Watched the staff spray degreaser into the cheese and then scrape excess cheese into the other toppings. Dirty dirty place. Was stood there for 10 minutes and didn’t see a single person was their hands. Also watched them use the same brush to cleans as to sweep cheese back into the tub. Buzzing

I order regularly with dominos have done for years I think it's under new owners now and my order has been wrong several times and when you call them the attitude is terrible won't be ordering any more 😞

Ordered my food on the app, turned up picked up my food got in the car they missed my chicken wings so went bad in then had to wait about 13mins then 10 mins to get home my chips was an so was my pizza so couldn’t enjoy it. Wouldn’t waste my money there again

Genuinely the worst dominos place I've ever seen - the food is often wrong/missing toppings, and arrives 20-40mins later than my boyfriends pizza's which he orders at the SAME time from the dominos in HIS town, theyre sparse on the cheese even on a cheese pizza, and they rarely answer the phone if you ring up. ive had many dominos around the UK and this one is always the worst. sucks it's my hometown one, i still order from time to time thinking 'ahh maybe its better now' but it never is. if you have other options, do those imo.

We went in with small children and service was really efficient. They came back a few times to check everything we okay. Really clean and lovely atmosphere and the food was excellent.

Terrible wrong order and late and they don't care terribly disappointing and are never ordering unless it's necessary 😔

Ordered pizza online, waited over an hour. Pizza turned up it was freezing cold. Tried phoning the store 18 times. We logged a complaint and was told it would take five days. We payed £35 and no Pizza. Shocking service and shocking customer service of after sales team

Can’t comment on the food because I never had it. Called the store 3 times to let them know my order was showing as delivered but never actually received it, and no one picked up.

Very long wait. 20 minutes after the board was saying the pizza was ready still no pizza. The man kept fumbling with a pile of pizzas in boxes. Moving and checking them. Clearly our order was lost and they had to do it again. The chicken we had was cold which I think was sat waiting for too long. The one pizza we had was not even the correct order

I ordered 2 pizzas last night. 1 with custom ingredients and no cheese as it's for someone with lactose issues. The completely wrong pizza was delivered and was un-edible for the person intended. I rang for a replacement but the store advised they wouldn't do it as would take to long and forced a refund which I didn't really want, as now my partner is left with no food. It's the worst customer service and takeaway experience I have ever had!

Waited for 1hour 30 minutes for food app said it had been delivered 30 minutes earlier .... phoned 3 times to be told driver was on our street .... when food came ... order not correct... food sent back awaiting a refund

Won't be ordering anymore for awhile the standards have dropped which is a shame, last two orders have been over cooked nachos were burnt along with the cheese how do you manage that?, if you're paying a premium you would expect a quality pizza it's a shame because the delivery is prompt and the drivers are friendly.

I can't speak highly enough of the store and franchise. On Tuesday 20th December they offered and delivered fresh, hot food to the Royal College of Nursing members, their colleagues, family and friends who were on the picket line at Prince Charles Hospital. This may seem odd to those outside healthcare, but the support just by donating some food showed just how much the store values the community and patient safety. They took care of those nurses when they needed them and they've made a promise to take care of the Dominos employees if they ever need it. Thank you.

Delivered another person's order, when I rang to notify them i was told that they will redo my order and get it out to me. Never showed up and I'm done chasing it, last time I order from domino's.

The pizzas were piping hot when we collected them and the staff were very friendly. The sides were of a good standard and the pizzas were average - some slices had little/no toppings and one of us received a pizza with a few bits of jalapeno and hotdog that weren't part of his order.

Absolute disgrace one pizza for my Autistic son not delivered and your staff laughed and blamed the driver! You seriously need to up your game because your a joke no extras offered even though it's another hour wait. Have you any idea how hard it is for an Autistic person to process this NO YOU DON'T thanks for ruining a family meal

Absolutely aweful ! Home delivery.. food turned up , diabolical ! A little under £40 for 2 tiny burned pizzas & some kind of desert instead of the pizza i ordered. Manager .. no customer service skills whatsoever & not even an apology. Offered a slice of one of the pizzas to my dog even she wouldn't eat it . Never again

Went on holiday here, my dominos app was left on this place after i left. Accidently ordered a pizza here and asked them to refund it, they failed to do so. Fail...

For some ridiculous reason they won't make a half and half even if you go in and request it face to face. Apart from that it's as good as any domino's pizza.

Great pizza, staff are nice. Its a smaller shop and parking is limited but for us locals its fantastic. Can park one car out front or two in the street directly opposite. If you're on twyn hill can go around the back its one way but plenty of parking there. Cant beat a dominos.

Was very disappointed today when they refused to serve me a pizza with meat free pepperoni! I wanted a large pizza (normal base, normal cheese, tomato sauce, and meat free pepperoni). The manager said it is their procedure not to do so. So if you are vegetarian then don't dream of trying their meat free peperoni unless you are willing to be forecd to have a dry base with chewy fake cheese! I went across the road to Papa John's and they had no issue with that. I know it is not procedure because I had it before from two different Dominos pizza branches in south Wales.

I chose order and collect from Dominos Merthyr and the pizzas were awesome. Wr loved both Vegi Supreme and Chicken pizzas. The staff were very nice and helpful. Even after my order was already being prepared (inside the oven), I wanted to change one of my orders and they happily obliged. I had a very good experience.

Delivered me 2 stone cold pizzas, and the driver said its because they are 3 drivers down. Didnt tell me that when I ordered!! On the drivers suggestion, tried calling to query it, and after half an hour of trying, I couldnt get through. Bloody disgusting.. They wont give a toss about this bad review I'm sure, but never again!!!!

Went to merthyr from Hirwaun .Got home to find out I had the wrong pizza. I phoned the store they said bring it back and they will change it . Only I work in retail I told them I will bring it back and I would like a free pizza for my inconvenience . The management was really helpful but this was not acceptable.

The lady on the phone got our order wrong three times, they had nothing that was on the website menu so was very basic and after giving our order three times and it being checked they still managed to get the order wrong after a ridiculously long wait for it to be ready poor customer service trained monkeys could of done better

Dominos is the only place and will continue to be the only place I'll order a pizza from, but the last time I ordered from there it was a bit of a shambles. I watch the tracker to see how long it'll take, all went pretty fast then it was on quality check for 25 minutes..all together I had waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food to be delivered whereas usually it's pretty quick, when the food arrived it was cold as I expect d after taking that long but too hungry to s me it back and have a new one, they also forgot the dip that I ordered so I was told by the guy who delivered it to just ring up and they'll deliver another one which I also couldn't wait to do because I would've finished my food by that time. They may have just been having a bad day but it ruins a meal when you have to wait that long to be delivered and it's not what you expect or usually get
