Food was cold & overcooked & dry by far the worst kebab I’ve had to date! NEVER AGAIN!

Delicious fresh pizza soo flavourful, crispy spicy chicken wings are my wife's favourite. Suport a local busines these guys alwaysbang out nice food.

Food was cold and like cardboard when it finally arrived after nearly 2 hrs. Spent near £60 and feel utterly ripped off. Never again, and I truly discourage people ordering food from here for delivery. Also the veggie burger amd chips had a chicken nugget under the chips.

It's a stereotypical fast food shop you find in every town and city up and down the country. Cheap food that leaves a lot to be desired... but fills a hole. Portions are good, food is meh... No better or worse than hundreds of others I've been to around the country on my travels. Would certainly use them again if I was hungry and couldn't be bothered to cook when I get home.

Wrong order delivered. Then argued on phone that mistake was ours. Kept hanging up

Ordered for delivery at 5.18pm and at 7.05pm we had to call them as food still hadn't arrived, We were told it would be an extra 10 minutes as they had no drivers, don't take orders if this is the case or at least call customers to let them know so they have the option to cancel. Finally arrived at 7.20pm. Terrible and will not be using again.

Go to kebab in Llangefni, never have a complaint about the food and the service is great! they say how long it will take on the phone and when you get there its actually ready, no waiting around like the other places in town.

Food hub states available to order via postcode with a minimum fee and delivery fee. Yet they cancelled my order. Why set your delivery zone just to cancel on orders

Highly recommend this takeaway. The kebabs are amazing!! You get to choose your skewers from the front counter, the staff are really welcoming, kind and helpful. We will definitely be coming to this takeaway again when we are back in the area.

Food not as nice as what it use to be. Kebeb was dry and chicken. Was burnt.

i am giving this place a 1 star due to finding stuff in my food, also due to it always beying under cooked, i found long strings of hair in the pizza and food is sometimes cold as just left out on counter till the rest is ready. if i could post photos on here of what ive found in the pizzas i would do it.

I have eaten from here a few times before, it's a bit hit and miss, it's either really tasty or it's undercooked bread, burnt base, or the order is wrong etc, typical kebab shop stuff. HOWEVER, it gets a 1 star for the TWO, yes two hairs found in my pizza, dark in colour and about 5-6 inches long. One stuck under a pepperoni and the other on the opposite side of the pizza like a loop sticking out of the cheese. Avoid. Clearly no basic food hygiene going on here. Check the photos. 🤢

My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to find this place at 11.45 on a Sunday night. The best kebabs we have had anywhere and a free bottle of Pepsi! If the standard we experienced last night is the usual we will become regulars! Top job!

Great Chicken Burgers, but the staff are abrupt.

Really nice kebab is huge but the bread that comes with is at the bottom and too small to contain but that doesn't bother me, the chicken is amazing

I go here often and the food is always excellent and very good staff. Well worth a visit. They do 2 pizzas for the price of one Monday and Tuesday which is great for families etc..

I ordered 2 pizzas and a small chips, been waiting 2 hours

Been going here for years. 7/10 times the food is good. Chips can be hard from time to time and not able to eat them. Some portions can also be small for the price. Had the odd occasion that the order has been wrong with nothing been done about it. Pizzas are nice and the buy 1 get one free on Monday and Tuesday is a great deal. All in all, yes I'd recommend them just make sure your order is right.

Order very often from here food is always nice and service is good ! And delivery person is always polite and normally on time .

We order once a week, the food is amazing, some times it arrives a little later than they say but so worth the wait, see you next week :)

My boyfriend and I have been ordering charcoal grill for a few months now, they have always been polite and respectful with our orders. The orders are always right and at a good price. I would recommend.

A cheeseburger with a bap crumbled apart, sloppy wet salad and a piece of chicken that was baisically just a burnt bone.. will never go here again

my partner went there and ordered a chicken kebab for me but when i got it it wasent what i expected the chicken was shredded and burnt i think she ordered the wrong kebab but if the rest are like this i dont think ill go back

We order from here quite often, home delivey, the food is really nice and not at all expensive. Can not fault this kebab shop, well worth a try :-)

Ordered our food 7:15pm, ordered 2 pizzas which are buy one get one free, chips, 3 cans of coke, 2 kebabs and a cheese burger.I had to phone 3 times asking where my order was, it was meant to be delivered at 7:50. It came at 9:50pm. We were charged for BOTH pizzas. They had left out the chips and drinks. The cheese burger was awful, it was hard and cold, no salad, just a flood of ketchup. Pizzas were delicious. Kebabs were ok. I had to phone 4 times to sort out a refund, took them 4 days to offer me something. Ihey had given me a free pizza. Waste of time, 2 hours for a delivery completely unacceptable, especially if they end up overcharging, and forgetting parts of your order. Never again.

I'm surprised there's only one other review for Charcoal Grill and that it's not a good one... We've never had a bad takeaway from here. At worst they're good... at best they're excellent. I suppose it depends who's working, how busy they are, but we know it will always be bare minimum 'ok'. Anyone happening upon the previous review, or even mine, I'd advise looking at their hundreds of reviews on a certain takeaway delivery service until it's better reviewed here. Sorry if that's not allowed in a review. Delivery is always prompt, usually well before the time estimated, drivers are courteous, and if there's any problem with your order, staff will phone to double check.

I don't have a clue what animal gave it's life to be my burger. The RSPCA wouldn't alow it to pass as dog food. The pot of ketchup was the tastiest part of my meal by far. Might try bulimia.
