Pizza Hut in Swansea

Yet again an order was placed with this franchise that failed to appear! Unable to contact the hut by phone despite trying over 30 times in an hour.

Ordered online for collection. It was ready when we arrived to and the staff were very friendly. The food was excellent.

Company order submitted for 22 large pizzas. Requested delivery for 12.30pm and food arrived at 12.25pm. Pizzas were all hot and considering the large amount no errors with order. Called at 11.30 and spoke to Christian to confirm order had been received and delivery would be ok for the time requested. Very pleasant on the phone. Happy with the service and everyone in work was happy with their pizzas.

Andra was extremely friendly and helpful, she made a very friendly atmosphere which accommodated the lovely food we had ordered for collection! We never received an email about a follow up on the food but had to write a review as Andra deserved it!

The waitress was polite and we were served promptly. The pizza took a bit of time when it arrived was merely warm. We suspected that it had been cooked and wasn't served to the table immediately. That said, it wasn't an unpleasant experience.

Delivery took an hour and they didn't even get the order correct. Staff barely spoke comprehensible English. Dreadful. 100% unrecommended!!! Stay away!

Ordered my food at 6.54, food arrived at 8.30. After putting the food out I found they had forgotten the wedges. Ordered from that particular pizza hut twice and both times they have taken longer than an hour to be delivered.

The customer service from the lady I received was superb, she explained the menu clearly and showed patience when I had issues with parts the menu. I thought she was very professional and I would go as far as saying this is the best customer service I have experience in any Takeaway place so well done to you. On to the pizza itself, I had a margarita which happened to be on the favourites list so the price was £5, it was average quality and just about worth what I had paid although I would not have been happy if I paid anymore for it. The customer service and reasonable value for money made for a pleasant experience.

Never let down with a visit here near the Liberty Stadium. Always friendly staff. Food is good. Drinks a bit expensive but overall no complaints. Nice family get together place.

It's Pizza Hut! The service is usually very quick, there can be an expected wait during Friday and Saturday evening's tho. The staff and delivery drivers are always friendly and polite. The best pizza in town in my humble opinion

A lovely little well run take away. The staff are incredibly helpful and really lovely, are apologetic for minor waiting times and do their best to deliver fabulous service. The food is always wonderfully tasty, I was so impressed I have returned several times. The cheesy bites pizza is to die for when sprinkled with that wonderful spicy dust. I only mark down a star due to the price which is set on a company level rather than a store level. Great for a treat and look out for deals!
