Pizza Lush in Ceredigion

Used to order from here regularly and never had any problems. Lately there's always issues, The place has gone downhill massively. They either take an hour and a half to deliver your food and the food is cold then they use excuse after excuse and blame the delivery drivers, The order is always wrong, They take card payments then try saying something wrong with their machine and ask for an additional payment via cash and to wait for money to be returned to bank so basically asking for payment twice. The staff have absolutely no customer service skills and just put the phone down whenever they are questioned about an outstanding order. I will not be returning.. Not worth the hassle and plenty of better take aways around Aber than this dump!!

hygiene issues, picking food and salad up with there fingers, cross contamination, should be using utensils not fingers.high risk of food poisoning, I was watching them do this as they done my kebab, this place Is going downhill fast and the kebab was awful aswell.

This place used to be good. Had a doner kebab with no salad (despite asking). Kebab was very dry, best thing about it was the BBQ sauce from a bottle. Avoid.

Really enjoy the pizzas and kebabs here these r out go to takeaway cant fault them.. hot and spicy pizza highly recommended 😋😋

I ordered online. Food never arrived. Called once every hour it did not come and a lot in between and then again the next day. Never got an answer. Chat function reccoended me to email food hub so I did and they told me that they had called me (they didnt) and to call them and sort it myself. It's been a day. I have called since, still no response. I recived a text from them telling me I owe them £9.99 after I already paied them £15 for food that never arrived. We had a takeaway from Pizza Lush. Pepperoni Delight pizza, pizza garlic bread and chips. Really enjoyed it, one of the best pizza I’ve had. The base was lovely and the tomato sauce on the pizza was beautiful.

Ordered medium doner meat and chips(£7.50) Didn’t touch the sides even after trying my hardest to eat it as the doner meat was so poor, tasted like cardboard

We ordered food this evening, delivery, from pizza lush. We had to wait just over an hour for the food, which would not have been too much of a problem, but our kids were hungry. It was 5.30pm. Once the food arrived, I was really honestly, disappointed. The food tasted lovely, very nice and fresh, but the portion size was terrible. I ordered a mixed kebab, which at just shy of £10, I was hoping to share it with my 4 year old son. It was such a small portion that my son ended up eating it by himself and I had half a pitta bread and tomato he didn't want. Still hungry, and eating some cheese and crackers from the cupboard!!!

i tried pizza lush more than once and i can say that i do like the food there, fresh and well made :)

It’s called lush bite , I never had them anywhere before. It was so nice . I never had them before I really can’t wait the have it again

Guys are great with the service and the foods are very good. They are making the best music in the town too while you wait for your delicious food

My friends and I visited this place after the recommendation from every bartender in the town. End of the night we have revealed there to get some platter of foods to water our appetite. Kebab pizzas burger chips whatever I and my friend had was wonderfully cooked and fresh. Top place to have meals at the top of the town

Lush pizza but they gave me wrong change when I was drunk. :( trustworthy customer service is so important

This is single handedly the worst pizza I've ever had the displeasure of "experiencing" - I can't say eating because that'd be a lie. The ham on the pizza was grey, the cheese sparse and the tomato non-existent. There was also an opened pot of sauce implanted into one of the slices. Grim. The chicken nuggets and chips fared little better, soggy and warmed up. I removed them from the polystyrene box to find a frankly horrifying sight - they'd imprinted themselves into the box - as well as being cold and soggy. Unpleasant.And as for the "burger" - pathetic colour and a joke of a bread bun.I was skeptical with a few bad reviews knocking about but they're right - you'd get more pleasure eating the cardboard box than the abomination they sent at frankly, extortionate prices for the quality. Felt sick.

We had a typical weekend take out where we all got pizzas and chips to share! A good price for the amount and quality of food, 100% ordering from there again.

I was craving a pizza yesterday and after dealing with horrid staff in other local places I was pleased to find such friendliness at pizza lush. Making a cheese less pizza was accepted with out being sworn at. Makes a lovely change. The pizza was great, fluffy base with red peppers, onion, mushrooms and sesame seeds. It was about a tenner for a 12" pizza. It went down a treat.

Nothing finishes a night like cheesy chips and a bit of ketchup. To find frozen chips left me dumbfounded. Makes me awfully concerned with regard to the hygiene of this establishment. Night ruined

I have only ever had takeaway from Pizza Lush (ordered online) so have only glanced in when passing but I can certainly testify to the food being great.

Had two mixed kebabs from here a few nights ago, waited a good 25 minutes for them to be served at their shop, even though there was 4 staff working. Was supposed to be chicken & donner meat but it must have been around 20% chicken instead of 50/50, the donner meat was really dripping with fat, more than I'm used to from these shops, kebab was nice but overfilled with salad to make it look a lot bigger the pitta bread was on top of everything not even cut open & for £6.80 I expected more for this price. Probably won't be going back here & would definitely not recommend to anyone

This is a great takeaway with a good variety of foods to take away. The service is efficient and quick, with friendly staff when I have called to amend an order (usually done online). The food has always been 'lush'. Definitely recommend.

We ordered from Pizza Lush a while ago and the delivery driver spent half hour trying to find our house, turns out he was the other side of town. This evening we placed an order, delivery was ok however food as detailed on menu wasn't what we received. Really annoyed, and only ordered from Pizza Lush as Just Eat said they were under new management and Marcos was offline. I ordered Donner Meat and chips, no salad was provided. My partners food wasn't all correct either

My first time to try a pizza in ABY. Nice little place just next to Starbucks. Good tasty Pizza 🍕. Quick service. Friendly staff. The price however a bit higher than I expected.
