Pizza Hut in Flintshire

Restaurant is very dated and needs some repair. Staff were eating their own food in kitchen and the pizza on the buffet was so long coming out. Staff were nice though

We called in for some takeaway pizzas and I'm so glad that we did. The staff were amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. They were warm, friendly and made some very helpful suggestions, but with no pressure. We ordered a combination of starters and pizzas, and everything was cooked to perfection. It's a long time since I've enjoyed Pizza Hut food as much as this, and I've found a new favourite Hut! Looking forward to a return trip.

The staff were absolutely brilliant can't fault a thing. The lovely young lady that brought my daughters cake out even sang They were really busy but gave us 100% excellent service , thank you again xx

Staff were friendly, they made a pizza to our liking for the buffet when there wasn't enough options which was so nice. Asked if we were enjoying everything. Food was yummy and left the place with full tummies and happy.

Went after inflatables in Deeside leisure centre. Staff were terrible. Food was dripping with fat. Avoid if possible.

I would have rated zero if I could. Ordered food via just eat and foot came with the pizzas folded over and/or squashed. Cookie dough was also squashed and folded in the box! Rang the store to be told that the food isn’t their responsibility once it leaves the store and to call Just Eat - disgusting attitude, no offer of replacement food and definitely won’t be using them again or visiting the store.

I went to PH Queensferry 7 Oct 21 It was almost empty. I now know why. All the tables were sticky and although everybody blames antibacterial wipe. As far as I am aware they are alcohol and leave no residue! The menus actually stuck to the table!! There was no bottomless drink only squash at 3 pounds per glass A small bottle of beer was 5 pound. They had no pineapple, no sweetcorn, (for the pizzas but they did have the little on the cob) and heaven only knows what else. I did want pineapple on my meat feast but in the absence of that I had extra onion. When I said that there was no extra onion on it , the waitress said it was underneath the topping. It wasn’t underneath the topping and she eventually admitted that she had forgotten to put it on or that whoever made the pizzas had forgotten to put it on... But they still charged for it!!! Grrrr........... The service was appalling but to be fair, she was on her own. She said she had been very busy although this was 8 o’clock and she had only come on at 4 o’clock. The thin based pizza had to be cut with a knife and fork because it was impossible to eat it as a slice. The bottom was that soggy. The piece of strange board which they serve it on, was covered in grease. It wasn’t for the fact that I was hungry, it would have gone in the bin. The good news is that my mates chicken wings were okay and so were the baby sweetcorns on the cob I will never go to Pizza Hut ever again.

Went for dinner with my friend, she shared a pepperoni pizza with her little one, I had the flatbread, and we had the cheese triangles, and cookie desserts.. everything was delicious. The waitress (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was really nice, she suggested we try one of the deals which we didn't regret, great price and lots of food!

We went to Pizza Hut as a family of six service was fantastic especially from Jaz she was helpful friendly and polite, the food was also amazing side mains and deserts, Pizza Hut also give discount for Blue Light Card which was a great discount. It is clean and tidy and plenty of space xx

This review is coloured by not having a takeout pizza for approaching two years! We ordered over the Internet for one of the offers at £13.49 for a regular pizza, side and drink and asked to collect it at 8 p.m. We arrived five minutes early and it was ready. It was good to be able to order a stuffed crust for no extra charge and we had a larger bottle as the small ones were all gone. The pizza was excellent, but the chips were ordinary and went cold very quickly. We were given three dips instead of one which was appreciated.

Ordered online and collected 2 pizzas, 2 sides and a bottle of Pepsi Max...both pizzas had very minimal topping and were cold as were both sides, 1 side was supposed to be cheesy garlic bread but it wasn't even bread it was thick pizza dough with a little bit of cheese on top...very disappointed we have used this restaurant on many occasions but we won't order again, waste of money!

