We have take away regularly from here but tonight was a let down. Food delivered was cold especially the pizza. The delivery time seemed ages and although a Saturday night we have had much quicker service. Disappointed and still hungry.

On time but food was stone cold how I never know.. wasn’t even eatable once tried warming up in microwave and it just ruined both meals ended up just going in the bin was absolutely dreadful wasn’t nice whatsoever was dry tasteless I am pregnant aswel ordering food for it to be like this is such a frustration

5 adults and 2 children having Sunday lunch. The soup and pate starters were very tasty, as were the roast beef dinners and the fish fillet, but the service left a lot to be desired. They forgot about one of the children’s meals so he couldn’t eat the same time as us. Our waitress was too busy elsewhere to come back to our table after delivering the starters and we had to seek her out a few times. There was a long delay between courses and we would have liked to request extra gravy but by the time she came over to check if everything was ok, we’d almost finished our meals. She never came to check if we needed more drinks or desserts so we had to get her attention again and again she was very slow to clear the table. The desserts were beautiful. We found it overpriced for the service we had.

We booked these for the evening do of my brothers wedding. They turned up late in a car (no pizza van) then left without the decency to speak to any of the wedding party. Wouldn’t answer any calls or messages leaving us with 140 guests without food. Still awaiting a reply or explanation and the to date, no return of the £480 we paid! Ridiculously unprofessional and thoughtless. I’d be extremely cautious when booking these

Travelled 30 mins to go here to get food!! Only to travel 30 mins back home to find the food was not cooked!!! Paid £12.20 for each kebab and none of it was done!! Chicken was pink!! Ive taken pics as proof! I contacted them straight away and have been ignored!! I will be contacting environment health tomorrow morning!!

Found out it was cash only after ordering, but they gave directions to the cashpoint which was close by and prepared my order whilst they waited for me to return to pay. As a small business I can appreciate why cash only and half expected them not to prepare order until I returned, but they did. Tasty doner kebab, chips and onion rings. Portion sizes were good (larger than expected). Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend. You are able to eat in, but we couldn't because we had our dog with us.

I Ordered 2 cookies for 30 minutes time. Went to tesco, came back and they had no order. Glad i asked for a reciept. So then ordered again and had to wait. Terrible service

Ordered a pizza had a haweiian pizza and wanted mushrooms as a extra. Went to collect it and no additional mushrooms. The pizzas are not as good as they used to be

once again Pizza Venice under promise and over deliver. Great food, always earlier than the estimate. Enjoyed it take away........ mmmmmm

The driver forgot our drinks, said someone would bring it to us. An hour later (food had been finished) I called the restaurant to be told the original driver didn't inform them of the missing drink, he just popped in, picked one up and would take it to us. If he had told the restaurant, they would have sent one much earlier, but it's an hour later and nothing. Very unhappy with the service.

Nothing here is vegetarian or vegan. Due to contamination. No hands are washed in between meat and vegetarian etc meals. When grabbing meat to put on pizza, they then grab veg and cheese after putting their hands in meat trays. To advertise Vegetarian is wrong. If you are a vegetarian, you wouldn't want to eat from Domino's. *sick* 🤢🤮 Also, contamination of this kind can lead to food positioning. Health and safety regulations? None! Have also seen workers wipe face, noses, etc, and carry on.

I love this kebab house and would love to go back the owner was so nice and food was amazing food came straight away
