Pizza Factory in Neath Port Talbot

I would recommend pizza factory in port Talbot Wales because of its Great food and excellent service. Pizza is lovely and staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good

During my recent visit to Pizza Factory, my friend and I enjoyed a delicious meal consisting of burgers and chips. The burgers were exceptional and surpassed our expectations. The restaurant's modern design added to the overall ambiance of the establishment. What stood out the most was the high quality of the burgers which were a refreshing change from the typical fare found at other takeaways. I would highly recommend this family-run restaurant to anyone, especially since they offer both dine-in and takeaway services.

We travelled down to Port Talbot last Friday as part of Blyth Lifeguard and Swimming Club as our swimmers were competing at Swansea National pool over the weekend and visited here on Friday night. We found The Pizza Factory online and booked a table for 18 - the food was fab, the staff were lovely and the service was great. No complaints at all from any if the kids or adults!

Wow what a fab find!!!! Very friendly staff, the most amazing and fantastic food - great range to choose from and a lot more than just pizza!!, beautiful decor etc. Stumbled across but been back couple of days later since. Will certainly be our local! Cannot recommend enough!!!

Last night in work we ordered what we expected to be a mixed shish kebab ,lamb and chicken,it arrived and was on time ,that's the good points,when I opened my £9.50 kebab box I found what they described as a nan bread with about 4 small pieces of some kind of meat,nothing else,the salad was separate the sauces were the kind they give you with a pizza(tiny),I thought to my self that's a very mean portion of everything for the price I put the salad into the bread and tryed to scoop out the sauce which barely covered the dried out meat.wraped the kebab up then tried with all my best teeth to devour it.this where the challenge started...the bread was quite thick and chewy can only describe it as trying to chew a chamois leather filled with salad and meat so dry my bull dog would have a job getting through it,not sure what they done to make the meat and bread so dry,other than it been pre cooked and pinged in the microwave for 20min.all in all my experience of eating a kebab in a pizza House has left me wondering ,why didn't I just order what they probably do best a pizza and leave the kebab purchases from a kebab shop

It was our final meal together. We decided to go for a Pizza Factory as the pamflet came through my front door and boy did it look apatizing. 3 of us ordered a mixed chicken shiesh and lamb kebab. The other a "big Ben" burger meal deal Upon arrival it was well packaged. Upon arrival it was hot and upon arrival our anticipation to eat was getting bigger. Once we seen the meet inside the mixed kebab we was rather disappointed. It was small, very small. 2 cubes of chicken and 2 small cubes of lamb. I looked across at my colleague and could see sadness fall across his brow. Taste was meh! As we chewed and chewed our kebab was very chewy. The slaw was good in fairness. Chips I'd give a 3/10. But my.jaw was aching after chewing the tough lamb for minute after minute till I bailed and could chew no more. However there was some positives. The lad with the burger enjoyed it. It didn't look like the leaflet. But it was tasty (so he said). We all took turns to ask him "how's the burger" , waiting for him to say "try some" in which case the 3 of us would have had a fight like 3 vultures round a carcass. The call never came. He finished the burger to all our dismay. The guy who took the photos for the leaflet disserves an oscar. All in all. Kebab was poor. Very poor. Burger was good. Pizzas I've had before have been very good.

I am new to the area, I noticed that this place was being renovated so curiosity won. They have finally opened to customers and took advantage to check this place out. The service was simply great, food arrived piping hot, quick and last but not least delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this little slice of pizza heaven. Will be going again.

I’ve been eating at this restaurant for ages and despite tasting the same thing every time I come here the taste becomes better and better, I’m not a pizza person but this is pretty much the only place that serves pizza I like, it’s like as if it’s made with magic. Great place.

Worked here for a couple of years a long time ago and been ordering here for over 10 years, They still make fresh dough and use fresh when possible, Good staff and great food. Try the shish and burgers! Pizza is also delicious :)

Delicious food, I order from here all the time and have never had a problem apart from tonight. Food was great however the delivery driver had a right attitude as the online order put the main road down instead of the postcode road. Had a right go at me which was not needed! Put a major downer down on my night as all I wanted was a takeaway not an argument. In the future I will either go elsewhere or go and collect in store. They really need to teach their staff some manors and how to communicate with customers.

