food was freezing over 2 and a harf hours late

ordered at 19.30 delivery times moved every 10 minutes and then says it was delivered at food was never delivered 21.25 however I never recieved my order.

We have lived in our house for 30, for the last 12 months your GPS takes your driver to a different address. I always add a location that appears on your mapping system for the driver to get to us. For 12 months they have ignored this message. We will not order again as it is a complete waste of money

Unfortunately the fries were cold and the food was substandard won’t order from here again..

Both bags were open and items missing

Everything was cold including the coffee which is very unusual. Obviously understand that it is not going to be hot but there was no warmth in the food at all, and the coffee was basically very slightly warm.

Took an hour to arrive and then missing items. Even the driver couldn’t believe how awful the service is!!!!

our order is totally wrong we cannot eat any of it as we did not order any of these items. We are a family of four with two children and are all very disappointed and would like a refund for the total bill including delivery charge. Could you please deliver our order again free of charge and exchange the order given to us. Thank you.

Chips were cold and tasteless. Chilli burger didn’t taste of chilli. Good delivery. Poor food.

Allowed me to order food for pick-up through their app and charged me for said order, but when I arrived to at the restaurant to collect the food for which I had been charged, I found the premises to be shut. There was a sign on the door saying "sorry, we are closed". The restaurant should not be accepting and charging for orders if they cannot fulfil them. I never received a refund for this debacle.

Again this place cannot get dips right for breakfast or main food there is a massive level of in aptitude from management in training their front of house staff to include syrup for the pancakes and when calling they are not receptive to complaints unless they were made through the McDonalds app. The meal is called pancakes WITH SYRUP

Didn't come with the two small fries and my milkshake was banana when I ordered vanilla. It's always wrong when I order online last time that's for sure.

we really enjoyed our food but we had to heat it up as it was cold!

This review is mostly about the repeated non inclusion of dips and in this particular case syrup for the pancakes and sausage which are almost inedible without the syrup but goes for other dip items as well this has been going on for at least a year and every time I get pancakes they are never included if it was a one off I would not be doing this but it seems as if the training of whoever is front of house is not up to scratch or are not being monitored and kept accountable.

Tracking app showed driver go to 2 stops befor mine and 1 in opposite direction. Chips was like card borda and un edible. Burgere was cols and in danger zone for how long is anyones guess so had to theough away. And only offered £3 odd refundfrom £14
