Thank you for delivering even in bad weather

the food took over 2 hours to arrive and was freezing cold

paid for items I never put in for recieved put in for compensation and they said I wasn't having it back absolutely discusting service this isn't the 1st time

I ordered a spicy chicken burger and I received a chicken sandwich

delivery kept being pushed back. waited over an hour. all the food was cold!!

Missing the happy meal, 3 year old didn’t understand where her meal was & had to split other meals with her. Food cold, had to heat in microwave. Very disappointed.

Driver done mutable delivery’s he was just up the road from us from his last delivery and drove all around dowlais to get to us putting 15 min on the time. Food was freezing and wrong drinks delivered.

Every time we order from this branch the food is cold and there's always stuff missing. The only food that is ever warm when we order is the Ice Cream!

Missing items again, probably won't be refunded by JustEat because we are "lying" about our missing items. Rang the store to complain that we probably won't get refunded because of staff incompetence so could we come down to get it? Nope. We will have to deal with JustEat. Also, the Driver should read and check the order before leaving in our opinion. Honestly don't know why we keep ordering. Fingers crossed we'll get OUR money back this time.

Dirty . Cold . Overrun with delivery drivers . Rude staff . Dirty tables . Dirty floors . Recycling point over flowing . Messed up original order so half went cold . Then messed up the replacement on what was missing also . Continue passed this one and head to the one up the retail park . If the kiosk wasn't so overrun with loads of delivery drivers I'd have requested a refund !

Fries box half empty, burger seem to have been thrown together with little care. Everything else as expected.

Absolutely shocking, all standing around doing nothing, sending people to park up while they’re gathered around gossiping. Staff couldn’t wait 1 minute to see if they got our food right and he said everything is correct it wasn’t!! Fair enough if it was busy but it wasn’t and still manage to get it wrong

Food was awful, cheese bites and apple pie both missing. Asked for 6 dips and received 0. No straws, no napkins, both orders of fries were stone cold. Only the burgers were luke warm and the delivery arrived early. Only positive was the delivery driver who was a really friendly guy.

One of my team is diabetic and injected insulin in preparation for her food which was not delivered. This induced a hypo and now a member of my team has been hospitalised. Was told to reorder without even giving an apology. Made to repay delivery charges again which I think is terrible.
