always a smile.

Lovely food....shame the staff are unfamiliar with customer services (bar one man who does home delivery in a little red car) the rest could all do with going to a customer service course and try having a wash

After saying I wouldnt get from here again I tried them again (after 9months).

Dreadful customer service, delivered incorrect order and refused to replace or refund, got abusive and threatening when I complained

The only english speaking staff member mistakes "mint sauce" for "chilli" and they refuse to do anything about it. Food isn't worth the awful customer service, order from elswehere.

staff are scruffy unshaven and appear unwashed.salad looks unwashed also.Ordered kebabs and chips etc , some of us had upset stomachs later.

Normalmente exigente en mi kebabs, pero este lugar fue recomendado, patatas fritas y un kebab en pedir el pan nan, podría haber dividido entre 2 personas tenía un tamaño generoso! Buenos precios. Carne kebab era delicioso y con un par de cervezas, un lujo. Muy limpio y bien llevado así que no te preocupes. Sin duda volveré de nuevo, de hecho, no puedo esperar para mi próximo viaje de pesca a Anglesey a visitar de nuevo! Bien hecho chicos!

We stayed in a B&B; in Holyhead and ordered a medium pizza and chips. The food arrived on-time, and it was hot and fairly good. (The pizza cheese was pretty greasy and chewy, and the chips were pretty average.)

Friendly service, good choice of food - Kebabs, Pizza's and chicken and Burgers. All freshly cooked to order

Any time we have a takeaway we almost always go to Holyhead Kebabs. The men are always very friendly and helpful! The Doner Kebabs are lovely and the pizza has the best tomato puree!

This is what it says. Much of a muchness fast food place. More used by locals as it is tucked away from the main drag. Not much more to say really.

Stale base and burt all over, purely tasted of burnt! Came home to open the box to this! Shocking!! I would have taken it back if I lived locally! I'm not usually fussy with food but this was awful! We had a slice each and binned it! My jaws have taken a beating! Waste of money!! I will never go here again!

this pizza and kebab house is the best in holyhead , you cant go wrong and theres plenty on the menu for all the family , all the staff are very friendly but Joseph is always so pleasant and nothing too much trouble great stuff

Doner Meat was hard & hardly any meat in bread, cold on delivery, and there was a hair in chips..safe to say I won't be ordering from there again!! Pizza & Doner delivered same evening to our friends who had the same unpleasant food !! Yuk !!

We had a few takeaways from here this summer. All delivered.Pizzas, kebabs, chips and garlic breads.The food is good quality, well cooked and consistent. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Portions are very generous. Thank you.

Never visited this establishment before what a gem of a place. Food score is a five can't get any better than that. Very helpful staff and good food open seven days a week fair play inc lunchtime which was the time of day we visited hope to go back soon to try one of their pizzas.

My boyfriend and I were starving at around 11:30 PM so decided we'd order from the kebab (as you do haha) I ordered chips, cheese and chicken nuggets and he ordered chips and cheese with garlic and chili mayo - I don't know whether it was because we ordered so late but the chips were hard, the chicken nuggets were horrible and to be honest I'm not even sure they contained any chicken and the cheese was basically nonexistent, not to mention the fact that I was give an extremely large portion of something I was unable to eat for some reason my boyfriend was given a portion fit only for a baby. Such a shame as I'm certain it's not difficult to get a couple of portions of chips right.

grate tasting food staff are very polite and friendly. very profestional. i would be eating again from Holyhead kebab. the best kebab shop in Holyhead.

Been going to holyhead kebab since it was open and wouldnt trust another kebab house, brilliant staff so nice and friendly, great value for money the best cheese burgers around! Pizzas are even better than the pizzaria which is two doors down! Would recommend!

We always come here for kebab & pizza. Really nice & reasonable price, meal deals are really good, my children love the pizza kids meal. :o)

After my local fav pizza place closed I have tried several and been let down. At last I tried here. Pizza was very tasty. Price reasonable and good friendly service. Well worth a try.

I love Holyhead Kebabs, staff are friendly, food is always great quality, never have to wait long for it even though it is made to order and the prices are good. what more can you want?

I got one of their pizzas and I was pleasantly surprised that it was delicious. For as inexpensive as it is, it was good for some late night grub.