Booked a table in advance as this is where my son wished for his birthday meal, upon arriving was asked if I had the track and trace app, I replied no, then asked for my basic details which i was happy to provide, followed by has you got proof of id?? I said no?? The manager, casually turned round and said well you cant dine with us....I explained that no one explained that it would be needed when I booked, I had just finished work, collected the kids and straight for our booking?? He got very rude and watched as my 9 year old sobbed because of his lack of empathy, I asked if I could just install the app as my son was upset to which he ushered us across to the collection point, I questioned as to why he was being very rude and pointed out that he had upset my child, he just carried on and spoke with a couple of diners who had arrived behind us. Shocking as these diners had no booking, weren't asked if they had the app and weren't asked to provide any id!! Shocked by this and very upset I asked the very unprofessional girl, standing watching the ongoings, clearly with nothing better to be doing, if he was the manager, to which she replied, I'm not telling u, I then asked again if he was in charge and the manager of the establishment, to get the reply of, if you don't like it leave, I explained that as a customer I surely asked a simple question if he was the manager to which she started acting like a child in a school playground, does he has a different top?? Well clearly he has a different top so he must be the manager?? As I dont dine her weekly, I don't know how the uniform works?? The manager as I know now returns, he has no reason as to why he didnt ask if the diners had the app or for proof of I'd, other than it was my fault as I had made him forget, great management right there?? I then explained the girls lack of customer service to be called aggressive, for which I denied as my children were with me,when my daughter being 12 said, she was being rude and you have refused to let us eat here, the manager then denied us access and refused to let us dine, my son was devastated. Not once was the reason for the I'd explained to us as this hasnt been requested since March anywhere, in any other restaurants, I made a complaint to customers services to ensure it didnt happen to anyone else, they just asked the manager LOL and dismissed it, I told others what had happened and they themselves were angry, hence why I'm making a review to ensure it doesnt happen to others cause honestly I was shocked by their customer service and how that girl still has a job is beyond me, but thanks pizza hut as it has taught my children how NOT to speak to others and I definitely not be stepping over the door again??

Visited the Queensferry restaurant this evening for a midweek treat the food was amazing as always but what really stood out for my wife and I was the lady that served us our food and drinks. Her name was Jazz she was friendly and so helpful showing us how to order from our phone app she also adhered to the covid rules thoroughly and made us feel welcome and safe thank you very much Jazz you made our dining experience very pleasant!!

Visited this restaurant this evening with my wife, first time since it reopened after the coronavirus outbreak. Felt really comfortable and safe in the environment plenty of room between other diners and also a separate way out from the entrance which is great 👍🏼 But what I most enjoyed was the friendliest of welcomes from the regular staff that work there such as Sam and Helen such lovely ladies very chatty and hardworking great first experience of dining out in a good few months definitely recommend 👏🏼

Called in for tea with the wife as we have not been to Pizza Hut for a long time. The food was ok but the pizza went cold very quickly, the pepperoni was minimal for a pepperoni pizza compared to dominos. We had a 25% of voucher but were told we could not use it even though it was valid. We won’t be visiting again anytime soon.

Went to Pizza Hut yesterday day and I have to say was a little disappointed we have the meal deal for 28.99 and to be honest would have been better to have had the 14.99 each individual meal deal as we would have had a pizza each yes no pudding but in all I genuinely think would have worked out better value for us as the drinks would be included and probably wouldn’t have bothered with a pudding. But if we had would not have worked out a massive amount more anyway and we would have had a extra pizza.

Near Asda and just of the A494. There is plenty of parking. We were shown to our table straight away but it was about 10 minutes before we ordered our food. We went for the side, pizza and drink deal for £14.99 which included a free salad and the drinks were refills. All tasted good and a nice meal.

Called in for lunch during a shopping trip. Had the buffet selection which is very good value. Excellent customer service with a good selection of dishes. Definitely worth a visit as it is in an excellent location for shopping venues.

Free Ice Cream and kids unsupervised what could possibly go wrong....hence the need for staff to manage the area and clear up large amounts of vanilla and strawberry spillage. Good value but dangerous!

When we went to this establishment we had to wait ages for service. The place looked like the table's hadn't been cleaned for a while. The food was mediocre at best then waited for 20 minutes to get the bill even then only when we went to the desk to ask for it. We won't be returning here again.

