Papa John's Pizza in Gwynedd

Ordered our pizza to be delivered to the showdome, took an hour and a half to arrive, the delivery driver popped the tater tots on the table (which were cold) then proceeded to drop the entire pizza on myself and the floor. She was apologetic but it's not good enough service. The staff in the shop itself were rude and 3 members of staff saw myself and a child, who was saying "excuse me" and they just completely ignored us! Won't go back!

Ordered a pizza with an extra topping we paid additional for and had hardly any on. The sides that we ordered (£7.99 each) were disgusting. They were soggy, wet and looked undercooked, they also come in a paper bag and the chicken popcorn portion they had give was an absolute joke for the price. Never ordering from here again. I’ve give two stars because the pizza arrived just on time and the delivery man seemed friendly.

Rude staff. Was told that they wouldn’t serve us due to a gluten intolerance but their menu said that they do gluten free pizza. Absolutely rude. The staff member even offered to take me outside to ruff me up in his words in front of my daughter. Absolutely disgusting!! We were in shock and left!!

Nice giant Cookie a bit thinner a few years back they used to be thicker still nice tough. price a bit dearer at £5.99

On holiday at Hafan Y Mor,ordered at the pizza place,inside the entertainment venue,got told no stuffed crust left & then stood & waited 40 minutes to get our order,pizza was really big & tasty,but I had paid £1.50 per extra topping & I’d chosen about 3 extra toppings,potato tots were awful,in a paper bag,all squashed £7.99,double choc brownie was really nice!

Couldn't deicide what to order but Tyler and Kyle were so helpful, the pizza we eventually decided to get was phenomenal 😋

Rang from 17.00 until 21.00 but couldn't get through. Total waste of time!! Don't bother as nobody answers the phone!!!!

Pizza is lovely, service is great and Mark delivered to our apartment and went above and beyond to go back and get a missing item that we said not to worry about

Ordered online for collection. Online ordering system easy to use and food was ready on arrival. Order was correct and hot on collection. We had one order which was vegan cheese which was important to us to be correct and that pizza was correct and good, the rest of the order was also really tasty and good quality. There was too much to eat that evening so we kept the left overs for the next day. It was still good as picnic then too.

Absolute joke of a place ordered pizza at 5.45 for delivery at 7.45 the pizza is still not here!! No compensation back or offered just told theyr running late! Wouldn’t of minded if I hadn’t of ordered it 2 hours prior

I had a pizza on Tuesday and really enjoyed it: soft, doughy base. I have just ordered the same pizza and the base and crust is burnt and painful to eat. I took it back to the shop and politely said that it was very different to tuesdays base and that the pizza seemed burnt, two members of staff didn’t really know what to say and called for the chef. The chef came across as very rude and said that there was nothing wrong with the pizza and that that is how it always is and is meant to be. I proceeded to show him the base again and crush the crust - explaining that the pizza was difficult to eat and not very nice. He didn’t really say much to this. With three members of staff staring at me telling me there was nothing wrong with my pizza, I felt embarrassed and wrongly treated. He said ‘it’s the way it should be, I can make you another’, I said forget it. Very disappointed to be treated this way on holiday.

We really enjoyed our pizza tonight, it was very busy on site, so we went over and ordered, although it was a 40minute wait, it was lovely of the staff to give us an extra pizza to apologise for the long wait. The pizza was well worth the wait, we all enjoyed. Thank you.

As a family we have had Papa Johns food on many occasions in and outside of Haven Parks. This one was just ok nothing special it also seemed to be one of the more expensive when compared to other haven parks. I wouldn't say it was value for money but the food was hot and the service was quick.

Happy with the pizza ordered and the topped wedges, a 20 minute wait was advised but food was ready earlier than expected, would recommend

Order food to be delivered, apologetic delivery driver that it’s late coming and that the boxes were squashed as no lid supports in boxes. Potato wedges under cooked and the pizzas cold, so had to microwave to warm up. Pizzas would of been great if warm.

tried to order by phone for over 30 mins no answer .. went to shop couldnt hear what they was saying to me as was so noisy so went elsewhere ... NEVER AGAIN !!!

We had a late night pizza from here on our way back to the caravan. Although a bit expensive it’s worth it. The pizzas are gorgeous and unlike dominos they have a good amount of cheese on. The chicken wings were also lovely. Great service too

Went with family to papa john's last evening for dinner took over hour for 2 small pizzas whilst there member of staff went to toilet and urinated all over public toilet and left it the restaurant was dirty from floors tables being sticky and dirty windows totally filfey and the standard of staff was reel bad they looked dirty and to end it all off we were charged to much so I had to ask for the correct change think heath heygine need serious investigation in the place

We enjoy a Papa John's while on a Haven Holiday Park, this year was no exception. No queue at the desk when we ordered (although all staff busy with orders), helpful guy took our order, double checked he had it right and said delivery could be up to 40 mins, which was find by us.Delivery came before the 40 mins, pizza's pipping hot, really delicious. Nice treat.