Its the same as any other generic takeaway, apart from they price them selves in the same bracket as the big boys. Tastes greasy as appose to flavourful. defiantly wont waste my money on them again. A well melted cheese on toast has more flavour than the pizzas from hear.......

I have ordered several times from pizza Factory and the food has always been generous and exceptionally tasty. I have just picked up another order of chicken shish for the family and it is exceptionally delicious. Thank you

To be honest Its not a lot in the way of differences between many Pizza shops however Pizza Factory are regarded as the best of the 3 in station Rd. I'm a regular Indian Meal from the Shah delivered man- I eat maybe too much Indian food for my own good. I decided to have a Pizza and collected it as there are outstanding deals on collection. Dominoes nearby 15 meters and Pizza take away in Lloyds Bank are no doubt good but the common opinion is both are behind Pizza Factory in quality and taste of ingredients. I'm fortunate that an ex member of staff backs this up and that's good enough for me. The guy who runs it is very friendly and he served me. I was told of the best way to buy and on Friday it was buy 1 get one free. I had both a thin and thick crust. I'm sure customers wont go wrong at any of the Pizza choices but listen to the locals usually is good sense

Pizza factory is great if you have no taste buds or so drunk that it doesn't matter- Our pizzas were cooked from frozen I may have well gone to tescos. owner was very very rude and aggressive when we complained-be aware don't waste your money folks!

Really nice Welsh beef burgers, many different varietys of burgers. A meal is about £7 and is good value, it's a nice filling meal, "delivery could be quicker"

Port Talbot es bendecido con 3 restaurantes Pizza a metros uno de otro. He probado todos 3 en el pasado, y para mí es el mejor. Los otros son Dominos y Pizza Hut. Me dejé caer muy tarde el lunes con un amigo y teníamos 2 x 12" poderosos pizzas con mucha carne y algunos extras. La comida era estupenda justo en todos los sentidos. Verdaderamente no me isit aquí lo suficiente, ya que comer comida india tan a menudo. Algunas de las ofertas de la semana son muy buenas, pero eso es lo mismo con los otros dos rivales, supongo. Confía en mí, este es el mejor. A veces cuando la chica rubia está en ella hace una pizza especial que yo prefiero el más pero nunca recordar la mezcla. La ubicación es céntrica pizza en la zona de la ciudad y su único inconveniente es que puede ser ruidoso los viernes y sábados. Nunca he visto una situación que me molestara así que sí comida estupenda y gracias.

been a customer for many years just paid over £7 for a burger which turned out to be half cooked, cold and spicy ? rung to complain and was fobbed off with that's the way we cook burgers as a chef I did ask why it doesent say on the menu burgers are cooked med and was told it was juicy chips were cold , nuggets were on but will never eat here again

Bien, ¿qué puedo decir ... esperaba una hamburguesa de 'gourmet con patatas fritas y aros de cebolla, conseguimos una pasada bolsa de mushing. La hamburguesa era ahogados en salsa resultante en la hamburguesa entera desmoronándose como pan empapadas. Los aros de cebolla eran sosas aunque de lejos la mejor parte (no es una buena cosa). En la parte superior de esta, de hecho me olvidé mis patatas fritas a la entrega, a 5 minutos en el teléfono y después decir no más de 15 minutos, nos tomó 50 minutos para llegar, ... y no era una basura! El recocido, entonces obviamente deja mucho tiempo en el frío y recalentados simplemente horrible!

Me he dado cada una de las empresas de Pizza sabor y para mí es la mejor opción en Port Talbot, es también el más establecido de Dominos y creo que su Pizza Hut supuestamente. He intentado algunas de las pizzas distintas y generalmente se pegan con el calor y las versiones meatier. Otra ventaja de la pizza Factory es que te puedes sentar dentro de su pequeño restaurante y disfrutar de la comida mientras hace calor.