To be honest the food was good, nothing wrong with it at all, but I did realise that it's a lot of money just for pizza that wasn't anything differant tasting to a fresh 1 from the super market. Good atmosphere, clean seating area & toilets. The waitress that served us (a middle aged lady with dark curly hair ) was exceptionally polite , attentive & helpful. She should be cloned!!

Went here with partner and 2 yr old and the lady was lovely I think it was Shannon. The flatbread I had tasted lovely but sadly wasn’t cooked throughout the centre was still very soggy raw maybe so I left that. My partner had ribs and loved it and the lil one had mini kids pizza was a great time sad about the raw dough but I would go again just because of the server we had. She made the visit nice and relaxed.

Greeted by a happy member of staff as soon as we walked in the door ! Shown to our table straight away no waiting which was perfect when you’ve got a kid who’s starving. We was served by Ellen R who was brilliant couldn’t fault her service the management and her parents should be so proud of her ! Well mannered and pleasant. Nothing was to much trouble we placed our order and our food was served in about 15 minutes. Our food was spot on and reasonably priced just under £40 for 3 pizza drinks and dessert. Would recommend this restaurant clean and great staffs

Nice meal, friendly service despite it being very busy although the lack of staff meant the salad bar was low in stock and the ice cream was empty. There were not many clean plates and glasses.

Having not been here for years my young lad decided it was the venue for his birthday tea. Having been welcomed and sat down at a dirty table it did not start off well!! The table was cleaned and menus were looked at but really we should have gone then. But not to disappoint our little one we ordered. The pizzas were shocking and I can’t be bothered describing them but inedible they were. Never are we going here again I can guarantee my lad doesn’t want to go again either one pizza was knocked off the bill but really we shouldn’t have paid for any of them and I’m still miffed I did pay for them.

Called in with wife and 2 kids. I ordered chicken wings and mighty meaty pizza. Wife had garlic bread with veggie pizza with vegan cheese. Kids had chicken pizzas. All very nice. Only negative were salad bar not up to much and chairs were quite sticky and obviously not been wiped. Overall would recommend though

This restaurant is clean with lovely friendly staff. The salad bar was well stocked and the pizza was plentiful. Staff are always polite and efficient and happy to help. The pizza buffet is good value for money.

They were pretty friendly and open til late, we were offered free drinks while waiting for our pizza.

Popped in for a pizza last night ... so disappointed didn’t want to complain fear of them thinking we wanted money off the bill , but the pizza was dreadful... felt like it was old dough or been rolled so much it was hard and slightly burnt . For a £23 pizza you’d expect better ! Such a shame as last time it was so good . Have to say though all the staff were absolutely lovely especially the girl that served us blondish hair in a pony . The place was dusty too all the lamps I noticed had dust on them .

It was the best day we went the pizzas were gorgeous because they felt like him are pizzas and I love the chips they were gorgeous better than other ones out there so overall I will rate the resturaunt 10/10

As a family of 6 with 4 kids pizza is an absolute favourite. The Queensferry branch are brilliant, the staff are always on hand to help and offer great service.

Visited for a family meal and found the service to be extremely slow. Wouldn't mind but the place wasn't really that busy

Up on ordering very helpful giving the best deal, food collected but when returned home one box was missing, when order handed over it was described as what was order so naively didn't check big mistake, rang up and the lady said she was sorry and had tried to catch them I then had to leave celebration to go and collect to which I was presented with free cookie dough and ice cream and the apology was sincere also the food was amazing

Went here early afternoon staff were really lovely and friendly.Salad bar was all fresh and looked very appetising,pizzas delicious and deserts to die for.

Service was rubbish floors and tables were dirty flatbread looked nothing like the one in the menu also rocket was missing form it had to go and find a member of staff so we could pay the bill

My husband and I called in today for lunch, it wasn't busy in there waitress sat us down and went over menu with us. We both opted for the buffet and refill Pepsi. We collected drinks and then off to the buffet area, the pasta was inedible it was hard the tomato sauce was tasteless and still trying to work out the cream sauce ?? Was it suppose to be cheese?? The pizzas had been under the hot lamps to long and were dry (it wasn't busy in there so I can understand no movement) but maybe staff should of checked and rotated them???

