Food was cold and time was changing every 5 minutes

absolutely shocking paid for food not for it to be delivered even tho it said it has

Food was freezing over 2 hours waiting also forgot things in my order

i ordered one hot chocolate and 3 food items and 2 hot chocolates were delivered and no food so i ordered more food which incurred £3.49 delivery fee !!

absolutely atrocious. Ordered food for my team as a treat as we had to work a Saturday. Spent over £90 and half of the order was missing. One of my team is diabetic and injected insulin in preparation for her food which was not delivered. This induced a hypo and now a member of my team has been hospitalised. Was told to reorder without even giving an apology. Made to repay delivery charges again which I think is terrible.

Waited two hours for food to be delivered then when it was it was cold and one of our meals was missing absolutely terrible service will be using uber from now on

Never even turned up this is rediculous

Fuming yet again all the drinks are missing and macdonalds won’t do anything about it.

Wrong medium drink with my order. Instead of having a medium coke zero, I had a medium sprite, and there was no tomato sauces with my order, even though i specifically asked for them in my order

The lateness was only from original estimated time. It's wasn't an issue. Driver was really friendly. Overall happy with the service

None of our food was delivered,

By the time it arrived it was cold and everything that should have been crispy was soggy, and everything that should have been soft was hard. Binned over half of the order. A complete waste of money

While there was an empty restaurant, food was fresh and made to order. The fries where slightly greasy but expected if cooked and served right away. It was also noted the salary each member was on as they where individually talking about how much they get each month, the salary for under 18s and the management. Interesting 🤔

I received the wrong order and still haven't had a refund I'm not happy

we don't mind waiting but we had a notification that our order was on the way with the driver. It's a five minute car journey but every two minutes, the delivery time was changing. A five minute journey ended up being half an hour. The food was cold and the ice cream was melting. on top of that there were items missing

Our order arrived early but it wasn’t our food. It was someone else’s order which cost them much less than what I ordered. No way of contacting the delivery driver. He was given the code for delivery also

as always no sauce. The sauce is just as important as the food I don't know why just eat bothers to ask what sauce you want.

Food always comes cold it’s been sitting in the bag for nearly an hour. Orders shouldn’t be accepted to be left there for ages and expect people to eat it! Really shocking service by just eat and McDonald’s.

How do you get every single item on an order wrong then send it all cold too useless

Got order completely wrong. Instead of quarter pounder got a cheese burger, philly stack had no salad or sauce, an iced drink was sent instead of 2 mcflurries, a coke instead of coke zero and the whole order was stone cold. Very unimpressed.

The delivery driver was perfect but yet again McDonald’s has got our order wrong. It’s not difficult. The receipt is on the bag and the food doesn’t match and we’re missing drinks. Sort it out. It happens every time.