After a long journey to the caravan park we couldn’t be bothered going back out for food so we rang and ordered a pizza for delivery to our caravan. Delicious pizza that arrive hot and before the 45 minutes they suggested. First time we’ve had Papa Johns but would have them again

Highly recomended . Did take and hour to arrive but they were super busy but it was totally worth the wait . the 3 for £ 33 fed 6 of us totally delicious.

Thought we’d pick up a quick pizza having just arrived at Hafan y Mor, Haven holiday park. This was not to be!!

We ordered food to be delivered to our caravan on a Thursday evening to be told a 45 minute wait which we were happy with. The order came 90 minutes later! It was the completely wrong order! We contacted papa johns to be told we’ll resend your order when the driver arrives back at store he must of mixed them up! From ordering one pizza a garlic bread chicken and wedges to receiving two huge pizzas garlic bread and 4 wedges it’s a pretty huge mistake! During the phone call I expressed the importance of no onion due to an allergy! You guessed it the pizza came with onions I called the store again baring in mind this was more than two hours after the initial order to be basically laughed at down the phone. I was told another pizza was on the way with a voucher for apology. The pizza came it was terrible, the voucher was a blank reciept saying papa johns £15 by billy! The overall service and products were well below standard.

45 mins for a pizza (actually took over an hour). Order Window in to the "street" with a big sign saying "COLLECT/ORDER INSIDE!" (what is the point of having the order window?)

Not the best pizzas we've had. Service was very slow but in saying that they were very busy. They provide a delivery service to your caravan after 5 pm which I though was a good idea. Pizzas were very expensive for what they were.

We ordered on our last night of our holiday, ordered via the phone and delivery was quick. Good portions but toppings a bit sparce considering pricing etc. Good quality food, hot on arrival and polite staff.

Never eat papa johns apart from when at hafan y mor,as the food is lovely An hot,great portion size,the staff are nice,service can be a bit of a wait,but was a very busy period.

Was on holiday in Wales and went to papa johns for pizza staff were rude . We waiting 45 mins for our food then to be told that they done the wrong order for us and we had to wait again. As we waited the staff opened toy guns and played with them in the kitchen area. After another 40 mins we got our food no apology nothing . One member of staff stood in the same spot for nearly an hour

Great Pizza late on Saturday evening, they will even deliver to your static caravan. Price seemed comparable with normal high street prices.

I was with my family (3 kids ages 2 - 10) and the only option for food after the arranged entertainment night was papa Johns. We lined up at 12.40pm and got to the front of the line by 1.04. When we got to the front they turned around and said we are closed after we had lined up for over 20 mins. we were the only people in the queue so we said we have lined up for a while so can you just take one more order ??? They refused and said there was nothing they could do. All it would have taken was one of the 3 people working to have told us 25 minutes before that they were closing. Terrible customer service.

Lovely pizza's freshly cooked while you wait. Not the cheapest but worth every penny. You can even get them delivered to your caravan.

Food is very good but like all the others can be quite expensive. They do offer deals and have quite a good selection.

Get spot for a pizza with different types to choose from also provides for children's pizza will delivery around the park as well.

Given how heavily advertised Papa Johns pizza is I expected better. The pizza was ok but nothing to write home about. There was also a lot of grease. I think they could and should be doing better.

tonight rang papa johns twenty times of which most where line busy, when it did actually ring it just rang, rang and rang no one answered, this happened a total of five times. gave up and got pizzas from the shop instead.

Typical Papa Johns, a bit pricey but that's what should be expected for a holiday park location. usual special offers

We ordered a delivery from Papa John's over the phone, not out of laziness (honestly) but because Hafan-y-Mor is a big site so if we'd gone over to their counter in the Boardwalk complex to buy our pizzas they'd have been cold by the time we got back to our caravan. We were told it would take half an hour for our food to arrive but twenty minutes later the Papa John's Smart Car pulled up outside and our pizza was delivered still plenty hot enough. We had a sharing "All The Meats" and an adult "Hawaiian" which were both tasty and both got quickly demolished. My only quibble would be that if you pop over to Pwllheli you could buy a couple of pizzas from Asda or Iceland for a fifth of the price but that's the same for any pizza delivery chain anywhere and not just Papa John's. There is also a family meal deal available that would have been better value on another day but at the time we didn't feel hungry enough to take on two sharing pizzas, four lots of wedges, garlic pizza sticks and Ben & Jerry's ice cream along with four soft drinks!