Came for tea this evening food was excellent but just as importantly the service was five star, the lady that served us (said Samantha on the receipt) was quick efficient pleasant and helpful. It was very clean as well we often come here and will continue to do so.

Being from the states I love Pizza Hut so I assumed their tradition for good pizza would travel across the pond. Not. I ordered by phone and drove to pick it up. I was so disappointed. What I thought was a Deep Dish pizza was a Pan tasteless pizza with rocket lettuce and goat cheese. Who puts lettuce on pizza??

Came with a group of 10 for the buffet lunch. Really reasonable in price. Pizza was fresh and plenty of different pizza to chose from

I love the food at Pizza Hut anyways and this is our nearest restaurant.. the only reason I didn't give this a 5 * is because the the soda machines never seem to work they are always weak! When I ask a member of staff they say it's not working for the Fanta :(

My boyfriend and I went here for a buffet. The food was fine. I had a salted caramel milkshake which was a fair size and really good. The pizza is very nice.

This pizza hut is always ok. Its a easy place to get quick cheap food, getting the buffet is quite good.

Pizza hut is fairly standard, like any chain the food is very similar and even the layout and offerings, that said. The staff at this one go out of your way to make you welcome. We have been going for years and all the staff have formed bonds with our children and we don't go to any other Pizza Hut anymore. Great food, great price and the best staff.

Took my mum for some lunch today. She had the £6.99 buffet I had fries chicken bites and garlic bread and onion rings. It was delicious. The 2 staff Shaun(I think) and Anna were amazing. Not many places you go now and have good customer service! Thankyou x

A nice welcome, seated at a clean table and all was explained, went for the buffet.A good choice of 6 pizzas and 2 pastas and salad bar.The pizzas were replenished very quickly considering it was very busy and tasted lovely.Salad is salad nothing to report here. The drinks station was quick and easy to use although the Fanta ran out. The ice cream factory broke down for a short time but was repaired to the kids delight.Only criticism is that the lamp shades were very dusty and full of sticky fingerprints.

Can't fault anything about our visit today, excellent service. Lovely food and the staff are all brilliant , very friendly!

Came here at 17:30 on Saturday. Arrived and was seated quickly ordered 2 large pizzas one was over cooked and like burnt tracing paper so kids didn't eat it . The other was the same so sent back and was replaced with a really nice one loaded with toppings and tasted great.. to be fair the manager was really nice and only charged me for one of the pizzas. Let the kids have the ice cream factory for dessert and instead of the counter being full of sweets like it used to it's just some crappy shakers with bits in and different sauces so disappointed there again had enough of complaining by then paid my bill and got the hell out of there won't go again sorry guys!!

We had a offer for this place, so my Daughter and I went. Staff were pleasant. We were served nicely. We chose a pizza to share and went up to help ourselves to the salad bar. There were Doritios in a selection. They were soft and the Mayonnaide was watered down. We left our salads as they did not look fresh. The pizza came and it was lovely. Really enjoyed it. With the discount I thought that the meal was good value, but I would not have paid full price as the free salad and condiments were not satisfactory.

Called in by impulse for a meal, knowing they understand GF. Very impressed by the service, from our server to a knowledgeable member of staff who confirmed my thoughts that the salad bar could be contaminated by users, so I avoided it.GF pizza was lovely - and lots to take home as I couldn't manage it all. This is Pizza Hut - it won't be the best meal you'll ever eat, but it's great for casual dining .

My partner and I visit here quite a few times during the year and have always had excellent service, hence the return visits. Unfortunately on our last visit we found the service was very slow even though it was virtually empty, the background music was so loud that it was impossible to speak to each other without having to raise our voices. When we had finished our main courses we waited a while but nobody came to see if we required pudding or the bill, in the end we gave up waiting and went to the till ourselves to pay for the meal. We will visit again, hopefully it was a one off as usually it's very good there.

We visited for a bit of tea. We got served quickly and bowls were already on the tables for you to pick your salad up. The pizza came quickly and was very well cooked and very tasty. They were very busy as a party of 12 came in and had to be seated. The manager Shaun who attended to us most of the evening was excellent even though he was rushed off his feet, he still managed a smile and never rushed us. He is a credit to the company and pizza Hut queens ferry should be proud to have him as a manager well done Shaun!

