Family Kebab House in Merthyr Tydfil

Done with these morons, Keep messing up my order and had a disgusting attitude when I phoned to complain.

Decent kebab, prices are a rip off mind £11.50 for a large meat and chips, almost a fiver more expensive than the rest of merthyr

First time to use this shop, staff amazing very welcoming food was hot and tasty will be back

Had 2 doner meat and chips with garlic sauce and cucumber absolutely awful, the chips was overcooked non eatable, kebab meat was paper thin and was lucky to have 4 little bits of cucumber rather go to Sen charcoal grill little bit more expensive but quality 100% better

Just went to have a Donna chicken kebab with sald and mint sauce My partner wanted Donna kebab with chips I had Donna chicken and chips And my partner had a Donna kebab Not bad for£18

Waited over an hour, phoned and was told pizzas are done just waiting for the delivery driver to came back. Eventually got delivered after one hour and 35 minutes. Discusting service won't be using again.

Had spicy chicken wings, they wasn’t cooked, it was slimy, pink and near the bone was blood. I called the restaurant and they said they were too busy to do anything. Absolutely disgusting.

ABSOLUTELY RAGING!!! SPENT OVER 15 MINS ON PHONE TO ME TRYING TO FIND MY ADDRESS. LANGUAGE WAS DIAGUSTING. THE WAY HE SPOKE TO MY MRS WAS DISGUSTING!! SWEARING AND SHOUTING AT HER IN HER FACE! Telling us not to order from there again wasting they time because he couldnt find my street!!! This was the OWNER! Messed up the order thE food was freezing cold and obviously late. The owner reversed all the way up a 1 way street AGAIN AFTER SHOUTING ABUSE AT MY MRS NEARLY HITTING SEVERAL CARS. SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME INFORMATION ON THIS PERSON SO I CAN TAKE THINGS FURTHER AND GET MONEY BACK

Good kebabs I stopped eating kebabs in my home town but if was able to get a kebab from family kebab at home.then at least.one a week

Pretty gutted to be honest, this place started fantastic with good food and good servings, but lately the portions are getting smaller and smaller to the point I ordered tonight and I am going straight to Tesco to pick up food I did not want to have to cook tonight! I have been ordering from this place since it opened nearly once a week, I am dearly disappointed in this outcome, if thing don't pick back up I will be going back to my old kebab house

Overcharged was £14 then £17 on delivery for a kebab wrap and meat and chips bare in mind I’m from Troedyrhiw then rings to complain and gets shouted at the food is terrible absolutely disgusting customer service will never order from this place again wouldn’t rate 1 star but you got to.. to leave a review 😡

Way to expensive just placed order for 1 half pounder burger meal one half pound chicken burger meal a kids meal and a medium pizza all together nearly £30 i can order a dominos for cheaper

Ordered good tonight wrong food came and when I rung to let them no they said we ordered something else not happy at all food went in bin so bad service

Just thought id indulge in a bit of heaven (chocolate fudge cake) But it turned out to me a chocolate gateau. Never again will i be wasting £2.30p on a GATEAU SLICE! tip for all you fudge cake lovers, do not get this one!!!! overall... fantastic kebab!
