Most delicious chicken kebab I’ve ever tasted in my entire life! And the portions are ginormous. Ignore the bad reviews on here!! My husband and I eat here at least once each fortnight and we’ve never had a bad meal here - ever. The pizzas are great and they DEFINITELY have the best fish & chips in Nairn. Biggest portion and excellent quality! Thanks to Lorenzo’s for being the best take-away in Nairn!❤️

Terrible service and attitude. They have started to charge for chilli sauce on their pizza £2.50 so I thought ok I’ll add it to our pizza’s and this is where the problems started. There was no chilli sauce they said it was on the base but the pizza was dry not moist I took photo's and sent them a email as they don’t answer the phone there phone. There reply was it’s on the bottom of the pizza, NO chilli sauce just chilli powder and tastes of chilli powder and was overly spicy that none of us could eat it, they didn’t care and had a very cheeky response from them saying TOUGH that’s how it’s made. We have always had chilli sauce on the pizza but now charging £2.50 for chilli powder is an absolute joke terrible way to answer a customer complaint. We roughly spend on average of £40 per week but no more. The pizza was dry salty and over spiced with chilli powder a complete waste of money. Please take this review seriously and go else where these pizzas are over priced salty rubbish.

We had tried to place an order for delivery online but had issues with it so we decided to do over the phone, near 10 mins the phone rang and no one answered so we assumed it was busy, we gave them 5 mins before trying again and after another 5-10 mins they finally answered, now when previously we had done an order over the phone we paid with card the man just put the details into the machine and all was good. today however I was met with an adamant they don't do card payments over the phone, unfortunately my phone had disconnected due to signal and following this both times i managed to get an answer they actually hung up on me... twice. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Just had fish and chips was amazing delicious and plenty of it best I gave gad in a long time defo 6 out of 5 stars

We stayed at the hotel upstairs. Food was very good. We ate from here on a couple of occasions. Good menu, nice selection. Very friendly staff. Especially when checking into the hotel, whose proprietor was AWOL. But that's another story. Next time you visit Nairn, visit Lorenzo. Recommended.

We went for dinner and got 2 large cheese and tomato pizzas between 5 people and it was absolutely delicious and the portions were so large we even had enough for lunch the next day and it was still very nice.

I don't do reviews at all but had to let folk know Last Sunday me and my kids popped in and grabbed a pizza, chips and a kebab for myself AWFUL!! Kebab meat was hard and dry Chips...... Just horrid Pizza was so salty you couldn't wat it Majority of it went in the bin I really don't know why this place is still open selling utter rubbish like that Spend your money elsewhere AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Expensive for a takeaway, I ordered a mixed kebab and a portion of chips £17.45 I nearly droppeded the phone.... told them to forget it. Mixed kebab most takeaways about £7 portion of chips £3. Yes I grudge paying £17.45 its a takeaway ffs? I went to the havelock(Hotel in Nairn) and 2 courses for the same price and the service was fantastic. Mr Lorenzo your not very business savvy... its a kebab ffs nothing gourmet about that? Have a wee word with yourself. Cost of living is going to put you down the pan if you don't review your prices. Just saying... food at lorenzos is in my book average takeaway stuff. But prices are expensive....

very rude staff , over priced food ,quality is so bad ordered 3 kids meals a kebab and a cheeseburger and when leaving they tied the carrier bags so I didn't think to check what appalling food they gave me ! so when I got back to my caravan with my three children one which has autism and when I opened my autistic sons kids "sausage meal" I was shocked at seeing which looked like cheap shop bought skinless sausages that was basically chucked in a fryer with some chips and even more shocked that they charged me a fiver for that appalling quality as I'd have been cheaper buying the sausages my self my expectations was a BATTERED sausage and my disabled son was and still is very upset he never got a meal as he refused to eat it !! it smelt rank also !! called lorenzos to complain and got very cheeky woman on the phone saying " we haven't had any complaints before and that the way we cook our sausages !!" asked to speak to a manager and was told " oh there's no manager in tonight " APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN NEVER !!! AMD THERE KEBABS ARE NOT COOKED RIGHT EITHER !!! AND YOU YOU HAVE TO MAKE THEM YOURSELF !!

