Food is absolutely disgusting taste like they been fried in dirty fat mushrooms are 100% old Worse Chinese around by far

Popped in for a bag of chips at 17.15. Fifteen minutes after opening time to find that the chips they were serving must had been last night's left overs warmed up. I will never visit this chip shop again. I'd rather boil one of my trainers for a bowl of soup

Delivery was half hour earlier than expected, which was great! Driver was friendly and polite. Food was amazing.

Food was late, when I rang and asked how long it’s likely to be the girl on the phone told me “40 minutes to an hour” so I asked was that added onto the hour that I’ve already waited so she went to check my order and said that it’s out for delivery to which I waited an extra 30 mins, food came driver was lovely but food was freezing cold

Food delivered on time & hot... the whole meal however did have an odd tang to it - chicken balls in particular tasted strange - I ate one, then tried one on the cat - cat declined - 'nuff said!

the food was absolutely fresh nd full of flavour, plenty of sauce in each meal so the meal wasn't dry in any way. poppadoms were absolutely fresh aswell. first time for me to order from here but definitely be ordering again. the delivery man was very friendly aswell.

The chow mein tasted burnt and funny, we couldn't eat it so went in the bin.

Delivery was good and so was the chips. order was missing duck and the fortune cookies I got was expired. Expired 3/2/2024. Tasted vile.

30 mins late and didn't arrive. No answer when calling the fishshop. very disappointed as we always buy from her and never had an issue before. we will not order from there again.

The chips were good, along with the rice, noodles were ok. The bottle of coke was flat. The poppadoms stale. And the spring role was just awful!

Took nearly 2 hours from the point of ordering. Some food was cold, 40 minutes later than told. Order notes were also not followed, poor service.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I HAD METAL IN MY FOOD then rang back up and they said I could have my money back the woman on the phone said half hour then I rang back up as driver didn’t come back rang back up and they said before half 10 no one came back to give me my money for potentially life threatening injuries and I rang back at half 10 they are closed so basically they was never giving my money back DO NOT ORDER

Ordered early today for when opening arrived the food wasn't hot . Missing free poppadoms ,I usually order 2 and pay for them but then ended up with 4 which is too much , but although I spent over £20 didn't receive them .Phoned and a rude young girl/ woman answered her attitude stunk .Was told no way she was sending someone up with 2 free poppadoms and they'd have to pay the driver delivery .Yet I'd already paid delivery and they got the order wrong not my fault . When I do order Chinese I always order from here . This young new employee needs to learn customer relation skills

Lovely food. Everyone enjoyed. The only negatives were that the pancake roll was extremely greasy, and we didn't receive any free prawn crackers despite our order being over £30...

I never received my prawn crackers even after I called up the restaurant and told them I hadn't received them and didn't get refunded for them either and my poppadoms were already smashed to smithereens when they arrived

Order came 45 mins late, food was decent though, could do with larger quantities but it would've been fine if it wasn't for waiting so long for food

It was AMAZING. The food was great, the customer service was excellent, it came more than an hour early. It was the most satisfying meal of mine and my friends life.

The food was so disappointing. Chips were soggy, rice was like a brick and there was no sauce at all in the chicken. It really was such a bad meal..I can’t believe I spent actual money on it 🥲 (also never left a bad review before in my life, but had to because it was that shocking)

Fabulous food amazing sized portions

10/10 food! I would add more crispy beef to the portion size however that’s my only gripe. Tasted amazing and will order again for sure. Also please let the buyer know when the order has left the restaurant that would help a lot ❤️

I work away so need a just eat receipt to claim back.the delivery driver assured me that it was in the food bag. In the bag was a 4x3 inch bit of paper that a child writ on.i phoned the takeaway to be told I got a paper receipt. I work away every week and this happens everywhere. You affend me.pay your taxes like I do.

Terrible, the food smelled of an old carpet I can’t describe it any other way nobody ate their food. The spring roll was burned and smelled terrible too. Would never order again

I love most things from here, I either ordered the wrong thing or misread, I ordered duck expecting pancake rolls and that shredded duck with that lovely sauce and turns out I ended up with breaded duck in pineapple and plum sauce, I wasn’t a fan it went in the bin should’ve stuck to what I know lol

Food took 1.30 hours from ordering. Food was cold and not as nice as the week before. No fortune cookie . Very dissatisfied.

First and last time I'll order from here. Chips were dripping in grease, the curry was a pale yellowy green jelly like substance... Hands down the worst Chinese i have ever tasted. Delivery time was around 2.5 hours.. Forgot my coke which took a further 50 mins to arrive. Never again I'd rather eat a tin of dog food.. Disgusting.