Called in for lunch today after we had shopped in the various shops around Pizza Hut. It was ok. That's all really average pizza, average service but a very disappointing salad bar potato salad was dry lots of food spilt over the sides and yet it was very quiet at the time and plenty of staff there. You sort of begin to expect things not 100% when a place is very busy but this wasn't. Not sure I'd go back £24.15 for a large pizza to share one small salad bowl a coffee and a Pepsi. If you go don't expect too much, for us a pub would be a better option for lunch more choice and cheaper.

My partner and I had a weekday buffet here. The pizza was good. There was a good choice of pizza in general. Not sure why but there were no onions at the salad bar when we were here. For the price it is good value.

This Pizza Hut is ok. We go there on a weekday for lunch and we have the Buffet.There isnt much variety of different pizzas, which is a bit disappointing as the prices have really gone up. Its dear for Baby/child meal, i dont think its a great place for a family coz of the prices.

Service is very personalised, very friendly lovely staff! The food is hot, quick and tasty. Perfect escape from the shotton traffic jams.

Visited the store in queensferry on good Friday to hear a fire Alarm going off but what really put us off was seeing what looked like a member of kitchen staff rolling a cigarette sitting on the floor!!! staff were outside wearing their uniforms on the phones and smoking!!! Completely off putting and not a good representation of Pizza Hut!! It's not something I wish to see outside a restaurant! I just hope they washed their hands before preparing food!!!

I have been here a numerous of times. Food is great, tables are always clean, food always arrives quickly. However, the customer service isn't great.. You wait ages to order your meal and you could be sat there all day for them to come and clear up your table after you've finished and get the bill. Aside from the food- The female toilets had no toilet paper and when I told a female member of staff she looked at me blankly and didn't know how to react.. I sat down waiting for her to go and have a look and she didn't.. ( she didn't appear to be busy at all and there was hardly any customers in the restaurant) So In the end I just left needing the toilet..

The staff were very nice and the pizza we ordered was hot, tasty and had lots of toppings. It's still just a Pizza Hut, so don't expect tea in a pot or shaved Parmesan on the side, but if you're looking for somewhere to eat when you can't be bothered cooking, this is a good choice in the area.

Quite busy on a Saturday teatime so I recommend booking or using take away service. The staff were very attentive. The pizzas were as described on the menu. I particularly like the cream cheese and beef one. The big negative was the price. Nearly £20 for a pizza!!!!!!

Up visiting relatives and stopped off for tea. Service was poor, we stood unattended for a few minutes and were then seated. A waitress came to our table and said she would be back with salad bowls - these never materialised, and neither did the waitress! Garlic bread with cheese arrived and the amount of cheese was laughable! (At this point I was starving having travelled 4 hrs). The pizza came quickly, and was tasty but a little over cooked for us. We ate quickly, and paid quickly. The bill arrived and the dirty plates remained. All in all a very disappointing meal, in a restaurant that was quiet with ample staff members.

Went to this Pizza Hut at request of our grandson there was a variety on the menu and unlimited salads from the salad bar which my grandson enjoyed, The coleslaw had a watery taste and everything on it was doubled up so not a lot of choice and bowl rather small, The pizza I ordered was without taste and I had chicken supreme there didn't seem to be a good tomato base and cheese was lacking and at £47 it wasn't a cheap meal for the three of us disappointed would be my opinion won't rush back the staff however were nice

Feeling hungry after visiting the gym we fund ourselves walking into Pizza Hut clad in Lycra :)We were quickly seated and served - as with many similar establishments the soft drinks are re-fillable and there was a large choice.We also had some of the complementary salad and nachos whilst we waited for our sharing pizza (half and half) with the stuffed crust.After the first few slices I thought I should probably have left the salad and nachos as I was well stuffed, so much so that I had to cut the stuffed crust off the remaining slice so I could eat them.The bill was £24 for the two of us, and I certainly felt like I didn't need to eat for another day, so I guess it was good value.

