Papa John's in Cardiff

Avoid! Took over an hour to deliver one pizza to an address in the same post code area. Embarrassing.

What great value for money... Especially if you collect for yourself. Definitely give it a try. You won't regret it

Amazing food great service had papa johns twice in a week it was that good! Had the thin crust pizza which is a straight 10/10 along with the chicken poppers, highly recommend!!! Had the cookie for the desert - didn't think we were going to like it but it was incredible. This is definitely going to be our go to takeaway place from now on couldn’t recommend it enough. Great service from staff, overall an amazing pizza place !!!

Ordered two large margaritas. Both lacking in tomato sauce and cheese. Tasted like cardboard as we stated when we complained, we then heard the employee talking to the supervisor who said “well they shouldn’t have ordered a margarita then”. Crap pizza, crap customer service. Will not be ordering from them again.

Had a voucher from our insurance for a free papa john medium pizza .... Really pleased it wasn’t one free pizza each.

Having waited to collect a pizza I saw two members of staff (one who appeared to be the manager) eating whilst carrying out their work preparing orders. I also saw one young female staff member stood at the back of the kitchen on her mobile unprofessional and unhygienic!

never had a bad pizza from here yet , barbecue chicken is my personal favourite, value for money even down to things like the chicken poppers and jalapeno bites only once had a minor complaint which was dealt with quickly by who I assume was manager kyle . All staff are very pleasant and thats down to the delivery guys too.

Such lovely staff, always helpful and very quick service such nice food it’s lovely and easy access !