So basically i had ordered from here, the next thing i do is call them back asking what are they doing with my order she never even asked for my address anyway that was before i ordered i had called them back asking where is my delivery and she said it's ready for collectiong, i know deep down i said i "Delivery"

Ordered a vegetarian dish, they mixed up my order and refused any responsibility. Incredibly rude, customer service. Not helpful as we were polite and would have accepted a new product. But told no, no to a refund. No store voucher. Nothing helpful at all. It was an expensive order but would have cost them pennies to make. Lost a loyal customer. I suggest a new kinder approach to dealing with customers.

Went in this evening, three members of staff working and looking very unmotivated and didn’t look like they wanted to be there... When I went in I was approached by 2 members of the team who looked indecisive about who was going to serve me. When I had ordered I asked roughly how long it was going to be! The reply was 2 minutes which alarmed me slightly about how fast they cook there food. When the food was cooking I waited outside to allow any other customers entry to the building. When my food was ready I was whistled in and the staff were pointing at my food on the counter. Can I please express that I am not a dog and do not appreciate being whistled at, A simple excuse me would of been better.Unless customer service improves I will not be back

The pizza we got was so good, or the Margarita at the least, would definitely go again to that place!

Bought a £19 pizza to celebrate brothers 30th, asked for no chicken no meat and veg instead. Got pork pepperoni. Called to ask if they could do anything to help as we are Muslim and cant eat pork, Straight no from them. Won't be back, very rude on the phone too.

My son fancied a spiced chicken burger from this establishment on Saturday 29th Aug.He duly ordered the said chicken burger, no salad and waited 20mins for what you wouldn’t feed a dog.To say there was any chicken in the thing is far beyond me, most likely scrapings from the factory floor with no spice to it.£3.50 for what I could have given to somebody in the street rather than give to these robbers. Don’t use, appalling!!!!

We went in today for a carry out. The Owner just waved us away and said “online only” in a very gruff manner. I thought that was very rude. We didn’t reply just walked out. Courtesy and good manners don’t cost anything. I will never return.

We went there New Year’s Day as nothing else was open. I had a chicken bursa which was like no kebab I have ever had. I asked for it to come with no mozzarella???? (On a kebab!?!?!) but was told that was how it came. My wife had a really dried out burger with no salad. We even went back 2 days later thinking nowhere could be that bad, surely? How wrong were we. Again 2 dried out burgers. They even asked us if we would like salad. We said we did yet they still didn’t put any in!! Incompetent doesn’t even begin to describe the staff in here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Visited here last night. Ordered a pasta dish only to be told they didn’t have any pasta today. Ordered a chicken bursa instead. Took it home to eat it and the chicken was raw and pink. Absolutely disgusting.

Arrived here at 1140 advertise to 12 were close already was told tough luck not happy normally valued customer

My son's name is Lorenzo and his favorite food is pizza. It was ok fast food. No complaints from our family.

In Ermangelung anderer Lokale haben wir uns hier rein getraut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Fish&Chips und die Pizza waren echt ok und haben keine 5min gedauert!

Some of the best pizza in town the burgers and kebabs are great to, highly recommend it's well worth a visit!

I make this review as a complain about the food which I had yesterday at Lorenzo restaurant in Nairn.So basically I had fish and chips and I can tell you that was not a good experience at all to be honest !The butter which you make fish with was Very bad and also I could easily tell by the colour and smell that the oil haven't been changed in weeks!!!Was the first and last experience at Lorenzo restaurant in Nairn for me !I was lucky I don't got Sick from that and I'm not the only person complaining about their experiences with fish and chips at Lorenzo restaurant !!!Please be aware !!!Regards Constantin

Ordered a Donna Kabbab totally tasteless just like eating cardboard. Avoid like the plague! It was so bad even the dog wouldn’t eat the meat!

Twice iv had chips and onion rings here and very fresh and pleasant staff really liking this place whilst on holiday.

Visited Lorenzo at 8pm on a Friday evening. I was set for pizza, my son selected a pasta dish. To our absolute amazement we were advised by staff that they had run out of pasta!! Yes, run out of pasta .........some Italian!! Did staff not have the gumption to nip to the Co-op 50 yards up the road to obtain some, no they were happy to lose us to the Fish & Chipper next door! Come on Lorenzo, sharpen up a bit!!

Tried to order pizza for over an hour with no reply on the phone. They either ignored or answered the phone by just leaving off the hook to hear everything going on in the shop with no reply.

Very often get a kebab of chicken burgers which are great you can eat in if you wish and there cakes look fantastic
