Shocking service. Arrived at the time the app told us only to find the order wasn't anywhere near ready. Staff then proceeded to ignore us and the other customers for about 20 minutes while they chatted. I've a large family so was a large order. Most of it cold with one warm pizza. Complained only to be told 'well you'll need to wait all over again' if you want a warm one. Got home and called the manager to complain and try and get some money back as stone cold order, and after waiting 10 minutes for an answer, then he hung up on me. I'll be taking this further.

Cheese barely cooked. Dominos used to be so good, what happened?

Here just to put it out there, place is actual smoking like! Hahahahahah Sometimes you don’t get what you want, because what you need is on the way 👏🏻

First time ordering papa johns a few weeks ago from when they dispatched the pizza took over 30mins thoo i live 10mins drive away. The delivery driver couldn't even open the entrance door buzzed several times ended up going down to open the door. Food was freezing cold and think something was sat on the pizza boxes as you can see from the photo. I was that hugry i just stuck in the oven. No reply from the branch but customer service gave me 2 large pizza vouchers no idea if il use as i never enjoyed the pizza.

Cold pizza at high prices. I know the gas bill is expensive, but come on.

Horrible, el personal era grosero y poco profesional, pasaban todo el tiempo maldiciendo, riendo y bromeando entre sí como si estuvieran en la escuela. Preguntamos si era demasiado tarde para un cambio en nuestra base de pizza que podrían haber rechazado, pero aparentemente estuvieron de acuerdo con un problema de actitud al respecto. Nuestra nueva pizza fina y crujiente fue hecha junto con strippers de pollo, llevamos nuestro pedido a nuestra habitación de hotel donde descubrimos que los strippers de pollo estaban mal cocinados y la pizza se quemó a un crujiente con coberturas mínimas, la comida no era comestible. He adjuntado fotos, estoy seguro de que el dominó está de acuerdo en que esto está por debajo de sus estándares y no valía £ 16. 99 , me he puesto en contacto con fichas de dominó para quejarme y he pedido un reembolso. El personal necesita readiestrarse en profesionalidad. No recomendaría.

Pedí dos para el martes a esta cagada, primer pedido desde que se mudaron de la calle John’s Road a Glasgow Road. Ambas pizzas han sido mutiladas y se les han quitado rodajas para que quepan en una caja mediana. No volveré a pedir desde aquí.

1hr 45 mins to deliver a 5 min car run , cold when arrived, grease all over wrap , dry food .never use the chippy again .

Everytime a pizza is ordered from this place, it's either stale, or smelly or un-eatable. Not a once or twice isolated incidences, but it happened 9/10 times.

Amazing food! The fish & chips is the best in town. Huge portion and absolutely delicious! The pizzas are great too! And we also regularly get their chicken kabobs. Trust me when I say you can’t get any better chicken kabobs anywhere! You can’t go wrong here. My hubby & I get food from here on a weekly basis. Great quality and even better value for money! 😋 ❤️

Hemos pedido desde aquí por unos 16 sí, está tan limpio que puedes comer tu comida del suelo. Es de gestión familiar y que familia tan encantadora, lo único es que ya no aceptan pedidos por teléfono, lo que no es genial para mí, ya que no lo hago en línea. Sin embargo, si quieres una comida deliciosa y consistente, inténtala, no te arrepentirás. También soy un chef retirado

Decided to get a bag of chips on way home.. opened them within 1 minute of leaving shop, they were cold, horrible and greasy.. feel cheated out of my £2.20, disgusting food and service.. how hard is it to provide a bag of hot chips.. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS..