This is a favourite place for my grand kids. They love the fact they can help themselves to the starters and the drinks. The servivce is great and the staff very understanding with the children. Great value for money

Came here with friends on a Friday night, the place wasn't too busy so we chose where to sit. The Pizza was really nice, I ordered off the kids menu and for £7 I was stuffed! The service was good. No complaints.

Me and my family have visited here lots of times, last week we came during a Monday lunch hour. Great food, and was pleasantly surprised to see that they now sold chips which is great as the kids don't like wedges. Would of preferred a plate to a tiny tea cup of a bowl for the salad bar though. Great service here as usual too! The price I feel is a little much compared to other family restaurants, and more offers would make this more appealing to come to on a frequent basis.

Very good and attentive service. Deals fullty explained. Pizzas were very warm and fresh. Salad bar was full with fresh produce and selection was good. Toilets very clean and fresh. Go for deals as good value for money.

Went for a buffet lunch with the family. Unfortunately the service wasn't great. We had to wait ages for clean plates to be put out and for the pasta sauces to re restocked. The staff seemed more interested in standing around chatting to each other than attending to their customers. Don't think we will be returning again.

Total rip off!! Bought the chefs recommendation of the seafood pizza at nearly £11... Only seafood was 6 large prawns, did complain, but still £11 out of pocket!!

Really enjoyed our visit and we used a voucher off the internet so 8 of us ate for £80 instead of £130 love a bargain. Great food and service.

What is there to say its pizza, service is good apart from the 'how's your food' every ten minutes and it's always when you've just filled your mouth , i used to enjoy the wedges but as it's now a new menu they're not available anymore, as a regular user we will be back.

This was a Child's Birthday Meal.Four Adults Four Children.As We opened the Door to the Restaurant, We were greeted by two Smiling Faces and welcomed. Premises, as always clean and tidyFood Lots of Choices with free Salad and pasta etc to start, whilst waiting for the Order.When finished, the Kids had ice-cream for Dessert which They, as always, enjoyed.During the Meal, I visited the Toilet (Mens) which was Clean and Fresh smelling.We have used this Restaurant for some Years, without complaint.I prefer Meat and Veg so cannot say it's the Best, but it's very good as Pizzas go.The Children left very little to prove it.This Occasion was different owing to the Welcome followed by what must rank amongst the Best Service i have experienced by Nice People doing their best to please.This meant Dishes were cleared and Food served without waiting for it.All done without being intrusive.Many thanks for the Pleasure of Your Company.The staff seemed to have changed since the Previous visit and I hadn't met Anyone before.

Lovely friendly service, food and atmosphere can't fault this restaurant at all. Always the same standard, worth a visit.

I've been coming here for years and have loved it every time but this is the first time I've been since its been done up. The inside is exactly the same which is good but the signs outside are a bit too tacky!!! The food is still great!!! Cannot fault that one bit. Service on the other hand ... it took a ridiculous amount of time to take our drink order, when someone finally came over they didn't know much about the menu (I understand she may have been new) the atmosphere wasn't the best ... It was dead which it normally is and wouldn't bother me but this is the main reason why I don't understand why it's taken so long for someone to take our orders. The only reason I'll come again is for the food. This was better before it was done out/new staff hired.

Day off in the week, we thought we would treat ourselves to the pizza hut buffet. The pizza came out thick and fast so plenty of choice. The flavours were lovely. The pasta was also really good. It's a nice touch for the free refills on soft drinks. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. Some good music in the background. Really nice and enjoyable.

Me and my husband decided to pop out for a pizza last Thursday. delishes pizza fresh salad and wonderful service. staff really are nice here, as soon as you walk in all staff smile and say hi. very welcoming.

£6.99 for an eat all you can on weekdays before 4 pm and £2.49 for a bottomless coke. Great value! Although the pizzas can be sat there for a long time when the Restraunt isn't busy and can go a bit hard and crusty. Great service from the waitress

Visited this restaurant on several occasions, brilliant food and excellent service. Also do take away!

They make good pizzas but their staff make it better , they look after you .Had to wait a little while for the puddings but staff did apologise for the wait.
