Efficient service and most importantly very nice people

Loved the smell of freshly baked pizzaa and the taste is even better kudos papa johns

They are lucky they are getting a single star and that's only so I can leave a review. Our daughter has a cows milk protein allergy, so my partner is unable to consume dairy (or soy) to keep the allergens from transferring to our daughter while breastfeeding. While ordering our pizza this meant we did a create your own pizza with papa John's, created this with vegan cheese and a meat topping which avoided anything with allergens. When picking up said pizza, we asked to make sure the allergen requests had been abided to, they confirmed though said our order was running a little late. 15 further minutes passed and we still didn't have our order. Turns out that the allergen request had been ignored so they were making the pizza again, no problem I thought as they caught the mistake before it became an issue. Another 10 minutes and we finally get our pizza, with further confirmation that allergen requests had been adhered to. Upon consumption of the pizza, I asked my partner how it was and she said it was nice and their vegan cheese even tasted like real cheese. Fast forward 24 hours and my daughter is in a lot of pain, we take a trip to the hospital though there is nothing they can do, apart from confirming that dairy had likely been consumed. Straight away we made a complaint to their customer service. The customer service has failed to accept any responsibility after a 3 week "investigation" on the basis we failed to take a photo of the pizza we received. I don't know about anyone else but we don't tend to take photos of all of our meals before we consume them. I'd recommend not eating here if you or anyone else has any allergies, as this experience made my daughter ill for weeks.

Student deal wasn’t clear and ended up with us receiving no pizzas and only the sides, then wouldn’t even accommodate and give the free pizza which is promised. Nothing free about it

Best vegan pizzas, unfortunately they don't deliver to my area but genuinely worth going to collect for as a treat. Staff are friendly, and they've been consistently good since I started ordering them again.

Oh dear oh dear oh dear. Wanted to get the kids a treat, and spent £23 on a deal. Ordered an hour ago, and the tracker shows the pizza as delivered and advises us to "enjoy". Nothing has turned up however. Has it been delivered somewhere else? The phone number is permanently engaged, so we can't even check with the manager. Now scrambling to make some kind of alternative plan at approaching 8pm on a Friday evening. We will have to get a refund somehow - difficult to imagine how given we can't speak to them - won't be using again.

The pizza was nasty did not cook it properly

We have ordered our pizza directly with them because they said it is quicker than if we order it with Uber Eats or Deliveroo. They lied! My husband is tip 1 Diabetic and he did his insulin after we call them and asked how long it will take until the pizzas arrive they said 30’ maximum. It took 1h48 minutes!!! It’s a massive disrespect, because once my husband did his insulin he needs to eat! Never more!!! Even if it’s free!!

Don't order from this place, they take your money and you don't hear from them. I rang and they told me they don't deliver to my area and they won't refund £33 that I paid. They just kept telling me to ring head office. It's disgusting!!

Absolutely delicious. They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. Although, staff members are very friendly and decent. i used to LOVE the Pizza Sauce dip, now they’ve replaced it with some disgusting, vinegary ‘tomato and herb’ dip - BRING BACK THE PIZZA SAUCE

Way better service than dominos

Stopped eating there after finding a solid particle in my pizza. No apology or explanation was given on returning it, and a refund was refused dispute the whole pizza was being returned. However, i was offered a replacement pizza, which i refused due to the solid unexampled dangerous(if swallowed) solid particle in the pervious one.

Good place for ordering online. Service could be faster.

We order from here regularly as a Friday night treat and the Pizzas are the best around. We usually have the vegan works with the marmite scrolls . Great vegan and veggie options and the food always arrives hot and quickly with their delivery service. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered first time in Papa John's they didn't disappoint. The Pizza was delivered on time and hot. Hope to order again. Read the reviews just after ordering and was worried how the quality would be. Our family enjoyed it. It was vegetarian, our experience was good.

Ordered Vegan and Gluten free Pizza. I opened it at home. There was a few sprinkles of cheese on there. But only if you really had a good look. I bought my own cheese to put on there. The Toppings were tasteless. I phoned them to complain. They said I could get a free pizza next time. I did phone another time to get the free pizza. They told me I wasnt on the system. They wont be giving me the free pizza. I'll never return.

Absolutely despicable service. We ordered for delivery and after THREE HOURS, we rang just to be shouted at the manager that we ordered for collection! We had proof we ordered for delivery but they didn’t want to know and we just got called profanity after profanity. Papa Johns refused to answer any of our emails and we only got our money back through PayPal. We were left very upset and angry.

ordered 1 large cheese and tomato regular crust, 1 medium pizza thin crust with 2 toppings. It arrived and both pizzas are same thinkness, this medium is NOT a thin crust what so ever, I ordered 1 large normal crust 1 medium thin crust and as you can see there both the same, there is no difference in size. Restaurant would not assist me, just advising me to send email which is completely rediculas to them for management to see tomorrow, no apology or anything...... Discusting

The staff are extremely rude. When I asked for a new pizza as mine was cold on deliveryI was told that the driver said it was warm, and that I was black listed. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manager didn't care. I asked for their name and they gave me a fake name and proceeded to hang up on me multiple times. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this branch but the staff are completely incompetent and rude. I've written to head office and am awaiting a response. This "Adam" deserves to be fired, his customer service skills are appalling.

I think pizzas from papa are way healthier then the other ones around. Quick delivery too.

We ordered our food online at 6.00 and paid using PayPal. There was information online saying confirmation emails may be late arriving so we had no idea how long delivery may take. An email arrived a couple of minutes later from PayPal to say the payment had been made. An hour later we called Papa Johns to get an update. The lady who answered could not find our order, asked me to call back in 5 minutes and when I asked why, put the phone down on me. I called straight back and asked to speak to the manager. I heard her call him then and then the phone must have been put down as all I could hear was noise. I called straight back and asked again for the manager. He came to the phone and after giving out details, he said the order could not be found. He said he would make a pizza for us. I said no as this would take more time plus delivery meaning we would eat at 9pm. No apology was offered. I asked for a refund only to be told we would wait 7 days. What apalling service. The worst I have experienced. I hope we receive the refund. Only ticked one circle as could not submit the review if I left circles empty.😞

Delivery came quicker than expected - 25min early :) Pizza tastes amazing, the garlic butter dip is to die for. Only issue is that they could be a little more generous with the toppings - I'd definately go here again

Came to collect lunch meal deal. Great value for money only £4.99 for a small pizza and a drink compared to ordering a small pizza off the menu which is £9.99. Friendly staff and came within 10 minutes. Delicious pizza!

Ordered a vegan pizza today and it had normal cheese on it.

Had to put 1 star just to leave a review😩 won't use again. Pizza arrived over an hour after placing order, rang the shop to be told it's on it's way and it arrived cold and tasteless, really disappointed.

Absolutely grim if you love your pizza, sides and dip to be pure butter its the place for you stick to dominoes or even iceland 89p pizza. Im gagging just thinking about it gave me pizza PTSD
